Blatantly Lying

I very rarely purchase without reading reviews, but this time I did, unfortunately. If I did read reviews, I would not have bought it…$97…(buy 1 get 2 free). What a waste!
When I received my order this week, I was so excited to try the "under-eye-remove-the-bags" miracle cream, I cleansed my face and began.
It was soft & smooth from the tube, but once applied and it was drying, I felt it tightening the skin, but once dried, it felt like, AND LOOKED LIKE PLASTER UNDER MY EYES. It was dull, caked, and when I put makeup over it, the tightness was gone…it was just one big caked on mess🙀.
To add salt to the wound, their return policy does not cover SALE ORDERS! So of course, they never have to pay returns because the sale price drives revenue.
It's a scam…save your money and love yourself

We're so sorry to hear about your experience, Eileen. We have a a no return policy for clearance items on sale, we apologize if that wasn't made clear at the time of your purchase. As to use; cakey and cracked are signs of using too much of the product at one time. We recommend using less per eye. For best results, wash your face with an oil-free cleanser. Do not apply moisturizer. Shake well, then dispense a pea-sized amount of product onto your fingertip for both eyes. Start at the inner corner of each eye and blend outward using light sweeping motions. Gently tap your fingertip over the application area to set the gel in place. Fan with your fingers and keep all facial muscles at rest for a full 60 seconds as the product dries. You may feel a temporary tightening — this means it’s working! I placed an order for the body coverage. I received the wrong item. Ok, so I was told a new order would be sent to me, the new replacement order arrived. Again, the wrong product and color. Feeling frustrated I called again and asked for a refund. They did issue the refund. I really did want to try this product but for some reason the organization couldn't seem to get a simple order right.
Recently on Instagram I made mention in the comments of how hard I tried to get the product and someone from customer service responded. I was delighted that they cared a year later, she looked up my account. However the response I received was basically, "why was I complaining I received a refund, what more do I want"? Now why would you reach out to a dissatisfied customer and give such attitude?
I explained to her that a good customer service experience would have tried to get my business back by offering to try again to get the right product to me and for my trouble here's a coupon( or something) on my next order.
But she couldn't care less about my business.

Unethical and poorly run company. Products are subpar and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get help from customer service. Forget any "guarantees" or return options; they do not exist.

The makeup isn't good, the quality and videos they advertise is nothing like what you get. Not to mention if u get a subscription and want to return something they don't want to send your a free label. They made me struggle so much to get a label, until i could no longer return the package because "it passed the return date" when over their virtual chat they kept telling me they were extending the date until i was able to receive a return by mail, not electronically. All this for me to call and they said "oh that was just misunderstanding from the last representative" not to mention i had already canceled my subscription and they said they were still going to send a next shipment in may? I don't want anything else from this brand. $80 dollars for something i didn't want… crazy

Customer Service Sucks!

I've been trying to find out why I haven't received my order, emailed them several times with no response what so ever! This is the worse customer service I have ever came across. Will never recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered a Westmore Beauty product from a facebook add. I received it, I immediately tried it under my eyes where it was sold to smooth fine lines. It balled up and didn't soak in. I called Westmore Beauty the same day I received the product. Waited about an hour and finally spoke with Glenda. She told me "no need to send back, the purchase price would be refunded to my credit card in 7-10 business days". It wasn't ever credited, so I started a claim to dispute the charge with my cc company. Westmore challenged the claim saying I received the product and didn't return it to them within the return window. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WESTMORE! Their product is crap, their customer service is worse and their money back guarantee is fraud!

Order an item on May 17,2023. Never received item as of June 5,2023. Called company *******722 several times only to hear " someone will call you back with order status"! Each time I call the same person answers the phone- I am beginning to think I was scammed out of $40! I do not recommend ordering from this company!

Order from QVC

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 bottles of Golden Radience and instead was sent 2 bottles of Fair Radiance. Contacted customer service to ask them to send prepaid label for return or how they wish for me to proceed. I was told they did not pay for returns, that I could pay for the return and would be refunded the cost of $90 less shipping and handling. What? Why should I pay shipping back for their error? Insane and terrible customer service. I ended up disputing the charge and ordering from another site. I'm not paying for their mistake! I did get an email that they would offer me 20% off on the incorrect shade if I didn't want to return it. Heck, no...why do I want 20% off of a shade I will never use? Cannot believe a company treats their customers like this.

Terrible customer service

I made an order and never received a confirmation email from the company about my order. After 24 hours, I contacted customer service. After losing over an hour and getting no where about the status of my order, they told me to contact them again after 48hours had gone by from the time I placed my order. So another hour spent on the chat with another rep, he tells me the order was placed today and should take 9-11 days for delivery so I told him I would like to cancel the order. He then precedes to to tell me that it had actually been sent and was in transit! I never received any kind of tracking info or confirmation so he sent it to me (after having to ask for it)but it does not have the arrival date because on closer inspection of the email it has not been sent.He lied so I would not cancel. I won't be buying anything from them in the future and wish I had done my homework as so many bad reviews about their products have me worried.

Threw my money in the trash

They claim it doesn't crack or flake. Well that's a big lie because it most certainly does. The video they advertise with is bolgne, this product is is worse than Plexi Derm. Wouldn't buy this product or any of their products again!

NEVER ORDER THIS PRODUCT! They will keep sending this product to you and keep charging you for it! They will not let us cancel! We've been trying for months! At first, they said, "Fill out the form online to cancel." We called back when the form didn't work, stayed on hold for too damn long, and never got any help. That was a month ago. We called back today, stayed on hold for 30 minutes. We told the representative what was going on, and then she hung up on us. That was after we finally got their phone # through PayPal, because the phone listed online didn't work.

Eye serum

Doesn't work. I would not recommend this product. It did not smooth my wrinkles, tighten my skin or brighten my eyes at all. I'm really bummed.
Edit: ok so I didn't realize that you can't use it with an oil based moisturizer. I actually applied it over coconut oil. I used it without and omg wow, it actually does work pretty amazingly well! I'm impressed!

Awesome product!

Hi, I have ugly veins on my legs and don't even wanted to use shorts; I have bought and use so many different products to hide my veins and none of them really worked. Then I saw a commercial on TV about the body coverage perfector, I thought is another scam, but I did send for it and boy was I surprise that it worked. I started crying cause I was looking for something that could really help me and finally I found it. Since 2017 I have been using this product and the best part that I love from it is, that it blends with my skin tone cause it camouflages and u can't see my veins, oh and another thing is waterproof. LOVEEEEEEEE IT!
I recommend anyone that needs to hide a little imperfection In their body to please consider this product! Thank you so much, Westmore Beauty!

It does work

I have been using this product for a year. I am at that age I started getting bags under my eyes 50 and no work done yet, at first use I wasn't pleased with it, it caked and was blotchy. I tried it again my way, washed my face, moisturized my skin allowed my skin time for it to soak in and dry, then I applied a small bead size under my eye lightly spreading it outward. Allowed to dry, I use dry powder foundation and boom! No caking! No blotchy spots. After a year of using this Today I noticed my eye that had the worst baggage was not as noticeable anymore without it being on. It does work, but you have to understand it's a firming product, once you apply you can't place liquid ontop of it otherwise it breaks the bond. So I apply a light moisturizer before and allow time for it to soak in my skin. I love this!

SCAM!

This company gets you roped in and then keeps billing you even after you cancel! Wish I would have read reviews earlier! Do NOT order this product. The product is yellow and does not blend well and even though they say it's a money back guarantee, it is not! They don't even try to make you happy when you are clearly unhappy. It is a scam to get you roped into a company! Do not join!

The product was fine. The membership is horrible kept switching up sizes and add ons. Have to fight to cancel a membership they said I had but never signed anything.
