The support by the owner was immediate and excellent. Very important to measure exactly and follow the online measurement guide! Love the shirts and match the stitching on the shirts to the pants. Wish there were size labels inside the pants and shirts. Overall great quality, great price and excellent support directly from the owner. Would definitely highly recommend Wedding Tropics.

Very pleased with service I received over phone and also prompt service on delivery. All questions were answered while on phone.
I did have to return the vest and have not received the refund or acknowledgement of receiving the returned item. Said it would be about 7-10 days. We are at that now so it should be soon.
Product and service so far have been excellent.

I called in to find out about ordering and was immediately given a return call left by a number to call personally. Had a great conversation with a manager from ***. I was nervous ordering online but the shirts came and were better than ever expected. I was very happy with my decision to use Wedding Tropics. I ordered standard sizing and had the grooms shirt fitted when it arrived so I had an option if it didn't fir properly.

The style and quality of the shirt was perfect but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to update the customer on the progress as the waiting period is quite long. Having said that I was told 6 weeks and that's what it was. Totally worth waiting for.
