I was looking everywhere for a nice beach wedding suit and most places I went it either looked too cheap or when I got it just didnt fit well. This gave me the vibe, fabric, and perfect size I needed. I will be getting it tailored to show off my legs and back but otherwise perfect size.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a custom tailored shirt for my wedding. It was a terribly designed shirt. I reached out to see if anything could be done and got no response. Then I left a bad review and this guy Kevin, the owner, reaches out and asks me to edit the review and that he would send me a free shirt. He didn't like my edited review and then just asked me to take the review down completely, which I did. We had several back and forth email exchanges. If you read other reviews, you will see that he pretty much blames the customer every time an order doesn't work out. Needless to say I never received a shirt from this guy. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. And no, this review will not be edited or removed.
I ordered a tailored shirt that didn't work out. The owner reached out and just offered to send send a replacement shirt at not cost. Looking forward to seeing how the new shirt looks.
I had never heard of Wedding Tropics before ordering with them. West coast company, I'm across the country on the east coast. I normally only buy from sites I know but I was searching for the perfect attire for a destination beach wedding. Wedding Tropics came up on a Google search. Easy site to navigate. My only complaint would be that I wish they had a bigger selection of items for sale. But what they do have is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered an Italian linen shirt and I loved the size chart. Regular, Fitted. Slim look? The size chart explained the differences so I was able to get a great fit. My order was shipped 2 days after I placed the order and I received it a couple days after it shipped. I'd highly recommend you check out their site. I will buy from them again. Very comfortable experience.

Shipping was good I had 5 groomsmen buy their shirts and pants thru your website and I have ordered my suit separates for myself however although Large fit length of arm and body the arms were tight and restricting so I returned it for an XL which fits worse as is frumpy looking and sleeves too long. I guess i need a Taylor but will have to return again and go buy locally
Hello Mark, our shirts are standard fit it is apparent you have larger arms making the fit tight in that area, sizing up will only put you in a size will help with the arms, but also make it too large everywhere else. We do tailor here. I will reach out and give you a call.
Received pants and shirt and they are good quality, then received jacket but it was too tight on back and arms so returning for larger size

I do apologize for the free shirt, I put in for it but apparently the system did not ship, it is still sitting in queue at fulfillment, not sure why. I have emailed fulfillment to send it asap.
Regarding your tailored shirt, it was made to your exact specifications as our QA document stated. Even still, our process is to ask the customer to measure with pictures to find fault of a shirt gone wrong. This either backs our document, or disparages it. It also gives the customer understanding. You refused to do this.
Mistakes are rarely our fault thus the reason you read the reviews the way you did, sound as that may it is fact. It is a 20 to 1 ratio of mistakes made by customers to our tailors. We are professional tailors doing this for a very long time, our customers are not. Unfortunately asking our customers who aren't professionals to measure asks a lot. We push back on about 95% of the measurements that come in from customers because un-proportionalities are a big red flag for us and we don't want these mistakes to turn into improperly fitting garments. It was no different for you. We pushed back several times reflective in our emails back and forth with you, our tailors asked a few times for you to confirm your measurements as they were not satisfied.
Your chest, stomach, waist measurements were all 38.5" your hip was at 39.5". These are all measurements that would suggest a very "boxy" fitting shirt. Whats more, these measurements were un-natural in our opinion. The body of a small to medium, and a shoulder of an XL. In answer to our concerns to make sure it was a good fit, you made a couple of small corrections to the original measurements but still there were issues, from there you insisted all was correct. You words were "all of the measurements you gave are correct", despite our ongoing red flags. It just seemed you were not to be bothered anymore with it and you were done. Just as a note, when our red flags are heeded, they always receive a well fitted garment. If you read the good reviews, you will see those in there but you probably did not do that.
Finally, upon receiving the shirt your complaint was that it was very "boxy", you were then upset you could not return it because it was a tailor made to order shirt, and left a negative review. I then got involved. I explained we made your shirt exactly to your specifications you gave us and that we tried to tell you. I offered a recourse for you, you refused, you also refused to confirm shirt measurements were made correctly and all attempts at reconciliation was just our fault. At this point there really is no recourse, I offered a free shirt for you to reconsider your bad review since I did not think the review was fair given the circumstance explained. The shirt got held up somehow which I will address.
