I bought a $55 french fry cutter and it's horrible I used it twice and I couldn't get the cutter to cut it was way too hard. I contacted the company on live chat and email and they said it's used so sorry. I cannot believe that they don't have some type of a return policy. They said because it's used in over 30 days I'm out of luck. How could I know if I'd like it if I don't use it extremely disappointed

A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

Product delivered is consistently beat up and unusable. Sometimes product is not shipped as described. There is no way of telling how the product will be combined and shipped. Prices are better than a lot of places, but quality can definitely suffer.

However, there is still a small chance of accidents occurring in transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 5 business days of receipt so we can find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process.

We try to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, some product images prove difficult or impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product.

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature such as Specification Sheets, SDS Sheets, etc., before placing your order. No returns

We bought a canister vacuum from them as our first purchase. The item I received was in new condition and wasn't what we expected or needed.
Because it was used once even though is in new condition in the new package they would not accept a return.

I had been buying butcher paper from WebstaurantStore for about a year and a half to place on tabletops over linen in my restaurant. I suddenly noticed that the quality had changed dramatically for the worse. I contacted WebstaurantStore and they asked me to provide pictures and video, which I did. In the end, they just blew me off and left me with 4 rolls of paper that is useless to me.

In other words, we do not have a specific vendor name associated with the product. Webstaurant does not provide any warranty on appliances in Canada. I purchased a waring double waffle cone maker which after conversion/duties/taxes cost me $700 CAN This appliance broke down 3 months later and they cannot help me what so ever, they refuse to repair the product or replace it. So if you're in Canada i highly recommend buying within Canada or from a more reputable company with real customer service.

While I am not able to pull up the specific item you are referring to, I was able to find Waring's warranty information that we provide on each Waring product's web page: "Parts are subject to a 90 day warranty. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer discretion. Warranty is not valid on any product leaving the U.S." For your situation, I would recommend you find a local technician that can repair the unit for you. Depending on the item you purchased, you may be able to purchase replacement parts. This can be found on the item's page, on the right side of the screen under "Looking for Replacements?" Bought 4 glass drying racks with extenders. The video on the listing shows a person attaching the extenders.

When I received the racks, the extenders were already attached and I could not remove them. Customer service was unhelpful and told me that the extenders were not meant to be removed.

The cost to return (20% restocking fee + pay for shipping) is cost prohibitive, so I'm basically stuck with a bunch of useless racks I can't use and I'm out over $100.

SO ANNOYING.

Dishonest
October 24, 2018

I ordered a 3/8" french fry cutter for my church and also a seperate 1/4" cutter blade and 1/4" pusher block. When I ordered it they have 2 websites that show what appears to be identical products but at a different price. When I received the shipment i realized I did not get the pusher block for the 1/4" cutter. I emailed them for help and explained the problem. I was told to take a picture of what I received which I did. On one of the websites when the order was placed it only included the cutter blade for the 1/4" fries at a price of $17.49 the other website included the pusher block and cutter for $11.49. At this time I was never told that the pusher block was not included with my order. I was later told that if I wanted the pusher block I would have to order it separately and pay an additional shipping charge of over $22 for a small package. I this fraud?
I'll let the Fl attorney General decide

We have been using Webstrauntstore.com since early 2016 to maintain supplies for our coffee shops. We've ordered ice machines, syrups, bar supplies, sinks, etc. with little to no issues. We've received damaged goods but they were either credited or replaced within a couple of days. It is safe to say, we rely on their services to maintain 70% of our products. Very happy with them and would encourage you to give them a try.

I bought a commercial refrigerator for over $3000. 00 with white glove delivery which was supposed to take an extra 5-7 days delivery. I didn't mind the wait though the cost for this special delivery was high. According to the tracking schedule my item was delivered to my city 8 days ago but I have not received the refrigerator yet. They told me it was going to be delivered last Saturday (Today is Tuesday) so I went into work on a normal day off to wait from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for delivery. The delivery did not come because someone had the wrong contact number to reach me. I rechecked my order and had given the correct number. After numerous attempts to contact NSD the delivery company and also contact to Webstaurant, they have now rescheduled the delivery to tomorrow between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. These are not my normal work hours and I will have to go in during this time to see if they show up. So far it is 15 days since the original purchase. I will never use this service or purchase from this company again.

DO NOT USE. They sent us a defective product (literally haven't even been able to use it for 1 minute because it leaks) and it has taken over 3 weeks to get it fixed and it's still not fixed. Save yourselves the trouble and spend a little bit more money for QUALITY (not broken) products. Aside from the inconvenience they have caused, our restaurant has also missed out on a lot of money that could have been made had we had a working product. I repeat, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WEBSTAURANT.

Shipping prices are outrageous and they try to rationalize why they are that way but they only reinforce the fact that they are trying to screw you over. Many websites offer free shipping over a certain dollar amount, obviously contradicting what they claim on their site. Stay away and buy on Amazon. They will die soon.
