This is a great product at a great price! For the price you would think you would be on your own, but the customer service this company offers is unbelievable! I would highly recommend.

This is my first website and I am not tech savvy to say the least. That being so, I am TRULY exceedingly satisfied with this company's customer service. They are ALWAYS PROMPT to answer any questions that I have, ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL and I never feel rushed or back at square 1. They have been extremely helpful to me even offering advice on different layouts for my site. I honestly feel like we're friends or at least close working associates... they're THAT down to earth but never lacking on professionalism. I am so glad I chose WebsiteBox, and so thankful to the whole team... but an extra Shout Out To Jonah and Rabi who have had to conquer the task of being extra patient in assisting me:-)

Customer service is responsive and helpful. The amount built-in content included is worth the price in my opinion. This allows you to slowly change things and update the wording as you see fit over time. However, I wish some things like the social media icons would be updated.

Rabi and the customer support team was excellent; I called many times until I had this right. There is a learning curve and took time, but he was very helpful on boarding and revising the detail. Thank you!

I have been waiting for 40+ weeks for these folks to display the info from my mls correctly. They contend that there are only 7 homes available for sale in Brooklyn, NY and I contend that they are a group of unprofessionals. Even my MLS finds their ignorance amusing. If you are a serious broker, stay away at all costs. The staff are a bunch of spoiled, young brats who don't know how to answer the phone or speak in a professional way. Their CEO doesn't answer emails. Go elsewhere!

I've only been working with website box for a few days and had my onboarding call today. There are several features - more than I expected, and the representatives have assisted me professionally and without significant delay. I can't believe they can provide this at such a low cost - I know there are more apps and they will encourage me to purchase them, but it already has pretty much all I need, and for a very affordable price. So far, so good!

WebsiteBox helped me create my real estate site easily and quickly. IDX setup was smooth and the customer support has been excellent with quick responses. I am glad I found this company since not only price is affordable there are also many out of the box configuration that normally would take days to create on your own. Look and Fees is very professional and lots of thoughts has been added to create the user friendly web site with little configuration. I highly recoment website box as a great addition to any realtor that wants to go with their own web site.
