My experience with webeyecare.com was great! This was the first time using this site - I was looking for the best price on contacts while getting them in a quick hassle free method. I have ordered contacts from webeyecare 2 times now. I have always been pleased with the prices and turn around time. My contacts were shipped within a few days. I found the same contacts on another site for a very close price. I called webeyecare.com and asked if they had any specials or coupons and the lady gave me a code for $5 off.
Very simple to order; faxed my new prescription and the order was shipped the next day. Had a "chat" with a representative online and she was very helpful. The final price was $5.00 per box less than the last place I ordered from (lens.com). Received my order when I expected it.

Is there a way to give negative stars? This company is disorganized and unintelligent. A while back I tried ordering thru them and they kept emailing me saying that they couldn't get my prescription verified (they were calling Hawaii during off hours). Seriously? Ever think to look at where you're calling? Common sense would tell you that during the early morning hours on the East Coast is 6 hours ahead of Hawaii.
Now I have moved back home and have a doctor in South Carolina and emailed my prescription - they still said they needed to verify and they were calling Hawaii again. Not to mention - I'm almost out of daily contact lenses and leaving for vacation on Tuesday (10 days to process an order is crap - Other sites do it faster). They told me that I would have to pay for overnight shipping to get it even though I placed the order 5 days ago.
Oh, and now they're blaming my doctor's office saying that the office in Hawaii was hanging up on them and now the office in South Carolina is. Really? 2 different doctor's offices hanging up on you? Sounds like a problem on your end.
I work in the hospitality industry. This is crap service. I'd rather spend a little more and get the contact lenses on time and from a nicer company.
At this time I just want my order cancelled so I can get contact lenses from someone who wants my business.
I purchased contacts for a second time on 8/15/13 from this service and there will not be a third! First of all, returning customers pay MORE than if I just Google 'contacts' and buy from the site's 'special offer' link! That was disappointing but I ordered through the link and saved a few dollars. Then I got my contacts after a week only to have some issues with the contacts for my right eye. I went through half of the box to make sure it wasn't just one contact. I still had an existing contact for my left eye. I spent two days trying to view tv, drive and work from my desk only to conclude that the distance vision in the right contacts was not adequate. It is not my prescription as that is current. I started a chat to see if they would do an exchange since the box appeared to be incorrectly marked. The online chat rep said that I needed at least 4 contacts in the box before they would do an exchange! BS! DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!
My experience was excellent! The shipping was quick. When I made a mistake in my order I was quickly informed and it was taken care of very quick. The price of my contact were half the price I would pay anywhere else.
