This item seems to be very sturdy, and it's very deep, now as far as width goes, minus a half star, as far as price goes, absolutely overpriced, Come on weathertech, this thing is probably costing you about maybe 30 dollars to make, and it cost 149.95, I would have no problem with 80, maybe 90, but 149.95. Nah, not at all, well it's mine now and it is taking care of some of my backseat things, but not all of them.

I purchased a bed liner for my 2022 GMC truck. It did not fit. Called customer service and did not get a satisfied answer why they are selling a bed liner for this truck that does not totally fit. I started the return process and I asked for the $25 shipping fee to be refunded, but they refused. I would not have bought this product if I had known that it did not fit my truck. Pictures are attached.

Poor quality
July 14, 2023

I ordered Weather Tech mats for my car in 2013. The quality was superior and easy to clean. Because I was happy with them I ordered mats for my new 2023 Kia Sorento. The material is like plastic and not rubber. I tried scrubbing dirt off them with a scrub brush, soap and water. The result was very disappointing. A film of dirt remains. I do not recommend purchasing Weather Tech products as long as they are using this inferior material.

This company has the worst customer service ever! They send me the wrong mats then very rudely informed me they could replace but first I had to send the wrong ones back at MY cost and then they would ship new ones with the NEW shipping costs. This was all after, they completely sent me the wrong ones.
When I called, a person (I wont call her customer service becuase she in no way was a customer service person) named Angelica (ironically) was the rudest, loudest person I have ever spoken with. I could barley get a word in. Just stay away from them!

I ordered door covers for my 2020 E- class. They were supposedly made for this model. They do not remotely fit. When I inquired about this with Weathertech they said this was a 'stock product'.
The return process was extremely difficult. They offered to pay for shipping due to the product being completely wrong. They lost the returned item for a month and then did not refund the full amount. They had the nerve to deduct shipping after offering to pay. Make SURE the product is exactly what you want before ordering. I had always heard this was a great company with superior products. Big mistake!

Go somewhere else
June 20, 2023

I originally ordered a cargo liner for a Jeep Cherokee and they send a liner for the Jeep Grand Cherokee (more money). When it was returned I was supposed to get just a liner for the cargo area and I was sent the liner with the back seat liner (more money). After I returned the original Grand Cherokee liner sent in error I did not get a credit for anything. Since they sent me the WRONG liner, I was forced to pay for it. They are the worst. They upsell and it's illegal. Shame on them for messing with customers.

Just So So
June 12, 2023

Given the price of my Weathertech mats I expected excellent performance and design. The mats come up short in covering the whole floor such that dirt and debris can't get past them especially at the edge of the seat. I had dirt accumulate along the front and side near the seat under the mat.

Also, after 1 week of use and using soap and nylon brush I scrubbed my mat and was only able to remove some of the dirt. The mat is already stained and discolored.

I will not buy Weathertech again! Way to expensive for the performance.

I purchased floor mates and after a year it was faded and never could get the dirt to com off. I then tried bleach and water but still stayed dirty. I would not recommend this unless you never put dirt on your boots. Have a great commercial but the product is not very good.

Not sure if this is thin plastic or thin rubber. Either way these are so cheap and flimsy. Not even a good fit. Maybe the need to check their laser.I'm gonna just keep using the mats that came with the car. If you need protection buy a different brand.

In 2010 bought an Acura RDX. I bought the WT floor liners front, rear and cargo liner. I traded the car in 2021 with the same mats inside. Yes, the driver side was worn, but what do you expect after 10 years? My next vehicle was a 2020 Honda CRV for which I bought WTHP mats. This was a lease so I turned it in this year. The mats were in pristine condition. Wish I had taken them out and sold them myself! I did keep the cargo liner which fits perfectly inside my 2023 Tucson (go figure). On the site it says you have 30 minutes to cancel your order. Well, I canceled 4 or 5 days later with no problems. I thought I wanted Smartliners until they arrived. What a disappointment! They felt like hard plastic and look cheap. They fit nicely, but nowhere in quality as WT. Of course I had to pay to return them at a cost of $25. Then I order WT from Hyundai Shop. BIG mistake! They were poorly packaged, no one answers the phone, initial price was higher, they dont carry WTHP, so, I am sending them back! Again, cost of $25. So, had I gone with what I know, instead of trying to save a few dollars trying something different because of ratings, suggestions, recommendations, etc., I would have $50 towards the WTHP that I really like! They fit well in my Honda and I expect no less from the new ones. Customer service was courteous and helpful, I got my refund from the first ones I ordered (which I should have kept), and I have re-ordered. This is my opinion based on my experience.

We had weathertech floor mats in our 2006 Lexus RX330 since it was new (like 17 years). About a year ago the driver's side lost its rigidity and interfered with the gas pedal operation. I cut a chunk out of it so it would still work. Recently, I saw a tv ad that suggested they had a lifetime warranty. So, I contacted the Company and sent them pictures. A few weeks later we got a new pair in the mail. I was flabbergasted as al.ost every guarantee and warranty you get these days. I now have Weathertechs in all 3 vehicles..

My Colorado sunshade does not fit due to them not having an option for the larger mirror base. I brought this to their attention and was essentially told that I can either deal with it or send it back. I Will never purchase from them again and I've been a long time customer.

Not impressed
May 4, 2023

I had my vehicle equipped with the Weathertech floor liners, and shortly after began noticing the edges were curling up,badly. Not only is that very unsightly,it's a serious tripping hazard for anyone entering or exiting the vehicle.
I also purchased a set of their side window visors. They were a real pain in the $#*! to install. The driver's side visor always rubbed to some extent when rolling the window up. The other day I noticed a large crack in my driver's side window. I have no doubt this was caused by the poorly fitting visors. It will now cost me almost $600 to get the window replaced.
No more Weathertech products for me.

I'll be brief. The product is flimsy and they damage their own product by packing poorly. The product doesn't fit as nicely as I thought it would.
