Don't buy anything from them, first check prices. I found that the same furniture they provide its way cheaper from other companies.
Packages were delivered late. Customer service was poor. My daughter's bunk bed was shipped in 5 packages and when 4 of the five were delivered the boxes were open, pieces were chipped. When I asked about the fifth box I was told it would be delivered THREE days later. Another shipment was pushed back over a week. Just use Amazon. Wayfair is a joke
Ordered a 9 drawer dresser for my master bedroom. Delivery date was set with a 12-4pm window and a guaranteed call 30 minutes before delivery. At 3:45pm I had not heard from anyone so I called. I was on hold waiting for a rep for 20+ minutes. They tell me they cannot locate the driver nor can they reach him by phone. At 5:35pm they ring my doorbell but are parked in my neighbors driveway. Mind you I live on a private street with significant distance between houses so I gave specific driving instructions which they failed to follow. The box has a hole in it so I open the box and sure enough there is huge hole in the back of the dresser, so I refuse the delivery. They lug the dresser back to the neighbors driveway and on the truck but then can't leave because the truck has broken down. I made multiple phone calls and customer service tells me they can't do anything because the delivery warehouse is now closed. The driver made several phone calls but would not give me his supervisors name or number. After being stranded for 3 hours they claim to have someone on the way to fix and/or move the truck. It's currently 9:24pm, their employees have been stuck for 4 hours and they are still sitting in my neighbors driveway blocking them in, unable to get out. This was my 1st and last order... I'm more upset with how they've treated their employees. Or should I say, how they've abandoned their employees.
Ordered a dining bench through the Wayfair Website. First it took 2 weeks to start the delivery which I was ok with. Then after two weeks I was told it was being delivered that Wed after I called on Saturday. Wednesday coems and goes and I call back and they say that it should have been delivered and to call the delivery company. I call the delivery company and they tell me they do not even have it and it would arrive the following Wednesday. Wednesday again comes and goes. I call the delivery company and they do not answer. I call wayfair and they say we do not know what happened and put me on hold to talk to a delivery specialist. Customer service rep comes back on and says they have a long wait and will have them give me a call soon. I never hear from them and am now on hold again.
I ordered a headboard, two wingback chairs and a coffee table. I totally wished I'd reviewed this site prior to placing and receiving the items- quality was so so, but returned the sofa table for almost 1/3 of the cost of the table. The process for return is exhaustive to say the least. Yes beware and with so many poor reviews- how are they still not reviewed by BBB and requested or mandated to get better. Will never ever order from them again. I know the brick and mortar furniture stores are going away with the "online" option. Not good at all.
My first (and last) experience with Wayfair. Their TV commercials and exposure on numerous HGTV shows makes Wayfair appear appealing & safe. They are not! I ordered six (6) Talavera Mexican tiles from Wayfair. They arrived on time & packed well. Except the tiles that arrived were the wrong size. Double checked my order to make sure I'd ordered the correct size. Yep I did! Ok, now the BAD news... Worse news begins. I emailed Wayfair explaining that they made a mistake & I wanted to return the tiles. I knew at this point I didn't have time for another mistake cuz tiles were for a fireplace project & contractor needed ASAP. So, I received a generic response from Wayfair that someone would be in contact with me, blah, blah, blah. NEVER heard from them. So, decided to initiate a return at website. So, I have to pay Wayfair twice the original ship cost to mail the tiles back--due to their mistake. I also chose "email me a return shipping label.
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE EMAIL FROM THEM ADDRESSING MY/THEIR PROBLEM. IM JUST GOING TO find their address, send tiles back signature receipt required and then file a complaint with BBB and anyone else who will listen. These people are theives plain and simple. This was a costly mistake but I'm glad I didn't make a larger purchase. Not sure how this ripoff company can stay in business. NEVER EVER WAYFAIR AGAIN!
After having announced delivery of the pool table twice, being 1 month late, the table still hasn't been delivered and they pretend it has. They are crooks and can't handle deliveries properly.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
After 5 weeks and numerous emails about my delivery being delayed due to "the July 4th Holiday" they just old me my table was "lost in transit." Don't get sucked into them!
I placed an order to go on my wayfair cc. They billed my visa instead. Not only did they bill my visa, they billed it twice. A manger Aim hung up on me and the bank on a 3 way call. Almost 2,000 was billed to my visa debt card without my permission or knowledge. The bank suggested to close my account! I still have not gotten a refund. This is not legal to use someone's card without there permission and I still do not have my money back. I am so upset. Plus I never even got a sofa and a desk chair that was on the order. This is unreal
I ordered the bank bed with the assembly. Two days before delivery they told me that there is no assembly available, which I would not make an order in first place if that was stated when I was ordering the bed.
The day I got the phone call I tried to call them back and no answer from them so far.
If I just want to return the bed they want to charge me more!

They offered a set of glasses that were listed for $4.00 for the set. When I went to purchase them they would not honnor the listed price. Then called a supervisor they took the item off line. Shame on them I have seven children none of us will ever support wayfair.
All the items I have purchased through Wayfair have shown to be of great quality. Even when I have compared my purchase with a lower priced item at a big box store, the quality difference is noticeable.
Here's my take on Wayfair. I've ordered many items successfully in the past. I was pretty happy with them and the customer service. Until now. I ordered a recliner from them They posted a date of delivery of August 5th. I initially emailed them asking if they could expedite the date. NO REPLY. I ordered it June 1st. I decided to cancel it on June 15th - Far before the delivery date. I got my reply the following Monday saying they couldn't cancel it as it was being prepped for delivery - All of a sudden! I emailed them again I wanted to cancel it. No reply. I spoke to a service rep and he gave me the same. I was adamant in cancelling and he even acknowledged the date of August 5th delivery but said there was nothing he could do. They cancelled it but charged me 90.01 delivery/return charge. I again protested. They said no. I told them I'd never order from them again and I've cut up my Wayfair card. I will bad mouth them on any venue I can. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Quality of everything I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.
After purchasing a sofa for $400 I realized its price changed to $368 a couple days later. I called and they were happy to change the price for me and I was only on the phone for 3 minutes. The couch arrived when expected and right at my front door. It was not damged it was perfect. I made this purchase a year ago and the couch is still great, no problems!
I have been very pleased, for the most part with Wayfair. I have furnished a few rooms with items as well as my patio, and Wayfair has been very good to work with, the quality is very good for the price, and I love what I have bought!
Our outdoor furniture is just what we wanted. Quality great. Ease of assembly and excellent value for the money. I looked at many conversation sets this was by far the best online. When it arrived it really met our needs. Would strongly recommend.
