Ordered sofa a d hasn't arrived amd they're now saying they have no idea where my sofa is and when it will be delivered
I don't even know where to start. I placed an order but the price didn't add up. Found out I had 2 accounts and the price on one account was different than the price on the other account. S. Hughes tried to fix it and just made a mess. Items I wanted were cancelled then some shipped and some stayed cancelled. While this was happening another CS Rep named Crystelle cancelled an entire order when I clearly said in an email that I only wanted to cancel one item. How does cancel one item turn into cancel an entire order. Comprehension, literacy, training? I don't know but I wasted 40 minutes while CS and Sales tried to figure out what to do and then only messed everything up. Wayfair has lost it's luster with me. It's unfortunate that the so called "Wayfair Team" is so inept.
I have a large credit with Zibby and not able to use this because Wayfair keeps saying there's a glitch in there system. They expect me to just sit back another week after week for this to get fixed. I see how they care about customers. They lost my business

It's just a scam. Ordered a product that said it would ship within 1-2 days and my card would be charged when it shipped. My confirmation email said the expected ship date was in NINE WEEKS and they immediately charged my card. Their online cancellation system, the associated phone number and their online customer service are all useless and broken. I finally found a working number to call to cancel my order. They sent me an email refusing to cancel the order. Now I have to refute the charge on my credit card. Whatever you do, do not order from this website.
Edy, Emerson and Martin delivered my sofas today. They were very professional And polite. Great experience with the Delivery. Can't wait to unwrap my couches.
Bought two end tables. The glue holding the top failed after about 6 weeks. Warranty expires at 30 days. No option to return for refund or replacement. Won't shop Wayfair again.
I have bought furniture from Wayfair before but now that it's been revealed that they are run by very, very bad people who are supplying the children's camps at the border, never again. Please, people, find a company that has values and work with them. There are too many good options to continue supporting evil.

I've only had one hiccup when shopping Wayfair, but that's expected as things can't run smoothly all the time. The home furnishings I've bought in the past have all been of great quality. Great prices and super-fast shipping! Dealing with customer service reps can be frustrating sometimes, but I've worked in customer service before so I know it's not an easy task all the time.
I will give no star at all. After 50 days waiting and numerous phone calls, they've realised that our item is somewhere.?! A total disaster. Not reliable, not serious(never get back to you with an answer).
I have ordered multiple items thru Wayfair and have had great service and the products were as advertised. In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.
Could not be more disappointed with the lack of attention that was given to my recent complaint about the unusually long delivery time. The product arrived more than a week after the estimated delivery date. When I called customer service and spoke to the supervisor he said he would personally follow up with me to update me on the delivery status. Not only did I not get a follow up, my multiple attempts to follow up with HIM have been completely ignored for 3 days.
I also attempted reaching out to some C level contacts in their customer experience department, however those attempts have not been returned either.
This company needs to figure it out. I would never buy another product from them after my experiences
Wayfair shows and calls it a platform bed on their website. It states there will be no box spring in order. Ok, but it also shows a matteress on the platform. Wow!, to my surprise when it did arrive, NO matteress. I called about this and got the generic, I'm sorry, but it was stated no matteress in another section of their order info. I never saw this and now have to purchase a matteress or continue to sleep on the floor. They should have shown just the platform and called it that instead of a platform bed, showing the matteress on the platform. Pretty deceptive advertising if you ask me. Oh, the new matteress i need to buy us going to cost $400. So, to make up for their deception, i was sent a 10% off coupon for a future purchase. To make up the $400 I'd have to buy $4,000 of stuff. I'll never use them again and hope to tell. Others to do the same. Seems they get alot. More negative reviews than positive. I can see why after thus 1 and only experience with them.
I bought two chairs. In a very good price. I found the color I wanted. It was delivered on time and the product in good condition. The wayfair app is awesome.
Ordered item 21/5. Delivery date 24/5. Oops that slips to 28/5.28/5 comes and goes, no delivery! Contact delivery firm - no record of item! Contact Wayfair - discover item was not collected from warehouse. Will they send item by priority delivery to correct their mistakes? No, not in their service standards! Now 31/5 - numerous polite emails from Wayfair but no resolution offered - no idea when or if I will get my order! Quick to take payment but no clue as to customer service. Not Wayfair - rather waybad'! Avoid!
Shipping was fast.The cat towers I ordered where ok but not the best made. Very cheap materials and I constantly have to tighten them up.My cats rarely go n them so no idea why they always get loose. I am glad they were on sale. Hey are not worth the price paid though. I dont think I will order there again anytime soon.
1. I was searching for Koala sewing machine cabinets. Wayfair popped up in the first 5 google results. Wayfair Lies. Wayfair is not a certified Koala dealer, and you have to be a certified dealer to carry their products. If Wayfair is indeed a certified Koala dealer, there is no way of finding out on the site. Wayfair does sell what they claim as sewing furniture, but it is the cheap knockdown flat pack crap and a lot of it is just a glorified table with a fancy name suggesting is has specific powers. 2. Wayfair demands a "valid" email address to leave site feedback yet rejects valid working email addresses right and left. I got every person (8) in the house to try their email, every email address typed in was declared "invalid". The site can't accept valid emails, and they lie about what they sell.
The site tells you they send your package with "care", just received my tv stand and it was literally broken in half. It was only wrapped in card board... ONLY CARD BOARD. Who does that with such fragile things that people work their $#*! off to pay for? I am not happy, this ruined my whole entire day. Quit your job if you don't know how to wrap fragile items with plenty of protection.
