Ordered my bed in September before I moved into my apartment. I love this bed I had a king size that I bought. I just moved to a smaller place and had to buy a smaller bed. I received the bed but the box was open with no screws, no instructions or legs. I looked everywhere. I called them and they said they will send them. I waited almost 2 Months and called again several more times. Finally only the screws showed up 2 Moths later. No legs or instructions. Their is no instructions to this bed on the internet or on the website. In the meantime I have been sleeping on a loveseat. Geez. I am so mad at them. Buyer beware of this company. I still don't have a bed. They said to donate it and I did. I have bought a lot of stuff for my business as well. With only a few hiccups. We will be using another company. Shame on you. I will provide pictures.
Will never order from them again! Worst shipping every I been waiting for my item for ten days now. They customer service is useless! I could have ordered something from China and got it sooner. Very disappointed and still no product. They say if it's not here by the 31st they will replace or refund.
I placed an order with lots of small parts and had to return just a few however Wayfare will only let you return each item to specific warehouses that are all different so you have to pay $15 a pop from multiple boxes just to have a few small returns do not recommend order somewhere else!

We ordered two full-size beds for our kids clearly stated in the item descriptions that mattresses were included. Upon delivery mattresses are not included and the only thing they could offer was a 10% discount on a mattress. Customer support was poor and didn't even speak concerned about the issue have been reported to the Better Business Bureau along with yelp. I wish I could put negative stars I would put -5 stars.
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER order from this company again. You order one thing and they send you something completely wrong. Then customer service is a joke, the first guy that answered was NO help what so ever, then hung up on me. So I call back n the second guy was worse. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I ordered furniture on October 25th. That night I get email huge sale tomorrow. My item was going on sale of course. Customer service refused to consider honoring the price. Last sale ever from me.
I ordered a desk from wayfair and had the assembly package. They damaged the desk in 2 spots. I called wayfair they said I had to call the maker Bush so they transferred me. Bush said due to it was damage from assembly I would have to contact wayfair. I called wayfair again they said nothing they can do I have to call Handy for resolution. They completely ran me in circles with no resolution so far.
Ordered a Murphy Bed Cabinet in March of 2021. Didn't arrive till June of 2002. Wrong color. In the meantime, my credit card expired. I called Wayfare about the color and they gave me a credit so that I could have it painted. They mentioned nothing about an expired credit card. They claim to have sent me 2 emails about the bill. Never got them. They claim to have sent me a letter that was neither registered nor certified. Never got that either. Suddenly last week I'm getting emails and texts from a collection agency. Thought it was a scam. Called Wayfare. No apologies. No help. Rude and condescending. I will never use them again. A phone call would have resolved it!
Ordered an outdoor dining table in September. In stock item Said was shipped October 6. Never came talked to a rep said it was coming this weekOct 24. This week it says November 21 it is out of stock. The reason they said it was damaged. I don't get that message but all of the sudden AFTER I was told that it shows up on the tracking. By the time it comess we will have snow They have all of my money since September and will do nothing about it. Will never order again
I would have given it a zero. Ordered for the first and last time. They billed me for items canceled and not delivered. They issued a partial refund insisting item had been delivered- they hadn't. Still ongoing
The sofa fell apart after a month, the second one they sent was damaged and used. Fraud, fraud, fraud
Package was to be delivered to mountain home on 08/21/22. Drove up to accept delivery and at 6PM received notice that it was delayed. Spoke with Wayfair. First rep ended call. Called back and Stacy was helpful as she could be and transferred me to supervisor Brandon. Wayfair pretty much does not accept any responsibility for the shipping problems that they choose to use... not the consumer. It will cost more gas AND time to return to the mountain home to accept delivery on another day. The best they would offer is 10% off my next order... really! Do not use if you need delivery on a specific date.
Wayfair market themselves as a high-quality brand but in reality they peddle dressed-up, sweatshop garbage. One product claimed to be solid wood with some engineered wood, it was entirely chipboard with a single piece of real wood. You would be much better either going to a secondhand store for real wood or IKEA for much better quality chipboard products.
As for delivery just look at the screenshots. That was not just one order. We ended up having to cancel a dining table ordered in May as it kept being delayed and won't arrive by Christmas now.
I have ordered from Wayfair many times in the past. I have often received broken items which is always frustrating but I have had some good luck too with other items. In the past, customer service bent over backwards to assist and would provide some kind of decent discount for the hassle factor of not returning items that you can live with, even if not perfect. That is no longer the case. This time around I ordered a hard plastic deck box which is a big awkward shaped item. The box was open when it arrived (not the first time this has happened) and there was a piece broken and frankly the box looked a bit beat up. I actually wondered if it had been used or got beat up in transport from Turkey where it originated. When I went to file a complaint, I got an auto-prompt asking if I would keep it for a partial refund of 25%. I decided that for avoiding the hassle factor of returning and the fact that I needed it for a coat drive for the Mutual Aid group I volunteer with beginning now, I would take the refund. But then I got a message, we need to discuss first. Then I waited 4 days for an email, sent in photos, and was essentially told they could offer me 5%. I pushed for the originally auto-offered 25%-no budge. I told them I wouldn't have bought this in a store like this (a part broken, a bit beat up and a bit flimsy) for $90 but again, the coat drive had started and I needed to get going with it with what I had-and that I would duct tape the broken part. With that unsatifactory discount, I have since asked them to close my account. I think like many others, I continue to be disappointed in the quality of the products they sell (not all but many) and unlike the past, when they would offer a decent discount to put up with an inferior product, they are no longer willing to do so-and pretty polite yet chilly in the process. Yes, I did have the opportunity to return it but it didn't match my timeline for needing it. So since I can't count on getting a quality product the first time around and I found their resolution to be unsatisfactory, I am done with Wayfair.
I bought a sofa from Wayfair and did their 12 months same as cash. I had the month wrong of when I needed to pay it off (totally my mistake). I did not however dream they would charge me $230 interest charge for not paying it off. I only owed $133 and now owe $363. That is high way robbery and I will never order from them again! Not to mention I hate the sofa!
