Reserved night before. Easy online process, competitive rates, smooth parking and delivery back. Great service!

Way.com took my money and booked me a parking before my flight. I arrived@ the lot only to be told that the lot is full and way.com was notified 3 days earlier to not accept reservations for this lot.
Now I have no parking and parked@ the airport for 2-3x times higher $$
I called way.com and they denied responsibility and only refund they will give me is way.com "Bucks" that can only be used on their site.
Do not Book or use this service

Notice how their parking facilities all of great ratings of 4-8 to 5? Only on google they are all around 2-4. Way deletes ratings as they did on one of mine. They push off poor service on the parking companies at LAX and say that it's not their responsibility. Stay away..

I park at Way Parking every time. They have great service and are cheaper than the others. No problems.

Friendly staff. I was quickly met at my car when I parked, and delivered back to its spot when we returned. The car was in the same condition I left it in.

Way is a great company! We were gone for 9 days we had fast service 2 and from the airport. Will be using them again in the future!

We made reservations online. When we arrived a shuttle was there to pick us up as soon as we parked. We were picked up promptly on our return even though our flight was delayed. It was easy, reasonably priced, and we will us Way again.

Excellent visit despite confusion with valet parking. Larger signs and vehicles need to be cleared out valet lane for additional valet customers to park safely.

They did a good job getting us parked, to the airport and back again, quickly and easily also at a reasonable price.

DO NOT USE! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been duped twice. The photo of the lot was nothing like the reality. I saw a photo of an indoor lot and upon arrival, it was an abandoned space in an alley with overgrown weeds. The space was fenced and locked with no access. Fortunately, we were early or would have missed our flight trying to find alternate parking.
That's not the worst. Way refused to refund me. This is the 2nd time I've had thus issue with Way.

Pretty good service. The wait for valet was a little long, and the wait for the shuttle was as well. But overall, very nice people so will definitely use again.

Always a pleasure to park there. We showed up and they were ready to take the truck and got us on the shuttle and on our way to the airport. Upon coming back didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes for shuttle and they had the truck parked and warmed up ready for us to leave. The easiest in and out I have ever done. Thanks!
