I purchased express shipping and there was nothing in the pre-ordering process that said I would have to sign for the watch. It took me over a week to line up with UPS when to deliver it when I would actually be home. No one is home all day every day to sign for a package, and I would never have selected this had I been made aware. It was super frustrating as it delayed me giving a special gift.
After all that, the watch is perfect.
I really am enjoying this watch. As a graduation gift, this michele deco sport chronograph gold pink leather is an investment in the graduate's future. It's a reminder of the milestones achieved and the exciting chapters yet to come. This watch is more than just an accessory; it's a companion on life's journey.
I don't like shopping on line for items as personal as the watch I wear every day. However, in this case, it worked. The process was easy, the site was straightforward, and the response was quick.

Was sent the wrong product after ordering expedited delivery. Had to go through an RMA process and pay return shipping to cover their error to get actual ordered product. Correct product received a month after initial order and they sent me an opened box (broken manufacturer's seals).

I bought a watch, Oris watch 40 mm Dia., but when i received, it is bigger than what i usually wear. So I decide to return. Now watchmaxx charge big restocking fee at $37.47. I understand shipping fee, but if customer cannot wear(too big). Size advertise is not accurate. Watchmaxx should not charge restocking fee. This is very bad, I would not buy from this company again.
My order was placed with delivery to my home because I was able to modify the shipping address. It had to be the address of the card i placed the order on. I assumed i would be able to modify the shipping address to my business address in which i am at during the day. However, i was restricted from doing so. When I attempted to reach out to contact your organization, you were on vacation for two weeks. So, the three attempts were made and the watch was returned. Of course I wanted the watch, so I called when you returned and paid the additional $29.00 to have the watch reshipped to my business address.
