Excellent service, fast turnaround, packaged very good. I was skeptical at first because the price was almost too good to be true. Far better than Amazon and other search options. I don't buy watches often but I would buy from here in the far future.

Due to "delays in our credit card processing for refunds" I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to receive a refund. WatchMaxx did not dispute the chargeback, but the process took weeks. Not a reputable company, BEWARE!

I received a Breitling watch that had scratches on it and was unable to exchange for a watch that is supposed to be in new condition they did not have available and I needed the watch as a gift so there was no time I was highly disappointed for there customer service support. Would not pause this site in the future, so unfortunate.
