I sent my watch in 3 months ago and was told it sold on January 15th. They do not return emails and it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. My rep Eric Toso keeps telling me the check is in the mail... but still no check. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS!

THEY HAVE 4 WATCHES OF MINE. NOW I CAN'T GET ANYBODY TO ANSWER THE PHONE & TALK TO ME. THEY SAID 3 OF THE FOUR WEREN; T REAL. I WANT THEM ALL BACK. WHEN I TRY TO SENT THE MOPNEY FOR THEM TO BE RETURNED I CANT GET THE INFORMATION TO SEND THE MONEY FOR THEIR RETURN. I THINK I NEED A LAWYER

Please see "Webuywatches.com" through the BBB. Watchbrokers.com and webuywatches.com are the same business sharing the same 800 number. Watchbrokers.com rated A- (as pointed out by the sales staff) BUT webuywatches.com has an F rating due to 34 complaints in 36 months. There are plenty of complaints on this site!

Obviously, these 2 reviews are from actual watchbrokers.com workers. Seriously, this is website marketing 101. I still have yet to see a (valid) good review on this company
