This is a horrible company of employees and managers who have no concern for customers or issues. I believe they must hold class on how to be rude and deceitful to customers and others. The managers as well as sale personnel only know how to tell lies and misinformation to people solving issue's is not part of thier mission statement please do not under any circumstances have this company pick up your waste. Stay away far away they are a company where customers service is a foreign world to them. They deserve 0 stars.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Our bill has gone up every single billing cycle. I don't have time to sit on hold to talk to them about it. I'm switching services.

Soo I've had service with them for three weeks and two of those weeks they forgot to pick up my trash. I called them and they had taken a photo of my trash bin which was at the curb but would not pick it up because it wasn't lighted perfectly with the road. I told them no one had told me that how was I supposed to know it had to be perfect. I mean they took the time to take the photo but not let me know they couldn't touch my bin without the perfect alignment. No compassion, nothing. They didn't even apologize.
Do not recommend them. I wish I had known this before buying two bins from them!

Worst company ever. Communication? None existent. You will have to call several times to get any updates. This place is horrible managed, manager says "we don't call everyone we can't deliver too". How rude! To in-convince someone of their time and money but can't take a few seconds to call them to notify them of changes to their delivery. Worst part is for 2 days straight they gave me the same run around, let's see what bs they have to tell me tomorrow! OVER IT, just shop with someone else because this company doesn't value you're time or money. Also the text was sent hours after I did my own investigation into where the hell my dumpster was

I had Waste Management (WM) residential trash pickup service in Flagstaff, Arizona, for 30 years, and for many of those years I was overcharged for barely adequate service. Soon after I had negotiated a better rate I had to cancel service because I sold my house. Waste Management (always) billed me 3 months in advance, and I stopped pickup after only 2 weeks of service in October, 2022. I talked to an unhelpful and unsympathetic representative who informed me that Waste Management does not give refunds for service that was paid for by the customer but not provided by WM. This seems to be a very unethical practice and a considerable windfall of unearned income for the company. Other companies I dealt with during the moving process, such as DirecTV, gave me refunds for unused service. I recommend that consumers consider an alternative to WM if one is available.

Support is only available on CST. Worst service ever. I cannot believe that we pay for this awful service. One star is too much... I wish there is an option for negative or black stars.

The driver did not pick up the trash on set date and the office promised for 3 days they have the driver come back come back next day to complete the job that they are being paid to do. The video shows the driver never came back and put in the system he did, and the management does not care about the customer and collect money for service the driver dose not complete the service. With the video show the driver never came back. CSR hang up on you when you call because they know the management does not care about the customer.

It just cost me 7 months and $1,200 to have their dumpster picked up after 8 yrs of service! This company, and i use that term loosely, will change your rate within 3 months of dropping their dumpster and when you move they hold you hostage while the fees pile up, had to send a letter via snail mail with 3 months notice, which i did only to have it returned un-opened, they then claim i had the wrong address, an address given to me by one of their many dim-wits. In the end i just paid the ransom just to be done with them. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

For years now I have been sitting all day waiting on the street corner waiting on the garbage and recycle, and mail trucks. My autistic grandchild loves them all. He calls all drivers, his friend. There have been many drivers, all very kind, generous and sweet to honk and wave and give him a hat. Today's friend was Vincent, and we really appreciate you and all the others.

WM once again failed to pick up our recycling. We have no choice but to use them since our HOA contracts with them. My neighbor and I e-mailed and called them and were assured that they would correct the problem and pick up the recycling bin stuff. Once again it did not happen. We have to put the full bins back in the garage or risk an HOA fine. It'll be two weeks before the recycling truck appears again, if we're lucky. WM sucks.

After terrible service of constantly missing recycling and trash pickup but being charged full price, I have called WM 6 times in a week. On hold over a hour today and still can't get anyone to answer. Attempted 3 different phone numbers today. After on hold 33 minutes, rep answered and said would transfer me to cancellation department. Call disconnected after about 5 more minutes on hold. How many calls do I have to make to cancel?

Useless can't even pick up a can. Pathetic company. They suck theysuck they suck they suck they suck

Used to be good, now they suck! Missed my Friday garbage pickup two weeks in a row! And their prices keep going up even though their service is getting worse and worse!

They are terrible, I am canceling them. I waste so much of my time on them and has to show them pictures of the trashes not pickup but marked completed. I think they are robbing their clients who do auto pay, raise 20-30% percent they said in email but they charge me like 100% more.

They are never on time and always complain about their back being in pain between Broadway and Fraser to Broadway and Kingsway. Why hire someone to work for you if they can't move/ lift the recycling bin to the truck

Not had garbage picked up going on 3 weeks now, called and called with no help told 4 times it would be picked up next day
