Hello all! Okay, so I'm hoping someone can give me the 411 on Wanelo. What is it and how to use it. A friend of mine put me on to it, so I checked out the website and I saw some ridiculously low prices on some high end items which made me suspicious. Another thing that made me suspicious was the fact that none of the sellers had contact information, or where the item is coming from. You go on Amazon or Ebay, that information is there. If something is too good to be true, it usually is. I learned this lesson the hard way dealing with a site called Rosewholsale (You may have heard of it, they have ads all over Facebook) I need some serious help here! I literally spend hours on the site, DAILY, just looking at all the stuff I want to buy but not in fear of being scammed! I just want some assurance that the site is safe and reliable and that the items are not fake or used. Thanks
I have purchased several items from Wanelo and the sellers have been very prompt to get the merchandise out. It takes a while to ship but its worth it at the end :) I give them 5****
They sell products they don't even have from ghost stores; I have ordered four times and they have me go through a fraud system process to see if they sell me the product, three orders were cancel because they do not have the product and the only order that went though haven't even arrived, I ordered three weeks ago. This is crap, they may have many stores but mostly stores we do not even know or exist and you are lucky if you get your order...
I bought a shopify biz and products were listed on wanelo. There were some sales. But as the new owner I had to change name etc. It was impossible to change the name, bank account and other vital information. I tried for 4 weeks to talk to customer service who is a guy who does not have a clue what's going on. I cannot recommend this store. Sell somewhere else.
This is a follow up to a review I did on 10/24. After many phone calls emails sent, my last email got the $#*! rolling. I filed a complaint with the California Department of Commerce against Wanelo. As of this morning I received an email that my order has shipped. That I had to do such an extreme process to get a response out of them is ridiculous, unprofessional and shows that they really dont care at all about their customers. Well see what condition my package arrives in now. Wanelo, its a pleasure to NEVER do business with you again.
I got my gucci belt and it was amazing. Some thought they were fake but little did they know it was 100% real. There are some serious bargins. When my friend told me about the site i couldnt belive my eyes. Yes some say its fake, but they think its bad because they arent optomistic...
I returned shoes and they were received Aug 11. I have sent photos of tracking number receipt and sent numerous emails. Ridiculous!

I attempted to order a backpack for my nephew 3 weeks ago and my order was canceled by Wanelo. I thought nothing of it and went and bought my nephew's backpack elsewhere Wanelo then refunds my account $34.85 on 8/27/17 and then takes it right back out of my account on 8/29/17! I have been going back and forth with them about this and they keep trying to say they sent the refund and I keep telling them that my bank has verified that they credit my account and then debited my account 2 days later! I want my money back how do you canel my order and take my money! Soooo not happy with them and this was my very first experience ordering with them and it not a good one at all! SEE MY ATTACHED BANK STATEMENT
I ordered 3 things from wanelo and then my moms card was shut off from the credit card company because they said that it was unsual activity with wanelo so i bought a visa card to continue shopping. No matter what card i tried to use wanelo rejected all the cards. I called wanelo and no answer left a voice mail and 4 emails it has been almost 4 days and i never got any answers. I am very displeased with this app and the customer service is bad. If they want to treat their customers poorly then i hope this app doesnt get anywhere at all!
I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Wanelo and have received both of them and i have continued to order and i hope to receive soon even though their estimated arrival dates can be a bit off i still got my shoes within a few weeks.
I purchased a Michael Kors purse from wanelo going on three weeks and the tracking number still doesn't state that my package has been shipped nor gives an estimate date on arrival. Also, when i went to check out, it charged my credit card twice. Thankfully my bank disputed one of the charges. $68 is to much money to just be handing out to never receive anything. I understand its coming from china, but i have yet to see that it has been shipped or an estimate date of the product arriving.
Wanelo is a great app that allows you to access all of your favorite stores and all their products. However wanelo is not always 100% reliable. There are cases where the productsare nothing like they were portrade to look in photos. Sometimes they come broken or made very cheaply. On the other hand, most all products have reviews and pictures from people who already purchased that product, so you are able to see if its worth the money. For every person who has had a bad expirance with wanelo there is another who has had a great one with it. There are many cases where you purchase an amazing product and are completely satisfied. In general wanelo is a great app, just make sure you check reviews and make smart choices.
I have a similar issue. I've been waiting almost 8 weeks for a refund. I've provided Wanelo with receipts, tracking numbers, the whole gamut and no answer back on my $156.95.
The only reason they get 1 Star, is because it will not let you review unless you give them a rating. They don't deserve a 1-star review. They deserve to have legal charges brought up against them. Clearly there are numerous buyers who have been scammed by this company. I've been trying for several months to get a refund that was promised me by a Wanelo rep, because the company we ordered from "YEP Fashion" did not deliver at all in time-frame promised. We had to rush a purchase for another Prom dress, because they didn't deliver. Contacted Wanelo, they indicated they would research and said that Yep Fashion clearly did not deliver as promised. Still try to get a refund for $155. No one will contact me back despite my numerous emails and phone calls. Wanelo is a Total Scam. Company has no integrity. I even contacted the CEO of Wanelo Deena Varshavskaya at <*******@wanelo.com>, and she will not answer my numerous requests. There needs to be a way to get our refunds, and there needs to be some legal action against this company. By the way, the Better Business Bureau gives Wanelo a D-. OMG I wished I had done my research on this company. All the bad reviews here are all true. First, they gave the impression that the product will be shipping from US but they are all shipped from China. Second, delivery dates are NEVER as promised. Delivery times are ridiculously long if you are LUCKY to receive items purchased. I ordered some items in March and it's almost the end of May, items still not delivered. Yet the company had the nerves to send me harassing emails, because I disputed the charges. And they still CANNOT provide an update on the status of shipment. Some of their items are still processing after 20 days of purchase. Apparently us the client are not entitled to cancel or receive a refund. Products are very cheap quality and totally different from the pictures shown on the site. FAKE NAME BRANDS are listed. POOR REPRESENTATION AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AND PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE REVIEWS! RUN, DON'T THINK TWICE!

All of bad reviews here are all true. First, they lied that the product will be shipping from US but those are all shipped from China. Second, delivery date is ridiculously long. Some of them are still processing after 20 days I ordered. Third, you can't cancel it or refund. Forth, product is very bad quality and totally different from the pics in the site... on and on. I can write a novel how bad this is! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I purchased an item from wanelo, got a shoddy bs tracking page, contacted company about never receiving product after 2 months, kept getting replies that only said we are looking into it. Requested refund, emails ignored ever since, company won't return my emails or my money, MULTIPLE REVIEWS from other customers online who had this happen to them! Don't trust this company

My daughter ordered a prom dress that has been weeks and we still do not have it even though it was 6 days delivery guaranteed! We have called customer service numerous times and written many emails with no contact or response! We will be going to the Better Business Bureau next as well as get a lawyer to get our money back even if we lose our money to get that lawyer! Buyers beware! :(

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
