This site is a rubber, I'm a victim, I ordered a sneaker and I haven't gotten yet til now, however they took the payment out of my bank already and it's been a month now!. Shame people theft. God is watching.

Fraudulent Practices

Wanelo does not give customers a money-back guarantee as stated on their website. I ordered several items that the seller created a fake tracking number and wanelo has failed to get my money back and or merchandise as stated on their website... They are below zero... People beware and stay away from this site. The government and or BBB should investigate...

Just go ahead and skip Wanelo and go straight to DHgate, AliExpress or even Wish. Ordered two items a month ago, status of orders still say "Processing" and both have passed their predicted arrival date, but Wanelo took the money out of my account the second I placed the order. No communication from the company other than an automated emails saying "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours." No response to any voicemails I've left them (again, 24 hour response guarantee). The whole company is a scam. Luckily my bank has my back and completed the investigation within an hour after submitting the claim. They must be familiar with the company and its thieving issues. Sucks because I've had one successful order with them before, but I haven't seen all these bad reviews until I googled them to see if anyone else has had the same experience. I'll be sticking to said websites above from now on. Hope they don't sell my info on the dark web like other reviews have stated. This company won't be a thing for long.

When I emailed them and left messages on the voice mail I received no response however after I contacted my credit card company (Capital One) to file a disputed charge on my account I subsequently received a nasty email from them closing my account with them. I hope this helps anyone considering using them and becoming a financial victim as well! Very bad customer service! BEWARE!

If you don't get your order they will do absolutely nothing about it.

Do not spend your money here you will not get your order and they will not do anything about it. I contacted them on Instagram. I contacted them on Facebook. I contacted them on Twitter. I contacted them by email. I contacted them by phone. I have been totally ignored, no one has tried to return my emails and their policy says that they returned emails within 48 hours. Yet I have been emailing them and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. So I guess they think I'm going to lose my money but they're wrong I'm going to cancel payment with the bank. The sellers are not reliable you may get one thing but you might not get another order so do not order from this site at all and please report them to the federal government for fraud because they do not follow the policy that is listed on their website which is FRAUD! HELP shut this fraudulent business down that robs their own customers. WANELO KISS MY $#*! IM STEALING MY MONEY RIGHT BACK FROM YOUR THIEVING ASSES! AND I'M REPORTING YOU TO THE FEDS SO YOUR BUSINESS IS ON THEIR RADAR! IM LETTING THE FEDS KNOW WANELO SELLS COUNTERFEITS DESIGNER ITEMS WHICH IS A FEDERAL VIOLATION. WHEN YOU GET HIT WITH THOSE FINES AND SHUT DOWN WE WILL SEE WHO GOT WHO!

Ordered a few things

I am sorry to hear people are not receiving their items but I ordered 4 items at different time and received all of them just don't like paying shipping it seems to make the price a lot higher that what was expected it was ioffer that I would tell everyone to run from but I don't believe they are in business anymore however they are knock offs at cheap prices I supposed you can get some A-1 copies but why bother I just buy the real thing when spending$100 of dollars i'm just saying. I have not ordered in over 7 months now so maybe they are cracking down today I noticed the prices are a lot higher I purchased a Gucci watch at my local jeweler it was $700 and change. I saw the same watch on Wanelo for $699 no way for that much money I needed guarantees. I limited my purchases to T shirts and $20 handbags that I was only going to wear once then gave to my granddaughter she thinks she has a Gucci bag now lol she is 5. I don't care how much money I have there are just certain things I wont waist money on and a 5 year old with a real Gucci bag makes no common sense. Its just my opinion but those are the only things I will purchase from a store I can't walk into and know for sure that my item is authentic. But I really don't have any complaints other than shipping cost.

So far the majority of reviews on here is from bad experience... I use the App, but not with my email. A hint when buying an item from a sellers, make sure that they have alot of reviews with pictures... if I can't see a pix ona reviews for the product I dont want it... Secondly, if you see a product and you want to save it... where its have that (Save or Buy) sometimes it doesn't say Buy it show See in a Grey color... DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROME THAT SELLER BECAUSE WANELO DOES NOT AUTHORIZE OR APPROVE THAT SELLER/S... STORE... OR ELSE YOUR F#%k... another thing if you save those that aren't Authorized by wanelo delete it... Last but not least, when you make a purchase go on your order section click on an item that's still processing and you haven't received... the part which stated detail scroll to the bottom and contact wanelo... once you write them and submit they already know the item order # that's the neat part about it... I have very pleasant Customer service Rep... and the money will reflex back in your account 2 to 3 days... don't even bother reaching out to the seller/s because they don't budge... basically the Customer Ser. Rep is (your lawyer/judge) "if you will"

BY THE WAY BE VERY OBSERVANT WHEN ORDERING... THE KEY IS THE REVIEWS WITH PICS OR DONT PURCHASE. AND THAT "SEE: TAB/BUTTON IN GREY COLOR... I HOPE THIS IS A BIT HELFUL TO WHOMEVER.

Purchase credit?

Made a purchase, wasn't happy with purchase and sent item back. Didn't get my refund as they said I would, however they said I had a credit of $43 in Wanelo credit? Was told when I made a purchase the item amount would come out of my credit however it did not and my debit card was charged. Wanelo is joke that. NO ONE will answer the phone and when you email they might respond back within 24/48 hours and then the response is short and sweet and doesn't even get to the bottom of the question or the problem. Will not be using this site again and would not have made a second purchase had I not had a $43 credit. Again this is a JOKE! Disputing my transaction!

I was alerted by my credit reporting service that my personal data appeared on the dark web, and had been taken from wanelo.com. I tried to close my account on line- can't do. I tried to reach someone on the 800 number 5 TIMES- got a voice mail message every time- regardless of day or time of call. Have emailed twice- no response.

NOTE TO SELF: NEVER do business with any company at which you are unable to reach a LIVE PERSON by phone.

I have never bought anything off of this site and somehow my email was compromised on the dark web from them. I only found out because I got an alert from Experian. I wouldn't trust this company.

I have ordered multiple times from the app. I never had an issue with shipping. If I was not satisfied with an order, I would contact Wanelo. I always got a response. I received an refund with no problem. Please read the reviews and try to order from a reliable seller.
"Its not what you say it's how you say it"
No one wants to read a nasty review and I agree with Wanelo if they choose not to post it.
You have to study the app before you purchase.

Ordered item they put order in 2 times, called & was told nothing they can do. That should have been the red flag. I said ok and figure my friend will buy it, I've been waiting one month for items and received tracking numbers that show no activity, meaning no movement of parcels. Keep emailing back and fourth getting no good reasonable answer, I keep telling them I have tracking that show items haven't moved from place of origin. They had the nerve to tell me maybe my post office lost them. They Nerver Shipped! Please save your money. Any place that doesn't allow you to ask questions about items is a red flag and if you look at numerous items and read costumers reviews they are worded all the same. That tells me they are put there as part of the scam to make it look legit. Any thief can sell on there.

This is a scam site. They have stolen several photos and product descriptions from my Etsy shop and claim to be selling them. This is impossible as these are one of a kind pieces of art that were already sold by me. Do NOT buy from this site - you will not get the item you think you are buying - in fact, you may get nothing at all except an empty wallet.

I ordered a bag and it was somehow " lost" by USPS. I contacted them via email and received a reply within two days. I sent multiple emails and received a reply each time. I have received my order and it was replaced by the seller. Don't know what happened to the first one as the last scan showed it in Houston.

I would be very very cautious ordering anything off of WANELO. I have been a shopper for more than five years and every time I have ordered my order has came in wrong. My product looks nothing like the picture and the return policy Says they will take care of you but it has taken over 30 days. I've called the 800-number I've left multiple voicemails and go home no answers. I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same email from somebody apologizing but doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

Stole my money!

After 2 months of waiting for a pair of shoes for my grandaughter I reached out to customer service to see what was going on. I got told that they were going to turn it over to a supervisor and that i would hear back within 48 to72 hours. It has been over a week of me emailing and getting no response and i still havent heard from a supervisor. I still have not received my shoes or my money. I have given bank statements with proof of purchase and they wont respond. They stole $30 from me and wont give it back! I have never wrote a review for even the worst places but this is absolutely ridiculous! Will be contacting the better business bureau. Buyer beware!
