I ordered three products back in April, still haven't received any update, I reached out to them several times about my order, called left a message and sent email and still haven't heard from them about my purchase... I am very dissatisfied that it past 45 days and haven't received any tracking information
I had order some shoes on April 30th still haven't received no tracking order number which is pissing me off I was very excited now I don't know how to feel because where tf is my $#*! at! If I don't get my $#*! it's gonna be problems don't take people money if y'all mfs ain't legit
The only thing I received was a LV Bag and it is horrible. Also, I purchased a Cartier bracelet over 90 days go, and they don't return my money back. Thirdly, I am still waiting for a tracking number on other item. Everytime I write to their CS department they respond that they are on the case. Seriously?! I will never order Wanelo EVER!
More than likely your item will not be available, after waiting months then they WILL not issue your money back only a credit. Once you use the credit same thing happens again, item not available issue a store credit... vicious cycle of never getting your item or money!
My order did not arrive and additionally each time they sent me a message to say they were sorry that they were in progress, they stole money from the account up to a total of $ 300
At first I was pleased with the products ordered in Wanelo. There were even times when the product wasn't available the website refunded my money. The trouble started with a Louis Vuitton bag I actually bought in November 2019, but didn't actually carry unti MLK holiday weekend when I went out of town. The bag fell apart, straps fell off both sets of the hand straps. I inquired for a replacement, after poor response times from customer service, my request was denied. The, I ordered a Versace watch Jan. 1st this year, never received and February 28th another order, never received. Customer service was so awful I went to my financial institution to dispute the charges and what do you know, customer service finally appeared, and appealed my dispute and lost. They suspended my account with Wanelo, surprise surprise!
I ordered something they promise a full refund I have contacted them over and over with no response never ever order for this site
They say you can trust them but don't! They kept my orders and my money which is over $200.00! They will tell you they can't find your order number and they can't refund you! They are fraudulent don't buy from them!
I have been ordering from Wanelo for a long time never had a problem till now been emailing them about my products and all I get is we're on it we are going to get in touch with the seller never have I know this covid19 is got a lot of stuff down but damn at least tell me something it's been sense February
All processing orders will be canceled and you won't get your money back, sometimes you ordered something, the took the money you won't see the order on your list
I have order three pairs of shoes from this app yess I received two pair that where not the size i order and never got my third pair. I have call several times and Left several emails so I know they know my number by now. So I'm going to file a dispute to get my money back for my third pair of shoes. But no if I were you WANELO is not the place to but from.

I have ordered well over 1, ooo us dollars in the past year. Things seemed ok. My last 2 orders never arrived. I emailed them over 10 times especially because it was a month after delivery date. Asking for a refund, of course NO REPLY. Just automated responses that send you in circles with no resolve. Finally called my bank who gave me a refund, FINALLY. After asking wanelo over 10 times for items I NEVER received. Now wanelo emails me, suspending my account when there was still one more paid order, so that's three that I never received. They basically will threaten you if you dispute a charge, lock you out of your account even if you have other items pending delivery. And tell you if you dont reversecthe dispute you wont receive your other paid stuff. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
I bought two different items and never received it, I've emailed them a few times and I only get an "we're looking into it" response! This company is very unprofessional and it's a scam trust me.
I received most of my stuff over the years I had the app but I believe this corna is what's messing up everything cuz other places I preferred from is taking the same amount of time but they haven't shipped out my last 4 items I feel I spent the most money on
I order 3 things off the website and they came. My 4th item never came nor received a tracking. For the pass 2 months I been trying to get ahold of a rep. Still nothing. I personally won't be purchasing from there anymore.
The worst experience of my life dealing with online store, the other bad online stores do not even come close to this one, there is no customer service what so ever, you paid your money, and after automatic email that they received your payment you will receive nothing! No info on your order, no shipping info, no items, no refunds no nothing, you will literally cry after months of waiting on your items or any respond from WANELO. It is over right after transaction on your credit card. The Items and prices looks fantastic on the website. But you will never see them. If you have money to spare, go ahead and good luck to you. I don't believe any positive reviews for this Website, you should read reviews for WANELO on WANELO website, you will immediately understand what I am talking about. I should have done this before I ordered from them. The worst part, you can't do anything about it, hundreds of dollars gone.
I order shoes since December of 2019, this is. March of 2020, the shoes are claimed to still be in transit, 3 months later. Ive sent email after email, and always get a bull$#*! reply like they are looking into it
This so called company stinks. They don't refund your money. Total scam! Don't waist your time and money!
My wife and I usually buy Nike shoes from this website. The shoes are always great prices but customer service is horrible with no updates or response

We also take security seriously on Wanelo, so what Misty is referring to is that sometimes transactions will trigger our system that will require extra verification from you. Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
