I am writing a review in the Louis Vuitton crossbody purse with pink strap it actually shipped on the day they said it would and arrived when they said it would, I would like to give them 5stars this bag exceeds my expectations and this is my second purse purchase I will continue to purchase from them and refer customers to them
This company is horrible. They steal your money and never send any merchandise. Then they lie and say they have proof of delivery when you file a dispute with your credit card company. They are frauds! Do not order from this organization. This site is a scam! Couldn't give zero stars; only reason they got one.
I bought a couple of items & waited over a month. They never added tracking so i contacted my bank to get my money back(since there is no way to open a case on wanelo). Wanelo emailed me & said that my account was closed until i lied & told the bank i didnt want a refund(or i guess the items too since they were never shipped).
Had to dispute with my bank horrible experience all the pictures are fake! I trusted this site and hit things. That I would receive I'm crying I hate Wanelo. Use it to look for stuff on other sites
I ordered from Wanelo for the first time back in January. It was a bday purse for me. It still says that my item is being processed and it was suppose to be delivered Feb 8-11th which passed. I tried to contact the seller and they never responded. I emailed and called Wanelo and they kept saying that they were trying to contact the seller. Wow I will never order from this company again. I'm so glad that my order was only $39. Me being a business owner myself I would never just ignore someone who purchased from me.
Even 1 star is too much for this site! It charged my card, took my money, NO REFUND and i NEVER received me stuff. DO NOT use this site. Go ANYWHERE else!
Hello I am so disgusted at myself for trusting this company again in January I ordered 3 pair of shoes from wanelo with excuse and reasons after reasons, before they cancelled all my orders, & finally getting a refund decided it had to be a fluke so gave the company another chance with same result but now I am literally Begging For my Refund it's like they take your money for 3 or 4 months of interest then return your money terrible business has anyone ever received any item
I m not new on wanelo but this time I been having a hard time with my Oder. Everything I buy on October to December I don't get them and I don't get the customer service on the phone. I buy one shoes on December 05 but it marked as delivered on my status because the seller used the same tracking number twice. I been emailed wanelo almost everyday and it been almost 10days and nobody get back with me. I m really peace of, stressful and with this app. I payed $165 for those shoes but nobody care about my lost. I hope the sellers can be keeping theirs promises with the delivery day and check on customers. Wanelo need a Update on shipping and customer service. A
In the beginning I had some issues but then realized it's certain SELLERS on there you have to stick to. I myself have 3 and only 3 I use. I absolutely love them and the now know me well! There has been site glitches lately I cannot see the " Magic" feed anymore which makes me SO SAD! However I find my way to New merchandise as best as possible! Thank you Wanelo and sellers for making me a happy girl!
I ordered from Wanelo (using their app) several times in 2017 and late 2018 and although shipping took several weeks, almost everything I ordered was very good quality. I'm not sure why but more than a year went by but I decided to browse the Wanelo app and saw quite a few items I wanted. So on 7/1/2020 I placed an order for an item that was about $75. Then 2 weeks later, I saw 3 items I wanted and placed those 3 orders. I understand the shipping lag due to Covid but orders from other largely asian sites were back to their normal shipping time which was about 4 weeks so I made the mistake of assuming wanelo was close to its normal shipping time, which in the past was about 3 weeks. However, every single time I checked all 4 orders, it said "processing", which in the past, was something that was only there for the first few days after placing an order. The beginning of August came... no change... and August was over and yet, all 4 orders still said "processing". Now they have "canceled" all 4 orders but no refund yet... hm...

I did an online survey for them for an amazon shopping card. The directions said to complete the survey and you will receive a gift card. I went to the site. Survey was opened so I completed it. The response was your will receive your gift card the next week. Never received one. Been emailing them. They told me they picked who received a gift card, but thanks for participating. Never mentioned anything about entering to win one. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY! COMPLETE SCAM! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Wanelo is the worst when i ordered a outfit from them they gave me this unknown tracking number and scammed me.

I placed an order back in April 2020 and I still haven't received the items that I ordered. Every time I send an email requesting my tracking number or an update I get the same message saying that they will reach out to the seller and get back to me. This site is a rip-off. I strongly advise people not to order anything from this site. U will be scammed and they will only give u the run around.
Hi dont have any stars for this purchase***... DO NOT*** order from here. They will process your payment and then run off without sticking to what they say there gonna do. MORE LESS STEALING which is a crime punishable by LAW. Process an order way back in April of this year its now JUNE 27 no merchandise. I ordered a pair of shoes for the first time on this website. I haven't heard anything. My package was ordered May 12. I was getting emails that I will get refunded but now no response at all.
They used to be great as of early 2019. Then their customer service went into the toilet. I purchased items in march of 2020. My items were expected on May 5th. I emailed back and forth multiple time just to get a bogus email from "Vie" about how its on the way and a bogus tracking number that never leaves its dispatched location.
I waited till end of June to see if it would come and nothing came so I had to file a complaint with my card company and get my money back.
Afterwards, they sent me a nasty email saying my accounts banned (thank you); for quote on quote "stealing from them" lol and "wanelo always wins dispute charges" (yeah, not when you steal).
Thankfully, I rightfully got my money back in full.
Understand this, wanelo and associated vendors you reap what you sow. Do enjoy!

This is the worst place on line to get cheap fake stuff. They steal your money and don't send products. The company has a fake number listed on line. They are the worst, i promise you. You will definitely regret it. Still waiting even tho it said delivered
I have emailed/ Wanelo over 30 times St LL I haven't received a message back that makes since and still no one can tell me where my orders are. This is extremely upsetting. They send me a message calling me by another name three times.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
