I ordered a Fisher Price Jeep from Walmart a couple of weeks back. I got an email that told me who would be shipping my package. After I read all the negative reviews about them, I was nervous. Thankfully my experience wasn't bad at all. Walmart sent my package shortly after receiving the email. My son is very happy with his new Jeep.
I sat in line at Walmart in hammonton Nj for 1/2 hour waiting for a manager there was a lady there with long long nails as I sat and my food spoiled she never came to help me I finally walked out and went across street to Shoprite and shopped better then Walmart people I called asked for her name said they can't give it home them I said manager Alan can I take to him she replied no we are here that's why he hired us so he don't have to be bothered what did I derserve to get this treatment! You should take pride in your store and employees not run ur store that's disrespectful and but they honestly probably don't care any way but I'm still telling my story customer first drawers later should be common sense! I will never shop there again I rather go pay more at Shoprite at least they appreciate there employees & customers Walmart just cost them selfs money
So i went to walmart store in deltona Howland i go here all the time i went to return a car battery which i purchased awhile ago the manager was rude i had purchase this awhile i go i dont remember i never had a problem didnt ask for money i said you can give me store credit if you like i work 50 hrs a week this was my only day off he said no if you dont have prove we cant wow never had a bad experience in this store. I taught he will help but wow the worst experience ever
Ordered a wheelchair for a paraplegic friend in S. Carolina. 1st chair they couldn't find in stock. Ordered another chair (diffrent model#) again to be shipped to a HOME South Carolina. Today a walmart in TEXAS calls asking if Id like to come pick up my wheelchair! After calls to Bentonville headquarters lasting over 4 yes FOUR HOURS now all of a sudden theres a NEW tracking # being issued and the 3rd yes THIRD wheelchair is to be shipped out in the near future. But in the mean time they have caused unnecessary delays in my paraplegic friends wheelchair delivery greatly effecting their quality of life! What was their reply to all this? I recieved a 25% discounted price in the item...

Walmart they need shut down completely I thankyou in return I almost got hit by a cart today by some old guy dating young girl hes in 50s showing off his girlfriend wile I was getting card and he slammed them back almost hit me he didn't say sorry or his stupid girlfriend hes $#*!ing pedifile creep thinks hes tougth and my girlfriend I was getting 5 items in cart and cahiser was moaning and worrying bout how much we got in cart keep looking at us and she was rude its like shut up do ur job and no one needs food that bad everyday and dogs need go its not a pet store bring in animals maybe I should bring my horses in Walmart get the point Walmart learn respect

I got a tv that was purchased the Walmart.com, when I received it it was shattered and was no good! After 4 hours on the phone I finally got an English speaking person. I also finally got them to realize I need to send it back. We sent out tv back and we never got or replacement. We called today and they said it was shipped. They couldn't help with anything. We would have to contact the local police. Well the order was sent to the original address even though we made it clear we changed the address. So after another 2 hours on the phone today they told us that we were out of luck unless the police could figure something out!
No hassle returns & no charge to return. So easy to return. They e-mail a postage paid label that can be picked up by your mail man. Doesn't get any easier than that. Also great prices.and they carry just about anything you need.

Called again 2 days before due date and customer service person told me it will be sent overnight to make the set due date. I asked why Walmart would hold onto an order for over a week and finally ship it overnight to get to me incurring additional charges. They had no answer. Finally called the day before it was set to arrive and am told there is a processing problem. Wanted me to cancel the order and reorder strangely at a much higher price. Amazon has it's shortcomings too but after you contact them they finally do get it right."
I've had the Walmart app since it first came out. Essentially, it has the same information that is stated on Walmart.com. I use the app for almost everything from finding what is sold in my local store, to refilling prescriptions, to locating and isle number I can find my item in. I absolutely love being able to simply go to the store and instead of bugging a busy shelf-stocker, I can just open the app, search for whatever I'm looking for, and see which isle the item is in. Also, being that I'm on numerous medications and they all seem to need refilled at different times, Walmart makes it extremely easy to request a refill online and emails you as soon as it's done so you don't have to go to the store waiting forever and a day for your refill to process. Overall, Walmart.com and the Walmart app are completely innovative and have a great user interface that makes it easy-to-use for all ages! Again, HIGHLY suggest the app!
They don't offer returns, refunds or even a charge if you lose your receipt. With a receipt they offered to exchange only after being berated by the manager. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Bought a rug from Walmart.com. It came in the wrong color. Took it to Walmart for a return, but they told me I needed to handle the return from the company they ordered it from. Big hassle! Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon who is a middle man for many companies and they do it better. My suggestion is if you find something on Walmart. Com, check and see what company it's coming from (it my not be from Walmart), then go to there site and order it from there. Sad thing is, Walmart customer service manager says this happens all the time and that Walmart should fix this if they want to compete with Amazon. Will not be buying from Walmart.com again. Purchased refrigerator water filter (generic ULTRAWF) from walmart.com ($18.59). First time in decades it was defective and leaked all over the refrigerator. Obtained a return authorization from walmart.com and returned to original product packaging. When presented at Walmart customer service at 1785 Cobb Pkwy Marietta Ga the customer "service" agent told me to go to office supply dept, purchase packaging materials and package it for shipment back to 3rd party seller. I declined and threw the defective filter away in nearby trash receptacle. LESSON LEARNED: Don't try to save a few dollars/cents by purchasing from walmart.com.
My husband wears a pistol and clip on his belt.In Walmart around 6:00 PM someone stole his bullet clip off his belt.The gun locks in so that would be detected but that clip full of bullets sits in a pouch from behind.We reported it to Walmart and there checking the stores video.The bullets can be traced if fired and we intend to prosecute the thief to the fullest.
My 2 year old was anxiously awaiting for her new slide to arrive, only to be devastated when I attempted to put it together, and quickly realized we were missing multiple parts. Since the box was too big to fit in my car, (the reason we ordered online in the first place) I couldn't take it to the store to return it. I called customer service and was told I would have a new one in 4 days. Here we are, 4 days later, and still no slide. I will not be ordering through Walmart.com again.
Disorganized, understaffed, outdated registers and more. I ordered something online but since the order wasn't ready, I went in the store to look. And found everything there; so much for my online order.
I used a self register thinking it'll be faster. No such luck. Scanned everything and the machine is stuck. Calling out for help does nothing. Another customer went to summon help and found it but it got sidetracked. Meanwhile everybody's waiting. And waiting. Only one CS to help? No kidding!
Finally she came and unstuck the register, I packed my purchase and off on my merry way. Their plastic bags are trash, extremely thin, rip on demand and difficult to open while hanging from a hook of sorts. By contrast, I just went through a self register at a local Dave's supermarket, and this one worked like a clockwork. Scanned all my groceries, packed, paid and that's it. No help necessary; but if it was needed, it was right there. Walmart sure could benefit from taking a few lessons at Dave's.
Bottom Line: will never buy anything online from Walmart and don't recommend. As far as in-store purchase, will never use a self register and will probably start using my own shopping bags. End of story.
Thanks Walmart ruined our vacation by canceling order for our tent day before it was to deliver. Very rude staff could not correct, said it was to protect my CC, bull crap, Walmart requires u to show ur I'd, if at that time it didn't match cc then so be it but it does and now we r left scrambling for shelter. I will never buy from Walmart again, in-store location never know what they truely have in stock spent our whole Sunday going from Walmart to Walmart being told ya come over we have in stock, never did. Total waste of time and fuel. They cancelled by my order I called to say what's up, they can get it moving again for another 3 days failure Walmart. I have I'll be sure to post this on Yelp and ever other site I can think of to warm folks that Walmart is subpar not to be trusted if u need something go to Amazon.com they are far more reliable.
Bought a TV from Walmart.com four weeks ago on a Walmart Affirm account. The TV arrived two weeks later with a cracked screen. Called Walmart. They cancelled the first order and charged my debit card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION for the second TV. I called and told them about it they said nothing they can do until authorization falls off. They then CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD A SECOND TIME without authorization. I had $1600 of my money tied up for a week due to Walmart doing this. On top of that the original Affirm account has not been cancelled and the first payment is due next week. I have spent OVER 10 hours on the phone with Walmart.com "customer resolution" employees over the past week. They are worthless, they lie through their teeth and only want to get you off of the phone. They say we understand your upset. I wonder how they would feel if I took $1600 out of their bank accounts without their authorization? It is robbery. Period. So here I sit without a TV. And a credit account with an $800 balance on it. I am talking to a lawyer tomorrow.
I ordered an item from walmart direct{ Not one of their resellers} Delivery was promised for 6/26 / I did get an email of delay and told to track, when I did it told me would be delivered to store on 6/27 / I called store twice, first time they told me was delivered but not sent to pick-up dept / I called back at noon on the 27th and told to come in they had it. My wife took a trip to the store about 1:00 pm and told they Never received it but it would be in on 6/28. I called walmart customer service this morning and had them call the store to see if it was there. The answer came back they never got it / don't know where it is/ and will reship to be here 7/2! I suggest Not using walmart.com for purchases. They Don't have a good handle on whats going on.
