Sewing machine

I purchased a Singer Silver Heritage 8748 sewing machine. I tried numerous times to get the bobbin to thread properly. Nothing worked. It wouldn't sew - just made a gathered mess. I've been sewing for years and this is the worst machine on the face of this earth. DO NOT purchase this machine. Very cheaply made plastic type product. Stay away.

I love that my products come fast and pretty not damaged, like in ebay. I mostly shop for tech/video games and they do it just right. My favorite store to buy from would be Best Buy and I see Walmart as the lost twin brother of Best Buy, but obviously Best buy does it better.

When I shop at Walmart.com I have noticed it's a shot in the dark if your even buying from walmart and if it can be returned or exchanged. I would prefer having the option to click and add all the additional sellers/stores whatever instead of having to click after each search to just be Walmart! So I'm starting to choose other sites when I can just to avoid Walmart.com it's a waste to order not knowing if, when, or even what might show up, I prefer the old way when if bought on Walmart.com I could be certain walmart stood behind it. They don't know, or have any suggestions for help when something is wrong with an order thru walmart.com if it's not specifically sold by Walmart so completely jaded and crooked in my opinion

Shame on Wal-Mart

Walmart should be ashamed of the wall they treat ppl tonight I got treated like complete and total trash got no fair resolution to my problem and got treated like even more trash by managers put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time and told the managers bosses dnt talk to customers well sense everyone at walmart are royal and dnt want to be bothered with the customers that pretty much pay their salaries then I can't say I will ever return to a Sam's Club or Wal-Mart ever again and they dnt need my money either mayb if society ever gets tired of being treated like trash then they as well will stop shopping here too and force this crappy company out of bussiness and mayb one that dose care will come and replace this disaster of a company. Wal-Mart u dnt deserve ur customers and u dnt deserve to b in bussiness and u dnt deserve ur employee's either u dnt deserve anything but to go out of bussiness you better pray I dnt hit the lotto.

Bad service

Money service from 7 pm is bad they don't make other people sign papers it I have to sign paper. Be fair I don't like that! Costumers always. I don't want to encounter any staff like that ever again at Walmart

Walmart.com is the WORST

Walmart.com is the most terrible pathetic ecommerce site I have ever used... absolutely the worst. They took my order. Stated delivery and completely failed... 3 trips to the store multiple emails with bogus delivery times and then to end my order was stated complete but only half made it to the store... magically an update shows up saying I'll be waiting another week beyond the forecasted date the order was updated as incomplete and delayed... NEVER AGAIN WALMART.COM!

Ordered $500 worth of items from Walmart.com. Needed them right away but they weren't able to deliver until Sept. 3. UPS supposedly delivered the items 4 days early and left them without a signature on the front porch. Items were never received by us. Walmart tried having us deal with their 3rd party vendor and they were unwilling to replace the items or refund our money. Walmart was also unwilling to replace the items or refund our money. Wasted the entire day on this with no results. Walmart does not stand behind its orders and insisted on having me deal directly with their vendor. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Bad!

Walmart store in Warrenton, Va. ******* is way past due on a new manager for this store! Bad displays on produce, shelves need to be stocked better, and it took my wife 6 hours to get two tires put on her car. Upper management needs to get off their bum and check out this store.

I really don't like shopping in a store with filthy electric carts. The store needs to keep their inventory updated. This is especially true in the garden department though so many more areas at the Consumer Rivers store need attention with inventory. It's a great location with great workers the lack of inventory is disheartening.

Yea Walmart has good prices but its not worth it, target price matches. I ordered a doll online for pickup, 3 hours later it still was not ready. I went to the store and found the doll in toy isle myself and took it to the pick up area hoping that since i made their job easier they would just print my receipt. I was told i cant do that and i have to wait for them to text me its ready. Meanwhile im late for a kids party. They told me i could go ahead and buy it again, then come back to the store when they say its ready to pick up and then i could return one. Is this a joke? I have never ever heard of anything like this. Worst experience in my life.

My sister Nausheen Khan is one of the Digital Operations Dispense Ecommerce Managers with Walmart. She has always tried to convenience me to try Walmart online grocery system for several benefits. I never believed her till a few weeks ago when I was not able to go for groceries due to some health issues. I decided to have someone (Walmart employee) pick and choose my grocery items at Walmart. It was a hard thing to do that someone who does not know you is going to shop for you by following your grocery list. Well, I was extremely pleased by the service and the quality of the goods which was provided at the Walmart store ******* Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX *******. The person who placed my groceries in the car was very nice and respectful. Few of my items were substitute but were high quality. Walmart has truly taken the shopping experience to the next level of standards. A big Thanks to my sister Nausheen Khan and her whole Ecommerce team who travel to multiple States weekly to keep the standards high. Good job! (Naheed Mujtaba)

Ordered a bottle of chalk paint online so I could just pick it up at the courtesy counter because I didnt know how much I needed when ever I was there about twe type minutes prior. Immediately got a phone call saying they were out. Told the girl that I was just there and she replied that she just walked back there and they were out. Wow! You guys sure sell about 10 bottles of paint in twenty minutes I said...

I purchased a juicer on Walmart.com. After using it once it was not what I expected. I started a return on Walmart.com. The instructions said to wrap up the package and take it to any Walmart store. I did so but when I got to the customer service desk after waiting in line for nearly a half hour, I was told I cannot return the item to Walmart since they sold it to me from a third-party. I question why I was instructed to take it to Walmart in the first place. Total waste of my time, very disappointed in Walmart customer service. I will purchase from Amazon.com from now on, returns are much easier.

The two companies are entirely separate from each other! I ordered on walmart.com, got a promo code for an issue on a previous order and the hassle we went through the first time. I go in to use the code and low and behold, the code DOES NOT work because it was for grocery pickup and not eligible for walmart.com or delivery.

A little explanation, this order is food for an addict who is on the verge of homelessness. So instead of money, I am sending them food and beverage.

Now, with walmart.com, they tell me to place the order and they will refund me $10 once I have an order number. I place the order, give them the order number, low and behold its a damn Walmart Grocery order now and walmart.com can't pull it up and they can't refund me $10. I went back and forth with Walmart.com and Walmart Grocery because the systems don't talk to each other. Get back to walmart grocery on the phone and BAM! They can cancel the order and replace the order with the promo code and the refund cancellation will take 3-5 days. I asked to speak with the manager cause I was done!

Manager gets on the phone and has the basic back and forth, but doesn't under the full extent of what I have gone through. I then explain it again and they completely understood why I'm upset. I will say, the manager did amazing in understanding my explanation and worked with me, but after 40 mins on the phone to try tor resolve and another promo code being sent to me along with refunding of the delivery fee, I STILL HAVE TO GIVE IT ONE STAR. NOT FOR THE REPRESENTATIVES, BUT FOR THE SENIOR LEADERS MAKING THE DECISIONS ON WHO THIS WHOLE PROCESS WORKS. I DON'T BLAME THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THE DECISIONS!

Wax item exploding

I purchased an item that waxes your eyebrows. So when I went to microwave the wax because it was microwavable, it exploded in the kitchen. It was everywhere I even saw some on my refrigerator. I had also just cleaned the kitchen. It also got stuck to everything.

I sent a message to Walmart customer service regarding a recent purchase, the response took 8 days and my problem was not resolved. Such a frustrating company. All they did was redirect me to their Corporate offices. I'm using Amazon from now on.

I bought over 1000 dollars from Walmart.com first time buying from them so tried and paid for expedited packages. My delivery was changed without my notification and tracking info was off. I called called to no avail reps were rude and no help. They tell you any thing reps are not trained or able to tell truth. It took several weeks to get my yard things making it so inconvenient for me as I had someone to install the things I bought and now had to double pay. I never have gone through this as I buy on line Amazon, Home depot and others always and never this ever. Amazon always courteous delivery is there in 2-5 days packing good cheap and that is where I will shop and suggest everyone does. They have free delivery and points credits and awesome sales and clearance. Food can be delivered as walmart much better and free delivery. Walmart should be ashamed of them self
