For Christmas I received a $200 Walmart gift card and I pretty much spent it all on one go. The 5lbs of candy I ordered came in safely and in tact, and the video games and electronic accessories arrived promptly in one piece as well!
The reviews are helpful., The service and delivery is excellant. The products are inexpensive and generally coming from China, so that has to be taken into consideration for quality, etc. I trust what is shown is what will be received.

My friends try to disuade me from shopping her due to very poor treatment of employees both in hours and wages, not to mention most things made in China. I cave in because the prices are good and I can find most anything.
I have shopped online in a number of different locations and I have to say that I enjoy the way they have their site built. I was able to easily find the product I was looking for and get it sent to the local Walmart location. It takes a bit of time waiting for it to arrive via the truck but the type of things I order online are generally never time sensitive so I won't view that as a bad thing. Its a solid website the developers did a good job. I can't give this a higher score because I haven't had to call in and spoke to customer service so I cannot attest for that level.

I have never had any problems with Walmart. I get items that get sold out in the store, and I get some great prices on other things I buy like a Schwinn 430.

I love Walmart.com site, you can order anything from any Walmart and have it shipped site to local store if your store don't have it and there is no shipping.
I have made three purchases at Walmart.com and have been 100% dissatisfied with the quality of what I received, with the return process (two of the three items) and the complete lack of customer service. Even the emails I received from the customer service department were unintelligible. Not only did they not relate to the issue at hand, but the English grammar was below the level of a second grader. Walmart is not known for quality, in fact, they are the epitome of "you get what you pay for", but the quality of their online items seems to be below that of their in-store items.
Due to Walmart's address mix-up, I've had to pay about $60 to return my item. Although the correct address was listed as the "preferred address," their system shipped to a previous address. Customer service was not helpful. They blamed the mixup on the vendor, yet their system handles the address. I use Amazon a lot for my current home project (>$1000 in the last 4 months) and have had no such trouble there. I strongly recommend against using Walmart.com.
Walmart is generally easy to deal with, but they make so many mistakes w their orders, or send you items that don't work. Be careful, and test all your purchases immediately.
When I cant find what I am looking for elsewhere, Walmart never fails. Its like a best friend, always there.
I had to pickup some more supplies for my business. I had a great deal of difficulty find what I was looking for. I asked a floor CSR for help and she pointed me to the isle. She then asked me if I needed her to walk down with me to which I replied no thanks, I think I can find it now. After going up and down the isle and not find the item she saw me and walked half way across the store to assist me. The ONLY issue I have had with the store is that they don't always stock enough of what I purchase. An example is that I usually purchase 24 can of the glass cleaner but they usually have 3-6 cans available on the shelf.
I do not know how to review walmart its always there me and oldest grandauter go there almost everyday for nothing and always fine something i feel like i know the waltons

The last time I spent any time in a Wal-Mart, I think, was roughly ten years ago. Even then, something about the place felt fundamentally wrong. Maybe it had something to do with the overfriendly greeter at the front door, a guy who spent way too much time trying to get my attention. Perhaps the downright filthy appearance of the store set off my internal warning bells...
I love Walmart in general. Although they could treat their daily employees better. I have lived in many different states and shopped at many locations throughout the USA. I hear the same thing repeatedly... poor employee treatment at lower levels. Anyway, I fell in love with a specific silver dolphin necklace that I wanted for a dear friend, when I went back to store(s) they were all gone... so hey let's go online... didn't find the one I loved, but she did find another, reasonably priced, in transit for order promised by March 9th. Let's hope it comes on time. Last order was in correct. Giving second chance.
A friend lent me this book about a year after a walmart supercenter came to our town of a little over 15,000. I personally found the majority of the information in the book outrageous!
