Walmart's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its wide product selection and competitive pricing, which enhance accessibility and affordability. However, significant concerns arise regarding delivery reliability, order accuracy, and customer service quality. Many reviews highlight frustrations with unfulfilled orders, inadequate support during issues, and negative interactions with staff. While some customers express loyalty and satisfaction with the overall shopping experience, others report feeling undervalued and dissatisfied, suggesting a need for improvements in communication, order management, and customer support to enhance overall service and restore confidence among shoppers.

I being a faithful customer of walmart for more than 10 years. EVERYTHING I NEED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY I FIND IT AT WALMART, LOW LOWS PRICES EVERY DAY
Ordered something last minute for Christmas- did completely knowing it would not arrive for Christmas but actually arrived in time- within 24 hours. Unbelievable.
I have used Walmart a couple of times this week and the services provided were more than average. I ll look forward to use it again in future.
Sometimes it confuses prices during sorting by price but overall it's good, convenient and they deliver even quicker than indicated.
This site offers so much information, products, ways to get your merchandise, browsing... I have purchased space heaters, outdoor clothesline, rugs, medical walker to name a few. Prices were great, able to get delivered to my home or to the store (whichever was my choice). The reviews were accurate. Quality products. Only had to return one item and the process was easy. I ordered an 8' X 10' rug and the color wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I search Walmart.com as one of my go to sites when I want to make a purchase. I will continue to use this site over and over again.
For years, Walmart's brick and mortar location has been affectionately referred to as Walley World by several patrons in particularly it's late night early morning shoppers. Being as Walmart is open twenty-four hours one great way to avoid the crowds and shop in peace. It's also handy if you happen to be one of Americas late night workers or someone like myself who suffers insomnia. With all the great prices and variety, the store offers in the middle of the night it can resemble Disneyland for adults shopping in the wee hours.
Now that we are in the technological age shopping just about anywhere at any hour is possible and you don't have to leave home to do it. Walmart.com is a great website to comparison shop and offers the traditional wishlist that is a tremendous feature for keeping track of all your treasures while you surf away in search of a better deal. Just don't be surprised if you navigate your way back to Walmart and your wishlist. The deals are hard to beat and Walmart.com has an enormous inventory of well-known brand name merchandise. It's hard to find a competitor with prices that are lower. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. And with most of your purchases, if you choose you can arrange to have them ready and waiting for store pick-up. If you are not impatient like I am and don't mind waiting a couple of days for your recent acquisitions the delivery charges are very reasonable. Often they offer free delivery as a sale perk.
Walmart.com just like it's brick and mortar counterpart offers a wide variety of merchandise so you can find the quality you're in search of and if you are unhappy with your purchase honestly I don't know of any store who's return policies compare to Walmarts. The customer service should you need it when your shopping the internet site is equal to what you would expect to find in a Walmart employee. They are always extremely friendly and helpful. Now if we could just get them to change the URL to Walleyworld.com! LOL
The Wal Mart here is always busy so sitting in my favorite chsir and shopping is a pleasure. No crowds and no rude shoppers. I do go to store once a week though for my hair apointment and to buy some groceries and then it is why i like the internet.
I am not a total WalMart fan but I shop there regularly & save quite a bit - on fresh produce; on cat food; seasonings; on many name brand frozen vegetarian dinners; on ink cartridges for my printer; on printer paper; sewing items (like rickrack, thread, etc.); on name brand under garments (bras, etc.); on smaller electrical appliances (like a microwave), coffee pot; on some paints (spray paints); and when I have occasionally had to return something - it was easy to do so. I shop there regularly. I appreciate having a Wal Mart not too far from where I live.
I do not like to buy it there, it seems like a "cheap" place full of products from China.
I HAVE BEEN USING WALMART FOR YEARS ALWAYS A NICE CLEAN NEAT STORE VERY FRIENDLY WORKERS AND USUALLY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT YOUR LOOKING FOR FROM FISHING GEAR TO BABY TOYS I DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE IN NEW YORK BUT THEY SHOULD BE.
I used to regularly buy shirts at WalMart and I still do buy T-shirts there, but all the clothes I had bought from them lost buttons and they had to be sewn back on, and the pocket T-shirts I buy to wear around the house have such shallow pockets they are not a safe place to keep a cell phone or even a ball point pen.
A lot of times the grocery department has lower prices but often the real price, such as the price per quart of drink made is higher than at more than one other store which sell more mix per box or carton which is why they have a higher price on the product but a lower unit price.
The chain often seems to raise its prices after it reduces its competition and I was surprised to find that Fred Meyers, which is part of Krogers is competitive on some electronic prices, but better quality produce and higher prices. Situations may be different in every market area though so just check unit pricing and product quality before you settle on buying at WalMart rather than elsewhere. WalMart is having to raise wages now in part because the employees I have encountered even with an employee discount shop elsewhere to save money because of their low pay and often unpredictable work hours both as to when and how many hours.
Understand though that even in chain stores not every store has the same manager and the only certain pricing is on nationally advertised items. The highest profit margins are typically on items sold near the registers because people make impulse purchases while waiting in line. It may at times also be worthwhile to compare your local Walmart with the Walmart website pricing.
I have been shopping Walmart for years Always thinking they were the lowest. Call me stupid. I don't know why, lazy maybe. If you search the internet enough, you will find better prices.
The prices are unbeatable and usually no shipping charges. Items arrive quickly with no hassle return policy. Can't beat it! :)
I order from Walmart.com almost every week. They have so much on there website--I am extremely happy with Walmart.com
Online selection doesn't follow sales in-store, which, btw are, in fact, NATIONAL - Every Walmart in the country offers the same deals every week. But Walmart.com DOESN'T do this.
I ordered 7 calendars as Christmas presents. I had always done this in store but Walmart cancelled this excellent service. I was not alone in being stuck at the last minute. I ordered them online (where there was already a note about due to volume... no guarantees on time of deliver) knowing they might be a bit late. They were very late, delivered sporadically and of poor quality. I have still not received 2 of my prepaid calendars. The sad thing is that these are a favourite Christmas present as they contain family photos from throughout the year. I don't understand why they cancelled what was excellent instore service for a poor quality product with disgusting service online. I have checked in at the store and e-mailed Walmart. Avoid the hastle... find someone who delivers an excellent product. Any recommendations?
I have shopped at Walmart for a long time and have been pleased with products and returns when necessary.
