I am a woman of a certain age and I have a relationship of a certain age. I am not in a relationship but I am still on the lookout for a guy. I hate to admit it but I am looking for love online. I am a little skeptical about online dating but I am looking for something different. I am tired of the same old thing and I have to admit that I have tried several online dating sites and I have not found what I was looking for.
Walmart never meets its 'arrive by' times and inquiries about this are met with rude, unhelpful agents. And if you decide to cancel an order after not being shipped after several days, Walmart often changes the order status from 'processing' to 'shipped' to prevent the cancellation. I ordered a stic vacuum that hadn't shipped several days after ordering. I found a better deal at Amazon and attempted to cancel the Walmart order only to be denied as the order magically changed to 'shipped'. The item arrived 10 days AFTER the cancellation request for a total of 14 days after order was placed on an item that originally showed 3-day delivery. Frustrating.
My mom paid for Walmart+ monthly. She started it in Dec. Since that time we keep running into total week black out dates for delivery (meaning earliest delivery is at least a week out) Well I placed an order Saturday 30-40% of my items were out of stock(mostly important items).I knew I'd better make one more delivery order before I left town for mom so she had groceries in the house. Unfortunately when I went back on Monday to try to make an order I got all dates blacked out until the 30th. NOW after Mom has paid for her service she will now be forced to spend oodles of money having lunch and dinner delivered to the house cuz there's no food besides the breakfast they did deliver in our order Saturday... I was pretty much told there was nothing they could do about it sorry...I personally am looking for others affected in this way. What Senior is Hunger over this... What senior is experiencing unexpected food expenses due to this? If They Can't Handle the Job... Leave It To Those Who Can.
These headphones are wireless. They look like airpods but at a pittance of the price. I picked these up at Walmart for a mere 10$. They not only have great sound but the cases come in a myriad of patterns.
I just did a small on line order with Walmart for total of around 50 dollars. Biggest mess up I have seen from a retailer. 2 of the items showed they were delivered from the local store that is about a mile from my home but I did not receive them. I checked my security cameras and verified they were not delivered and stollen. I contacted Walmart through chat and was told all they can do is refund my items (not redeliver). So had order from Amazon so could get them in a timely manner with free delivery for the items without having to meet a minimum order.
On the same order my wife decided one of the items was the wrong shade of make up so I did the on line return to store. It gave me a bar code to show the store said all we had to do was show the bar code to customer service (It is that easy). We spent 45 minutes trying to return this item. It kept saying bard code not found. Tried to do the return using the order no. And it said order not found. Started with one customer service rep, then 2 and finally a manager. Simple return process my foot.
My 4th item was delayed and I still have not received it.
Walmart wants people to join your Walmart + to do all of their shopping but on a simple 4 item order I had problems with all 4 items. What joke. Can't even do a small order so would hate to see what happens with a large order.
Will not refund core charge for battery!
Bought a car battery online to pick up in store. Charges showed the battery core charge before placing the order. Once I placed the order it was added into the taxes on my invoice. Went to store and picked up battery then to customer service to get my core charge refund. Nope. They said it was only taxes charged. I told them to figure the taxes on the amount and they couldn't give me an answer except call customer service. I did and they transferred me to another person without an answer and said they will create a ticket and I'll get a response in my email in 24 hours. Meanwhile my credit card was charged the full amount including the core charge. Rip Off!

Walmart is one of the worst online retailers. After ordering several items the items were shipped over a week in numerous boxes and when the final box arrived it didn't contain the right number of items purchased. There is no response or way to get an actual person/answer to the issue. If they don't take care of the problem I might just have to dispute the charge with credit card company and return the items at their cost.
This is the second time she happened to find a bank charge over $100 for a Walmart+ membership and she knows of others here that has happened to. We are both very aware of Walmart's continuous efforts to recruit new + members. So far I am okay but I shop the website for either a curbside pickup or delivery. She was in the actual store both times it happened to her. She and I are both very careful that we do not accidentally agree to memberships. She did call Walmart and they said they would take care of it but I consider these unagreed-to charges criminal and want to warn other people about this happening. It is very, very sad but in the last few years there seems to be a tremendous increase in illegal and quasi-legal scams everywhere I turn and in every sort of company. I have already reported at least 3 other companies and websites this week.
I bought clothes on line. They charged my credit card but show that they never processed my order after six weeks. The clothes showed up but it shows on line it was never shipped. I tried to return the clothes to a store but the store said since the status shows not delivered they cannot issue a refund. I called customer support and after five weeks they cannot resolve the issue. So I am out the money and Walmart refuses to issue a refund. I will take the loss and donate the clothes to charity. Please do not ever order from Walmart on line.
Most of the items on Walmart fashion are not anything like pictures. The quality is very poor. Pretty much it is all made in china too. Stay away.
The reason I am giving this one start is because I would give 0 if I could but you have to give a start to give a review.I ordered the Xbox holiday console for my wife for Christmas I used affirm so I could make monthly payments that's allot of money to pay at once anyway my item was never delivered when it was supposed to be and the next day cancelled my order. So because this was done I can't get approved for another loan now thx alot Walmart I'm very dissastified how this was handled if I didn't need my membership with y'all I'd cancel fr. Do better I received no compensation for the inconveniences this caused me so plzzzz do better for this in the future. But magically Affirm has faulted me for what Walmart did and now I'm not approved for anything even though I've earned my loan approval of like 190.00 that how I WAS able to get the Xbox holiday series at all. So I'm out of a game system out of a loan, out of my money and I have a disappointed gamer wife that was waiting for this as a Christmas gift. FYI, at the time I ordered this the Columbus Ohio snow didn't hit yet and there was still time to get this done. But the lied and messed around until the snow came and all I get is a sorry we got overwhelmed with orders non sense. I want this fixed. I want my appropriate loan amount and I want my system.
I usually love this place, but i stopped going there due to the excessive ammount of dogs at this store. I know that other than service dogs are not allowed, but this is not the case there.
This site will take money out of any payment method in your account, even for EBT orders. Also if your order is for delivery it's a coin flip whether you'll get it or not. Once it took me 5 days of ordering then cancelling a grocery order - the site would say ' on the way' then it would never really show up. This was the day after a death in the family when we didn't have time to shop but needed to feed our family. I was with Walmart+ for almost 7 years, the app and delivery system are terrible now, as is customer service. I've had agents leave our chat, yell at me over the phone and even hang up on me. All this multiple times. Door dash is the delivery system so there's fault there too
Don't even try the pick up grocery system! You will be disappointed and possibly be abused! They have your credit card money and just don't care to provide any service to give you your groceries!
I was trying to do a return online and they sent me a QR code for FedEx. Since I live in a small town, they do not have an actual FedEx store. I would have to drive an hour to get my package sent off. I needed an actual label, not a QR code, so that FedEx could pick up the package. They use people from overseas that do not understand your request. They continue to repeat themselves due to not understanding what you want, and then they say someone will call you back tomorrow. The entire time we were talking, the phone lines were screeching in my ear and cutting me and her off. Ridiculous! UGH!
I like the delivery service because sometimes I can't get out I live in a apartment building and I know it's a hassle for them to come up so I think it would be much better for them if they had a cart of some kind instead of hauling up a few bags at a time
This vacuum was promoted with next day shipping. Walmart continues to disappoint with ghetto work performances. Not only was it not delivered next day as promised, it wasn't even prepared for shipping. Just unsatisfactory customer service all around but they are quick to process your payment. If you decide to cancel that is also another sloppy process, as they will take 5 business days to issue a refund. Bad service!
I love my Walmart location at Austin Hwy in San Antonio, Texas. They have always great product variety, everything is very well organized andj staff is super friendly and attentive. My favourite store to shop at.
I did significant research on a TaylorMade Stealth Driver and found what I thought was a very good price on Walmart.com. After billing my credit card for the price advertised, I get a follow up e-mail stating there was a pricing error by their supplier, Golf HQ and that they had canceled my order. I had spent significant time and expense traveling to a store to hit a similar driver to the one advertised on Walmart.com. When I shared my disappointment with the GM at Golf HQ was basically told, too bad, so sad!
