I ordered 2 boxes of medical masks that are worth $120 plus taxes. I waited for a month, it never came. When I track my order, it stated it was delivered but of course I never received. I contacted Walmart and was told it is a third party seller and it is a home delivery, there is nothing they can do. I need to contact the third party seller (eCanada). They let third party seller to sell on their site but not resonpsable in helping to connect when customers have problems. It does not make sense to me. I also sent emails to both Walmart customer service and eCanada but neither responded. When I wrote a negative review under the product. Walmart rejected my review. So, never believe Walmart.ca reviews. It is not the full picture.
I only have my last method is to go to MasterCard to file a dispute. It is in progress. I hope I will get my money back.
I ordered a riding mask. Turns out it's coming from China. This was not pointed out in the add. Comes from a company called Aspirant Trade Inc. I've ordered from China in the past but no way would I have at this time. I may be subject to import fee's and taxes. Finally someone answered the phone call after an hour and a half, got no answer to my questions, they hung up on me after waiting over an hour and a half. I was calm not angry but did not get satisfied. Won't be ordering from Walmart again.
I ordered some eye drops online from Walmart. 3 weeks later the wrong order was delivered with my name and address on it. After 8 days of trying to get through to Walmart I finally got someone who said they would pick up the wrong order. 2 weeks later I've heard nothing and my money has still not been refunded. Their so-called customer service is totally non existent.

Wal-Mart corporation should be ashamed at the state of affairs at Walmart Canada.
I bought a Nintendo switch mariokart8 game for my grandson for his birthday. When I got home there was no code for the game on my receipt from Walmart... I was told I couldn't get a refund because they were a third party seller... liars. I was given a 1.800# to call Nintendo myself... so low class... I will never ever stop foot in this cesspool again... I'm talking about the one at quarry edge drive in brampton... bottom of the pit employees that dont know $#*! about anything.
Walmart Canada customer service is the absolute worse. I purchase a computer to work from home and 3 weeks later I haven't receive my package. I've been trying to contact Walmart for over a week now. I've spent countless hours on hold no one answers. They are not accepting emails either. Went to customer service at the store for help and the associate basically told me to do what I've been doing from last week because they can't help me. 'call again or request a call back'. No one called me back for the date call back was scheduled for. I also asked for help for another package that I requested to be shipped to the store because tracking info showed my package has already arrive at the store but sale associate said it has not arrive. They couldnt be bothered to look for it so they just told me its not there yet. I've had this experience before with Walmart during the Xmas season and didn't think it can get any worse I was totally wrong. I will never make any more online purchase with them and most likely will stop shopping there after COVID-19 crisis because Unfortunately this is the closest grocery store to me where I can make my quick grocery run once weekly. Wish I can give zero stars or even negative 0
I have, like other reviewers here, tried calling customer service multiple times since March 18 about an item from a seller that was never received. After half an hour on hold, I was cut off. I called back, and the same thing happened over and over, for days. I sent many emails to Wal-mart, only to receive a message each time saying they can't receive emails at this time. For weeks! Why not? Too cheap to hire anyone to work from home? I tried emailing the seller twice. No response. No phone number, either. Basically, Wal-mart and their seller have shown me that they are scamming people like the lowest internet fraudster, and getting away with it. I will continue to pursue this matter, and I want Wal-mart to be held accountable for their sellers. I have been shopping with Amazon for 15 years and have NEVER had anything like this happen. It's time people became aware of Wal-mart's dishonest online business practices.
Tracking does not work, site is not functioning, customer service does not return calls; wait is horrendous
Waited 3.5 hours on hold kept saying 3 min 12 min 1 min, they never answered and than it closed... my package is M. I. A no tracking and I cant get through to these idiots! Never using online again!
I'm 63 year's old with a neumonía deseas from several times, that's why I placed an order to walmart in Oakville at Dundas and Trafalgar thought the internet, for 3 week a couldn't rind a day for the delivery, finally I had found a day for April 25, on the day or the delivery they send me an e-mail canceling my order. I call them, after a long call they (Tanita) approved my order again, but it was no true. The delivery never came to my house. Around 7:30 pm I spoke to Armany, He said he could not do anything.It is not right to play whit the people in this time, now I run off food, I must expose my self to go out for groceries.

At first the grocery delivery was great, you would get everything you paid for. Sometimes items would be substituted and if not you would not be charged for them. But then I noticed one can of food missing from an order. Then a can of food the next order. Then the two most expensive items missing in the next order. I would email Walmart and be reimbursed. I suspect the drivers help themselves to an item or two from each order now.
But my last order was missing ALL my frozen food. I waited two hours and 20 minutes on hold with Walmart before they disconnected the line. The only reason I phoned them was because my two emails were replied to with emails saying they are too busy to reply to emails anymore and credits will appear within 3-5 business days, but no credit ever appeared.
I had to dispute with my credit card company, who said that the pending amount was higher than the posted amount, therefore I was not charged for the frozen food. With huge difficulty I explained to them, many times, that the difference between the pending amount and the posted amount is the items that are out of stock for which you are not charged. It was horrible dealing with Tangerine.
Unfortunately I had placed another order with Walmart and someone helped themselves to my water and kitty litter. Originally it would be something small, like a can of vegetables. Now they are really helping themselves. I called my credit card company only to be told I cannot dispute with them for 15 days, even though Walmart will not pick up the phone or reply to emails. If I cannot dispute then for some reason I will go to small claims court.
So not only are you paying a $10 delivery fee, you'll be out another $25 or so in stolen groceries each time with no recourse. Definitely not worth it anymore.
They do not communicate with customers period. This should be 0 Star.
Two weeks after order is placed on an in stock item; it still has not shipped despite giving a 3-5 day shipping widow. We are well passed that now. Forget about trying to call their support line- no callbacks and the system auto hangs up after 15 mins. It is complete radio silence and no way to reach them to confirm or cancel.
Walmart online delivery is a 100% certified $#*! show.
I ordered a box of diapers on 3 weeks ago for in store pick up Dixie Walmart location, Canada. I know that they always carry diapers, I am pretty sure it's not out of stock. However 3 weeks later my order is not ready to be picked up. And I can't even cancel it. They charged my visa few days after order was placed and it's now " on route to Walmart store"... Did they ship it from outside Canada? I actually ran out of diapers and had to go and buy an extra box of diapers from another store because my order never completed... Very angry
Worst online return ever.
Auto respond email says "return label and instruction will be sent out within 48hrs" it's been over one week and still no email or instruction from Walmart. Went to store to return and they said "since online order return is already created, there is nothing we can do at the store. Please call customer care" but how do you call if no one is working? Was on hold for over 3hrs and no answer.
Ordered facial tissues online. After ordering, it was known that the sale was forwarded to a 3rd part seller who is probably a fraud. Walmart does not respond on phone or email. Seems walmart is part of this fraudulent scam.
I can't even begin to describe how upset I am with Walmart during this pandemic. I am completely disgusted in the way this store the way the Mayfield brampton location is working during the pandemic. They have been cancelling orders without notice. Today I had a delivery scheuled for 7-8PM and my delivery driver sat there for an hour and half waiting for my order only to be told that it would not be ready tonight. HE then called me to tell me I would not be getting my order. WALMART HAS NOT REACHED OUT TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR UPDATE ME THAT MY DELIVERY IS NOT ON ITS WAY and it is now 8:30PM. I am appalled that during this time their customer service still lacks the skills of contacting customers for updates or even answering their phones. My family and I have been waiting a week and a half for this order and now we will not get it. My diabetic mother now has to go out and shop for her groceries when we should have received our order tonight. What i am most disappointed in is that fact that there are many many reviews about them cancelling orders without notice or even cancelling them and not even reaching out to the customer and no one has done anything about it. Head office and the location did not answer their phones and STILL no one has reached out to tell me I will not be receiving my order. What if my grandmother was relying on this order because I sent it to her? What if we were waiting up till 11 for our delivery to never show?
So I'm usually an Amazon shopper. Yes prime 80$ a year might be steep but everything i've ordered has been on time mostly, great customer service and willing to help solve any problem.
I decided to order online from wal-mart for the first time as they were having great sales on some things i needed. On april 9th I was charged 157$ my items were ordered and good to go. This morning on April 14th I woke up to an email saying my items have been shipped and to my surprise I was double charged as i checked my bank and i was for sure charged twice. I called customer service just to have this guy tell me that i was not charged twice and on his end there was nothing. He told me since he doesn't see anything that i should try there by email customer service. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You take a big chunk of my money and expect me to do all by email now? Apparently on the phone line they dont have access to everything I was told which is so shady. Had to call my credit card company for potential fraud. First experience with wal-mart and was a HUGE let down. Never should of supported corrupt sweat shop leading company in the first place.
So the 2 walmarts I go to in Calgary, line you up outside like cattle letting in a couple people at a time. Once inside you become a sardine. Nothing in place to keep people apart until you get to the checkouts. A few lines here and there on the floor but and I mean nothing racial but the old chinese women push into your space, touch and move you and physically touch you and move you out of their way. I wish this was only a once off but every single time I've gone to either location, shawnessy or heritage meadows the only distancing or following of regulations you will see is ONLY at the cash registers. You wanna see a cult on organization and procedure? Go to safeway..
I bought a computer Mar-25-2020 and received it on Apr-1st, 2020. The computer is very slow with noise plus I found a defective USB port at the front. Tried to return it at Walmart store at Apr-8th, 2020 (Preston, Saskatoon), the store manager said he has a new return policy which he can't return an open product even if its defective due to covid-19 new return policy! He told to call the 1-800 number but he will not return it what so ever the reason. I called the Walmart customer service 3 times but no answer, after a long time staying on the phone (line dropped after 30 minutes waiting).
Now I have to through $400 on the garbage because Walmart Canada sold me a defective product and refused to return it.
Hey Walmart, if you are not professional enough to sell electronics please stop selling it, because simply that's a scam. That's a legal way to steal your money guys. STOP USING WALMART because they sell you very low quality and now refusing to refund your money using the covid-19 reason.
I did a curbside pick up order. A number of items were "substituted." So, somehow my order of cream of mushroom soup turned into cream of celery. That's not an equivalent substitute. There were issues with other items as as the dollar value was sufficiently high, I decided to do a return. I waited to get into the Watt Common Walmart location, then waited in line at the customer service desk. When I got there, the girl, who was very rude, told me my items had been cancelled. I told her no, they were substituted and I provided her with my online receipt. She then tried to tell me that these items were free and I didn't pay for them. I told her, it's clearly showing that I did in fact pay for these items and I wanted to return them as they are not what I ordered. She then left me waiting for 20 minutes while she phoned someone (I assumed her manager). A service manager finally came and informed me that I can't return my items because this store doesn't have curbside pick up. I told her that their website states it can be done from anywhere. She told me no, it can't but I can wait while the customer service agent is on hold with the other store who can do the return. I agreed to wait and as soon as the manager walked away the associate hung up the phone and handed me my groceries back. I was livid. I have never yelled at a customer service agent, but I sure came close today. I then tried to call the toll free number and after an hour and a half, gave up. Terrible, terrible service. Do not purchase anything online.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
