Hate to give Walmart.ca even one star. I ordered 3 ottomans at the beginning of May, 2020. I received notice they were shipped May 14, would be available for pick up May 22,2020. It is now June 3,2020 and customer service has no idea where my parcel is. I have been to the store where I am to pick it up twice, they are no help. Customer service By phone and the Customer service at the store are all well trained in giving the problem the shuffle, but no one has an Idea of how to fix the problem or how to find my order.
Stay far far away from Walmart.ca.
I ordered some breathable pots, 2 different kinds, totaling 6 pots (2 2-packs of the 30 lb. pots and 2 of the rectangular breathable pots). They were ordered in March and delivery took over 6 weeks which I understood during a pandemic. What I received in the order was 1 set of the 30 lb. pots, nothing else. I waited a week to see if the order had been split somehow and would still be delivered; no go. I contacted the seller by email as advised on Walmart.ca's site and waited a week for a response (should have been 24 - 48 hrs) and emailed them again. No response! I then tried to contact Walmart to find out where my order was or how they would track, respond, reimburse me for this order never received. I could not reach anyone by phone so I tried the online option which asked me a few questions not related to anything I needed so it said I had to email customer service, which I proceeded to do. Upon emailing, I received notice that Walmart was not responding to all emails. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them again, no response. To date I have not received my order and neither the seller nor Walmart.ca have responded to my emails. As a Quality Manager, this has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across in my 56 years. Buyer beware! They desperately need to hire someone to followup on with their customers to ensure customer satisfaction or they will be in serious trouble. I will continue to attempt to reach Walmart for reimbursement as I do not believe in being stolen from!
I placed an order on Walmart and it was supposed to be delivered on the 31 of May between 1 pm - 2 pm. I haven't received my order, hence I called the help center. They assured me that I will receive my order. I waited till 9 pm and did not receive the order. They made a refund but it was less than I paid originally. It was unethical and immoral. I waited 9 hours for an order I have never received and I wasn't refunded as I was supposed to be. I asked for compensation for my time and the undelivered order and the answer was hilarious - $5.
I cannot be taxed for delivery I have never received.
I will never order from them again! I am disabled and immunocompromised so I have to order everything online. Tried Walmart's grocery delivery and what a disaster! Extremely confusing. Even they don't know what is going on with the orders. They cancelled every single food item in my cart. Said that they were all out of stock! I think that they don't want to delivery to my neighbourhood. Non food items were sent from third party sellers. Many confusing and contradictory e-mails from them. I actually got two items delivered, but I think that I was charged for 4. Delivery of other items (that I really need NOW) are over 4 days late. Rude customer service agent. Trust me, save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and order elsewhere. Grocery Gateway is more expensive, but they know what they are doing. Walmart does not have a clue!
Ordered a blue Daymak ebike which showed in stock but on delivery day it was back in my shopping cart showing out of stock with a link to remove which I did. Bike was removed from my cart so I ordered a red one exactly the same model. One week later the blue one was delivered and the following day the manufacturer called to confirm my delivery address, I explained the above and he said to not cancel the red one and he would sort it out. Now Walmart have taken $888 from my account 2 times. I contacted their on line help who created a ticket number but their resolution was to refer me back to the on line help line! Paid via PayPal, hopefully they can help get my $888 back from Walmart.
Awful service. No response on a purchase I have not received. Item coming from 3rd party out of country. I assumed this item was already in Canada. I didn't find this out until after the purchase was final. With everything going on in the world, I knew it could have been held up in customs or shipping. Now I am stuck with an order in limbo and no one returning my emails.
A bottle of St Yves body lotion for over $22! Premier Rob, pls investigate this practice ridiculous! Almost double the real price. Have mercy!
I am still waiting for an item that was ordered over two months ago. Items sold on Walmart.ca are not necessarily sitting in North America warehouses. Many items are from overseas including China. When inquiring about delays, Wal-Mart takes no responsibility and refers you to the seller...

I bought my 80 year old stepfather an Acer tablet for his 80th birthday. The cost with tax was 200.00 It would not hold the charge. What a terrible experience. My stepdad wanted to take it back and upgrade to a Samsung from the same store. So I gave him the receipt.It was apparently 3 days after the 30 day warranty. The customer service person told an eighty year old man "just call Acer ". My two elderly parents were basically told to call as it is not up to Walmart to fix or return the item to Acer. My Mom tried to call Acer but could not read the writing on the tablet. I called Walmart and was so angry that two elderly people during a pandemic were treated in such a callous manner. I told the rep it was shameful. He after listening to my rant said we could return it. My husband went back to the store with my stepdad today and was told they could not return the item without the box because of the code on the back. At that time we bought two of the same Acer tablets and we found a box. We always had the receipt which is apparently not enough for a return. My husband and I went back for the third time and presented the box. By this time I was so angry and actually kind of disgusted. Walmart has been allowed to stay open because of groceries while other small businesses suffer and this is how the customer service is delivered? The manager came because of my angry demeanour and gave us the spiel about the box and the serial number on the Acer tablet not matching. I told her we bought two tablets and happened to keep the box. She was this woman chastising me on my demeanour. I never swore and I didn't raise my voice. It was such a fight to get a refund for an item that was a little over a month old. I will never go back and buy any item particularly at this time. The elderly do not get treated properly by large chains and in a small town I expected some consideration. They are the most vulnerable right now and my parents initial visit to return the item really raised my ire. I have heard many negative things about Walmart but always thought it had a good return policy. I will never return to that store.

Does anyone find it interesting that majority of all credit cards companies have cut down their interest rates to half of what it used to be before the pandemic, except for Wal-Mart but yet their business has thrived and more sales than most other retail company and on-line sales have soared. Yet, their social distancing Is a joke they let in as many people as the can but anything you buy during the pandemic you are not allowed
To return. They have no interest relief no deferral payments. I'm telling people think twice before going and shopping there because all your doing is making the owners supper wealthy while the pay minimum wage salaries. In order for them to think about what people are going through during this pandemic think twice..
Don't buy shoes or anything else. If they don't fit they won't accept returns. Also they sent me women's-steel toed shoes and I am a man. Shoes sizes vary between men & women? $123.00 flushed into the sleezes at Walmart.
On April22,2020 I places an order on Walmart.ca Never was it mentionnes that I was not buying directly with Walmart, but they were acting as an umbrella for 3rd party companies. It is now May 18th and still have not received the merchandise. NONE of the merchandise to this date has been shipped. One company of the 3 I ordered from offered a full refund after I insisted for a refund. The other 2 E-Style Technology Co ltd and OUGUA refuse to refund my money, claiming the merchandise has been shipped when in fact it has not. This is fraud! Shame on Walmart for their part in this scam! Not worth one star, but had to click on one to complete this review.
I am not at satisfied by their customer service agents and departments as they are not ready to listen like other banks which are so cooperative in listening. Recently I called numerous times but no response on the subject
I wish I could give zero stars! I recieved part of my order today after 3 weeks. The garments were cheap feeling and way to small and could fit a child. I've been shopping in store for years and have never seen this. Neither of the garments even have tags in them and the bags they came in are in Chinese! I bought from Wamart Canada so I could support Canadian businesses at this time and it's being shipped from China? This is all being returned and I will never order from Walmart again. If I wanted garbage like this I would have shopped on Wish! So disappointed!
Despite terrible service both at the store and online I wrote a review on their website about it and they blocked the review. They had neglected to fulfill their shipping obligations on a $500 dollar purchase and when I asked the store to see if they could find out about what was happening with it they told me to go online to find out the information I wanted... which I had already done multiple times... then, before I could ask any other question they ignored me and moved on. So the review I wrote had to do with terrible service and shipping... they blocked the review I am assuming because they do not want people to hear about the terrible services they provide. They have yet to provide any answers as to why they provided terrible service, which is what I kept asking about in multiple attempts.
walmart.ca is a disgrace. I ordered two articles, one was not shipped at all and my CC wasn't charged, but I waited for nothing because I wasn't informed about that and the order is still pending by the way. I cannot cancel neither since is buyed from a third party seller, The second article was shipped and I was charged, but it didn't make it to the walmart store where I should pick it up.Its been two months now and neither walmart neither the seller didn't reimburse me. Every call to walmart.ca I waited for hours before someone took the call. They really don't care about customers. I will never buy from this site again and I will extend politic this to the physical walmart stores.
Placed an order April 2,2020 during pandemic. My family was in quarantine so could not pick it up. Order was shipped with Loomis who does not deliver to my area in Alberta. As WalMart offers home delivery I expected they would have another courier pick up our order and deliver it to our home. Hoping to get my order or refund I contacted customer service 4 times by phone waiting on hold for 1-1/2 -2 hours each time. As well as sent 5 emails. Every attempt resulted in customer service telling me I will get a callback in 24 - 48 hours. Not one call was returned. On May 6,2020 I spoke with MasterCard to have the charge reversed.
I wish I had done this sooner. Never will I deal with WalMart again after this customer service nightmare.

Over one month, I am still not receive my order and also try to contact the seller (Voyage Store) two times track the status of my order. Voyage Store still no reply or answer my question.
WORST customer service experience in my life... 2 hours and 40 minutes on the phone I am still stuck with a box of cleaning wipes when I ordered a tablet. Did a return 5 days ago shipping label promised in 48 hours. Still don't have it and ZERO resolution. Never again will I order from them. Zero answers and after all that told the shipping label would arrive in you guessed it 48 hours... they refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. Stay far away total ripoff
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
