I never received the item I ordered, they kept changing the delivery date when the old one passed and when I contacted them to ask where my item was about it they claimed it was damaged during shipping and would refund my money, but never did. With no option to actually receive the item, and as soon as I emailed them it was marked as no longer available. It's been like three months and they never initiated contact to explain what had happened or to refund me, and the provided tracking number when it said it had "shipped" was fake and didn't actually exist. 100% a scam company. The name on the emails of the company is Xi an Linrong Shihua Trading Co Ltd and they go by Zizet on the site. Walmart flat out does not care about the integrity of its sellers actually having real products to sell, so I wont be purchasing from Walmart again either and I would highly advise anybody against ordering anything from them either. From my experience and other reviews here there's a good chance you won't get your item and you'll be out the money you paid for it.
The absolute worst service for groceries, on par with Rogers or Bell.
Groceries were ordered to be delivered on Tuesday night. Spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting for customer service, the last half hour just listening to a phone ring that nobody wanted to answer. An hour and a half mote waiting on Chat, just to be discontected. Emails and text messages from them at 3 am woke me up and kept me up. More emails and texts at 7 AM -customer service doesnt open till 8AM. Called to find out where my order is, just to be told the driver cancelled it. Then they have the nerve to tell me I have to call them back again, when and if my order arrives today. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with Walmart! I am disabled and going to the store is almost impossible for me. I will order elsewhere from now on, even though it means more cost, because the frustration of dealing with these people is not worth it. Buyer beware!
Shipped, from joyseaa on Walmart.ca, was only one of two mini ice cube trays, indicated on the site. That is, I received one tray of 37 molds, rather than the specified 74. I contacted the seller (third party) two separate times and gave them a week to reply. Nothing. I contacted Walmart two times. No luck there. Walmart also couldn't contact the seller. First, it was indicated by the agent, if the seller, couldn't be contacted, I could keep the one tray, and I would be refunded what I paid. This seemed reasonable, considering it was due to negligence on behalf of the seller. Then, a day later, I got another customer service agent who stated that the first agent was wrong, and I had to bring the item to a Walmart store; even though the seller was at fault, I was the one being inconvenienced. The whole purpose of my ordering online was so that I didn't have to go to a store. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold twice. No supervisor was available. Then the agent indicated that the supervisor would call me within one business day. Well, guess what? I gave the agent two phone numbers, and no call from a supervisor. Not only was it inconceivable that Walmart could not contact a seller on its site -- after two separate tries -- but I was the one who bore the blunt of the inconvenience. Not only was it a third party offering, it was third rate service all around. I had to spend extra gas and time on the phone and travelling to get a refund.
I went to mspleviee Walmart in barrie on aug 27 at around 3. I had my service dig with me as I have have had 4 rods and 14 bolts in my back. Painful. I asked if there were small carts and no one looked, then I asked for any cart. I asked a women and young man to help as they worked there but they told me to go get one in parking lot. Wow. Red was the colour I saw.
Just to let you know language was a barrier and lack of training. I asked customer service and they gladly got me one. Thank you. I was going to leave

The staff hired at the main office on consumer support are non-ethical when asked questions on line order.
They send on email coupons and so far non are accepted, although software says its accepted
Almost all the orders cannot be delivered on time. They will just put the items in front of your door outside the time slot you selected with, or even without, notification. They will refund the shipping fee for a delay of over 1 day but it is a joke. All the orders delayed over 1 day will finally be cancelled, accepting the shipping fee refund is just wasting your time.
It's sad I have to give Walmart at islington such a bad review but I use the customer service department however when everymorning I call nobody and I mean nobody will answer the call desk from. 0700 til 0915 Monday threw Sunday I've had enough they get paid to help answer phones so there's no excuse why nobody is ever there but everyother Walmart I try no matter time somebody always picks up!
Shame. Next will be regional headquarters unacceptable..
Would not recommend grocery delivery,—inconstant with quality of produce. Had a schedule delivery for between 9 and 10 PM that did not arrive until out of the blue at 1 PM the next day with no notice of delay or cancellation. By 10 PM when no groceries arrived the store had closed and no one was answering phones, upon calling the following morning I was told they were unsure where that order was but hopefully it would go out at some point today but were unable to provide a time. Customer service was very unhelpful, full of empty apologies and no rectification. Will not be shopping here again.
I got scammed by their online chat support. They forced me to wait for 3 weeks and then the seller cancelled my order even tho I told Walmart 2 weeks prior that this would happen with this item cause I know it's out of stock in Canada, I was hoping Walmart had some remaining in stock.
Since Seller cancelled the order, "Walmart can't do anything about it" they kept pasting scripts saying that and that "they apologize and feel deeply sorry".
Pasting bs all along but I just wasted my 450$ and my 3 weeks of wait for an item I didn't get.
If you complain for longer they will just kick you out of the chat and ban you.
Wonderfull experience, I will never ever in my entire life buy anything else on Walmart website.
Stay away ladies and gents, don't waste your time and money if you don't wanna deal with the worst indian Care Customer Agents in the entire world, that I ever had to deal with at least (no racist but it feels even more like a scam now lol)

I bought an e-bike conversion kit from Walmart it had no battery there is no way to get a battery and the company bestco the third party company is a grocery store in Etobicoke that does not deal with ebikes or ebike conversion kits so it's a fake company so therefore I got ripped off and there is no way to fix it because Walmart's immune from prosecution
The customer service for Walmart.ca is ridiculous. I placed an order on Sunday for a product to come on Monday. The website said it was coming from a local store and would be at my house on Monday. It's Tuesday, and it's not here. So, I chatted with an agent online, called their Customer Service # and spoke to both an agent and a manager who all said I couldn't get a refund for my order to be processed before 72 HOURS! This means, I paid Walmart for a product I was told was at a local store, was "updated" on the website that it was being shipped, found out almost 3 days later that it's been moved to a "3rd party seller" (which I didn't authorize), and I can't have my money refunded before the end of the week. This company has THE WORST refund policy for their retail side I've ever seen. DO NOT purchase from Walmart.ca RETAIL (their grocery department, at least, although the groceries end up being the worst ones picked, is easy for refunds and gets to you when they say it will).
My mom placed an order for me and they cancel the first time saying the card was not good to use, placed a second order with the same card and it was fine but as it went out for delivery they cancel it again saying items were damaged in delivery. When i asked about the card the customer service said that was not the issue... so fed up with walmart and the crap they do
I have recently had a health event that has forced me to order groceries online. For the most part I get what I ordered when I order it, but lately with Walmart they are really dropping the ball. They say orders have been delivered when they have not and when items are missing from the orders they will only refund the price of the item.
I ordered a cat litter box scooper for instance that wasn't delivered so I called the customer care number. She asked the usual questions and then said she would refund the price of the scoop. I said that I wanted something more in the form of compensation because now I had to buy $31+ of other things in order to get the $3.47 item I actually wanted. A $5 off next purchase. Free delivery on my next order. Something! So I am put on hold and when she comes back she explains she has refunded me the cost of the item and then hangs up on me. Really, really makes me want to keep ordering.
My first and LAST time to shop for delivery. I got a 10 -11:00 am time slot on a Sunday and was stoked to not have to deal with crowds etc.
Well 10 am went by, 11:30,12, I looked on my app and apparently the delivery DRIVER cancelled my delivery! Must be nice. No accountability, no fitting me into a later time, just outright cancelled.
I contacted customer service and was just told the same, with NO explanation or an offer of any other help. Disgusting.
So I made a gerocery order to my parents house. The first order I placed on July 11 2022, they canceled it as they had no driver. 2nd order I placed on July 12 2022 was delayed from 10 a. M to every hour and eventually canceled by the end of the night. I contacted Walmart 7 times. Everytime spent 45 min with customer service. Next day I called to speak with manager, they told me this happens and they can not care enough as the volume of complaints are high. And she just hung up the phone on me. This is july 2022, and we are well pass the pendemic era excuses! Poor my parents, with covid, waited all day hoping Geroceries will come. One stressful and dry day for elderly parents.
What is the point of Customer Service?
Walmart website gave me fake info. I ordered (7) Mainstays 8 ft Beach Umbrella... Tracking was showing that my order is delivered at the store on the following day, but it never happened. I called the Customer Support numerous times over ten days and every time the agent says my complaint is escalated and the escalation team will solve the issue and call me within 48-72 hrs. I waited three periods of 48-72 hrs and unfortunately no one called, I had to re-call again and again. I was astonished because no one knew where is my order and whether it's shipped or not, and everyone in the Customer Support just wants to cover him/herself and wash his/her hand by only escalating the issue to higher level and giving me a complaint reference number, without doing any action to find out what is going on... I went to the store myself to check hoping my order is delivered at the store like online tracking shows, but I found nothing... Finally after I fed up as no one is able to solve the issue I cancelled my order after 10 days of suffering with Walmart staff... Very poor Customer Support service... Escalation team looks like a big lie and looks it's not exist... Very poor and misleading Walmart online tracking... I will never ever order anything from Walmart online... It's my bad I trusted them.
Purchesd a power chair with all the options when I received it it was just a plain power chair and 4 other items all junk don't waste ur time at buying from Walmart people working there don't know there $#*! from a hole in the ground big company ripping off there customers fk you Walmart dead beats and watch out for the security they will rob you don't go there
I'll never shop at Walmart again after being harassed at the front door to show my recipt. That was followed by the bouncer rummaging through my groceries. Unbelievable I felt like a criminal, no other store treats there customers like that. You should be ashamed Walmart, and you lost a customer
I received an order about 2 weeks late & mentioned it in my review to them along with the fact that I did not believe the item I purchased was authentic (as it was advertised) but it will still do the job I need it to do.
They offered me a $10.00 discount... BUT ONLY if I spend at least $50.00 with them online... They stated in their email that this was to make it up to me...

Cancel an order and Walmart is saying that they didn't take the money, but it's untrue, the money was took on my credit card and they don't offer me any refund!

Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
