I wanted to return the swimsuit for poor quality. They try to make that impossible. Put me through a back in forth email where the offered discounts to keep it, but no easy return for full refund. I finally got the address to send it to for refund, and then they stated they didn't receive it. The post office tracked it and even sent a personal email saying they picked it up. They are still playing a game with endless emails. I will dispute this on my cc bill. Poor customer service and quality. Steer clear!
I purchased 4 bathing suits and wanted to exchange them for a larger size and it's been over 10 days and NO ONE has responded to my emails (on their website and through the personal email). They have cute items but the hassle to get a response is not worth the money! Keep on looking for another site…
Both of the tankini sets I ordered are very pretty and look like the photos on the website. However, it did take a long time to receive them, and when I tried them on the tops were too small. I wrote to get the return policy, but they don't want them back, you see, they have several ways to convince you to keep them. So, unless my bust gets magically smaller, these cute suits will be unused and unworn, and probably given to a family member.

The order arrived super quick, which was great, but that was where the service ended. I ordered 2 items, a skirt and a bandeau one piece. The skirt is fine, but the one piece is a shocker... has no tape or elastic at all around the top, so doesn't stay up! And the shape is terrible, as though it's been cut out without a pattern. I have followed the process to request a refund, and have not received a reply to either of my 2 emails. These products are clearly knock-offs, cheap, but hit and miss as to quality...

I ordered 2 swimsuits for my vacation. 2 weeks later the items still had not shipped so I told them to cancel my order as there was no way I would receive them in time. More than a month after cancelling and I still don't have a refund and the website says my order is still being prepared for shipping. I will be disputing this with my credit card company if that is the only way to get my money back.

Trying to return an order that was most definitely miss sized! Every item that I ordered was marked XL and were likely XS or child size. I am trying to start a return but it is very strange that they don't provide quick and easy instructions. I am against a timeline and need to do this ASAP and I followed their instructions which was to email them for returns and they are not responding with an address to ship returns. I'm starting feel something is fishy here. If I do not receive a full return and a response soon, I will dispute the charge and take it all the way to arbitration. Customers cannot be liable for lack of cooperation from a merchant to return items.

The website of this company looks legitimate and even receiving my items went smoothly. However, after ordering $200 worth of bathing suits, and trying to return the ones that didn't fit—this is where it got wild. Multiple e-mails back and forth requesting photos of the liners still being in bathing suit bottoms, waiting almost a week for their responses, them trying to convince me to keep the items for a lessor percentage refund, and me still saying that I wanted them to uphold the return policy on their website and I wanted to return the items. They finally give me a return address, and say it's up to me to give a confirmation when it arrives so that they can confirm they received it. Another week of waiting on their reply once it is received. They actually agree to send a refund…then crickets. They say to wait up to 12 days, then 30 days if I still don't receive it. Crickets…never received anything, PayPal denies my dispute after a very detailed e-mail chain, and now I'm out at least $100. Do not purchase from this company unless you have money to throw away.

I requested a return label. First they ask, "are you sure you want to return?" So, now I have to respond again before they will issue a label. With the added instructions they make it as difficult as possible. 1.We gladly accept unworn,undamaged, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package).Please note that your returned product is required to be quality inspected after it is received in the warehouse. Once the returned item has been detected as used or worn, we can not issue a refund for it. 2.Please take pictures of swimwear underwear crotch Stickers. I bought a swimsuit recently in a medium. I wear a medium in everything I buy from any store and it always fits. This swim suit was too small.I wanted to return it and they only refund 50% of the cost, even if you didn't wear it. I ordered another one in a large,and the elastic on the bottoms are not fighting. Overall the quality is not good and their return policy is terrible.
