I wanted to return the swimsuit for poor quality. They try to make that impossible. Put me through a back in forth email where the offered discounts to keep it, but no easy return for full refund. I finally got the address to send it to for refund, and then they stated they didn't receive it. The post office tracked it and even sent a personal email saying they picked it up. They are still playing a game with endless emails. I will dispute this on my cc bill. Poor customer service and quality. Steer clear!
I purchased 4 bathing suits and wanted to exchange them for a larger size and it's been over 10 days and NO ONE has responded to my emails (on their website and through the personal email). They have cute items but the hassle to get a response is not worth the money! Keep on looking for another site…
Both of the tankini sets I ordered are very pretty and look like the photos on the website. However, it did take a long time to receive them, and when I tried them on the tops were too small. I wrote to get the return policy, but they don't want them back, you see, they have several ways to convince you to keep them. So, unless my bust gets magically smaller, these cute suits will be unused and unworn, and probably given to a family member.

Expedited delivery fee is too high. Over $20.00 and that only guarantees the item in 7 days. Process to order was easy. I have not received the products though. So hopefully the product is what I'm expecting.

Placed order for 3 swimsuits 1/1/2024. 2 have been in "shipping" mode since 1/7/2024 however, tracking number isn't tracking anything yet (1/18/2024), Being charged for all 3 suits but one is out of stock (still being charged for it though). I can still go to the website, pull up the "out of stock swimsuit" and order it? Requested that the entire order be cancelled but Crystal keeps telling me the order has already shipped. Pretty poor way to run a business.

I placed 2 orders, 15 Dec & 20 Dec 2023 at the Aus version of the website (walkonbeach.com.au). I knew there may be delays with Christmas & New Year. I have received an email saying that the order from 20 Dec was dispatched and a tracking number provided, but when I put the tracking number in the link provided it says there is no item. The 1st order still shows as "processing" - it's now 8 Jan 2024. I sent an email to the email listed on their website but it could not be delivered. I have sent them another message using the eform on their website. I even checked this review website before placing the order but the 5 star reviews must be fakes. Hopefully this review will stop someone else from being scammed.

I am 5'3", 126lbs. I purchased five swimsuits in size Medium. One full suit was too small due to torso on suit was too short, one was too large, and of the remaining three they were 2 pieces and all fit except one was too large. So I think of the styles I chose I should have chosen the Small. I liked all of the suits and feel that the quality was very nice, and the suits very stylish.
