I went to the store to make a purchase to earn a $5.00 register reward. The Catalina machine did not print it. The cashier was upset at the fact she needed to call a manager to assist. The manager was upset she was called to take care of the situation. Needless to say, I left without a resolution and feeling embarrassed by the way I was treated by Walgreens staff. The store definitely needs a new Manager and cashiers that are service oriented and with customer service experience. They are rude and unprofessional. It is sad that the Manager's attitude (Chris) is the worst of them all. It's unfortunate that Walgreens is being represented by individuals who do not value their job and the role they play in representing the company.

Aegis Sciences Corporation and Walgreens Announce Expansion of COVID-19 Diagnostic Testing was not a good thing to do. I was informed it could take 2 to 3 days for results. I believe that is unacceptable in today's world. I had testing done a Walgreens in Sarasota Florida. Now 24 hours later, still no results. I called and was informed it was shipped via FedEx ground. My sample has not even been registered to review and run the specimen. Under the impression this would be like an overnight. Apparently, this is not the lesson at hand. I believe a merger like this would have ironed out all the snags since the covid pandemic. NO stars are given. Lessons are to be learned by all management.

It's unfortunate that I have to leave an extremely poor review of Walgreen's Store & Pharmacy #*******, located in Pennsauken NJ. There's no option for half a star which is unfortunate for me. My son and I have been unable to rely on receiving our medications without major delays and the pain suffering caused by their consistent unreliability. I've been refilling meds there for several years and the pharmacy has yet again failed me and my family. I was constantly made to believe that it was our Doctors who were dropping the ball with sending out our scripts. But no, it was this Pharmacy who was the culprit. My family and I have been sent away without our medication too many times to count at this point. We have gone several days without our medications, trusting that they were were honest professionals when they told us our Doctors never sent our scripts. Today I've lost complete trust and respect for this Pharmacy. This is the last time you will deny us of our rightful health. We are taking our business elsewhere. This a complete travesty and I'm informing the world on your lack of reliability with the health of it's consumers. Lastly, I attempted to utilize your Pick up at Store and you failed me there too. A few months ago I ordered supplements from this website, received that my order arrived and was ready for pick up, went to the store for a staff member to quickly and carelessly tell me that my order was returned after 24 hours. I drove all the way home to inquire with customer service as to why my items would shipped back so quickly. The manager called me back in less than 30 minutes asking me to come pick up my order. More unnecessary pain and suffering. I wasn't even feeling well that day. Unprofessional and unreliable. I will continue seek justice from this entity. Do not do any type business there for you will be greatly harmed and disappointed!

Disorganized and dishonest

I made an on-line appointment for a COVID booster shot for myself and my wife. When we showed up at the appointed time, we were told that they were out of vaccine. They claim that they had notified all scheduled customers by phone. There was no call from Walgreens on our answering machine.

I've been going to this Pharmacy for years never had a problem till Andrea left now I have to deal with being questioned on a particular prescription every month on the same one. I always give them another chance but after today I refuse to ever go there again. Yes you guessed it same prescription more issues. DON'T use this Pharmacy they are more of a hassle then help.

Terrible customer service

Very poor corporate environment. Locking up products and making customers wait 15 minutes to buy a $4 product. Attitude from the employees when confronted about the wait to unlock a 4 product. Hire more employees labor cost is equivalent to customer satisfaction. Cut executive pay and pay attention to customer service.

Be careful when choosing to use Walgreens for your COVID testing; they just called to cancel mine and my GF's appointments that were scheduled to be done in a few hours. I canceled an at home test to have it done with them since I was confirmed just to be left with no options. I received emails and text confirmations about the tests all the way through today just to receive a call saying they had to cancel many of the tests because an employee called out. I requested another location or alternative and they simply told me they could only suggest other places that do testing; basically a simple web search. Absolutely poor business practice to leave clients to fend for themselves.

I am a Canadian resident who spends winters in SWF and own a home there. If it wasn't for Walgreens unbelievable Covid testing and rapid results we would no of been able to visit or home in Florida. I can't thank you enough for your help even to temporary residents getting tested. Customer for life!

Tumwater Walgreens

Great place to stop for high prices, long lines and rude employees. The final straw was after a trip to urgent care I took my prescription to Tumwater Walgreens. The pharmacist said "I can't read this!" I said ok... maybe you could call over to urgent care and speak with the doctor. She replied "No! You need to go back over there and have him write this legibly!" Like she was a 4th grade teacher turning down my child's homework. I asked "you want me to drive 30 minutes across town, wait in the waiting room for an hour and then drive back here?" She said yes. I took my prescription to Walmart. The pharmacist over there couldn't read the doctor's handwriting either but he made a phone call and in less than a minute had the situation under control. Tumwater Walgreens has steadily gone down hill for years and is. Ow an absolute disgrace. I'm sure they will be closing, like many other Walgreens, very soon.

The Walgreens in Pueblo on HWY 50
I have a prescription that I called in on 3/2/22, it was to be filled on the 3/3/22 by 10:30. Went to pick it up at 4:30. I was told that they were behind a it would be ready the next day by 10: 30.So I arrived at 1:20 the next day, again I was told that the prescription was not ready. They are running behind.
This is very poor customer service
I was out of my prescription from the night before. I need to take them
I'm a senior citizen and need my meds to live a full life.

Because the my regular Walgreens pharmacy was out of stock with my medication, I had my medication sent to this one. The pharmacist apparently did not approve of the medication that I have been taking for a long time. And the prescription was not sufficient "documentation" for them to fill it. The fact that other Walgreens had documentation and has been filling it for a while also was not sufficient. They insisted on talking to my doctor. Even after my doctor called them, they refused to fill the prescription. The pharmacist and technician and their manager all think they are better than your trained medical doctor. They certainly feel they are better than you, as the customer.

This review is only about the Walgreens Pharmacy on 4501 Market Street in Wilmington, NC- (I haven't been inside the store)

Treated like a criminal when buying Claritin

I come here every 10 days or so to purchase Claritin D. I understand you have to show a license and I do every time but the customer service I received today made me feel like a criminal. I asked a few basic questions about how much I can buy at once and if there was an alternative for a prescription that I could ask my doctor about and the tech was rude, short, and gave me misinformation saying I shouldn't take it daily. My doctor has approved me for this daily since it's the only thing that helps me breath after multiple surgeries and extreme allergies. If you hate your job, please quit and find something more suitable that doesn't deal with the public.

Worst experience ever

Order online for store pick up... cancelled after 30 mins, even if product shows as in stock
Order for home delivery... they won't drop it with the doorman unless they can scan my ID
Order for online delivery at the store... arrives in 10 days

I talked to the pharmacist in walgreens in youngsville la.
I was taking an antibiotic and had to take another for a differant situation.
The question was can i take them together? SHE HAD NO CLUE? SAID I SHOULD CALL MY DENTIST.
The second anti was for a dental procedure because i have a knee replacement.
The first one was for a sinus infection?
How can she not know this?

The unreliable safety of china drugs has been well documented. Walgreens gave me drugs from China and would not refund my money about $ 250. I lost the money because I refuse to take drugs from China. Thats where I draw the line on products from China. I filed a complaint with Walgreens and they would not respond. This drug was not repackaged like most generic drugs. But with a little research on line you can find where your drugs were made. I started at Pharmacy Checker. Com
The last time I called Walgreens I was on hold so long that I drove to the store by the time they answered. They have become a faceless giant.

It's been several weeks of trying to get through to the pharmacy for refills on Northern Avenue in Pueblo Colorado. It's ridiculous. Phone rings then voice comes on saying it's not a working number. The store is open. My son is having to have his medicine mailed to him. I'm having to go across town to get a refill. Unbelievable poor customer customer care. Fix the problems or close the doors. You better not have an emergency because you could die waiting. I'm in shock! Walmart, here I come.

Medicine shipped

Bin waiting for 3 weeks to get my medicine shipped called Walgreens.com they are very rude and put you on hold and do nothing for you I guess they are also working at home, Don't ever have your medicine shipped!
