I have never experienced superb customer service like I received from Jerome Etzel. He is a masterful photo expert with Walgreens at ******* Nine Eagles Dr. in Tampa, Florida. I couldn't retrieve precious 3 generation photos from my cellphone and Jerome saved the day. He installed a memory chip in my phone that was missing. Took his phone and researched how to get the phone to release the pictures to Walgreen's equipment. Jerome's persistence and expertise brought back pictures of my 98 yr. Old Mom with my sister and daughter and my deceased precious dog. These photos would have been lost forever without his thoughtfulness and diligence. I am most grateful to Jerome and Walgreens for hiring such an exceptional person.
I love these folks, I have ordered from them many times and have had no problems, good products as well.
The site is very easy to use and navigate, but the products are very expensive. You can almost use this site as a reference for how much the max you should pay for something.
Just try the drugstore once, and got an information from reviewers. So far, this site is good.
I had an issue with my got lodged $25 refund. So, finally I received double amount in-store credit. Solomon's decision! Well done! Just made new order and already got shipment confirmation. The issue is resolved. 5 stars!

Consumer doesn't know what is going on a back order. Most of the product able to order at Amazon.
Drugstore.com need improve customer care to expand the business
I am nearly speechless after communicating with these morons. The customer service agent argued with me for nearly 15 minutes. These guys tell you your item has shipped, but do not believe them. Also, don't bother calling them after they mislead you. I am blown away by this experience. I have never had a customer service experience this poor. Ok folks, you have been warned. Now, go get yourself some of those cheap contacts and enjoy the ride.
They have so many different choices, it's absolutely amazing. My first order with them was shipped over night, others I got within like 3-4 days. One weird thing that happened though, I recived someone else's order. So I contacted them asking what to do after explaining the situation, they told me if I'm unsatisfied I can mail it back, on my dime, even though it wasn't something I bought. I just felt bad for the person who never got their package.
I like this shop. They have a hugh selection of products - for appropriate prices. Got the staff very fast.
If you cannot make the drive to your local Walgreens or CVS this store is excellent -often with lower prices. If you combine eBates with the current DrugStore.com coupon codes you can get a lot off your purchase.
Every order has been shipped as promised - I don't need the extra emails from them - but will buy from them in the future. Prices very good, too.
I always do my research before I make an online purchase, so when I saw all of the negative reviews I was very hesitant. It turned out that they were the only company that still carried my script for original Acuvue, so I pretty much had no choice than to suck it up and wish for the best. Not only were my contacts exactly what I ordered, but they arrived in a matter of days!
I used them 1 time for 3 RX's that were given to me by a dermatoligist.
The price for them was less then other places I looked.
I ordered ten days ago and still have no contacts. After ten days of waiting and three calls to Vision Direct I was advised by their very unforgiving staff to contact my doctor for a trial pair to perform my duties as a captain. Never again will they get my business. Stick with webeyecare or Walmart.
Case in point: a few days ago I went to refill three prescriptions. Just a few of the problems:. Would not let me change credit card info. After entering order, site hung. Checked activity list a few minutes later and no order entered. No email received. Tried to re-enter order. Same result. No way to email them about their problems. For hours and hours, their "24/7" Chat said agents busy. Next day I get email from them saying "insurance problems" with the order. No way to contact expect to phone. No email. No chat. Then a "your order has shipped" email comes in! I borrow a phone and call local store. Takes forever to get a person. They cancel the order, as I request. Hooray. Next day, I get more insurance problem emails and if I don't contact them the order will be cancelled. I don't call again. Next day they ship the orders anyway!
Talk about messing up on the basics. (And yes, I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Too bad because I enjoyed interacting with the local store staff.)
Both my wife and I are Seniors. My wife has found better pricing on hair care products specifically for color maintenance, shampoos etc. Pricing of over the counter vitamins and unique supplements.

I went to their site because many of my friends recommended it. I was excited to find many of the products I use, and was having fun placing items in my cart. I reached $40.55, which exceeded the free shipping minimum, but, noticed one item was on backorder. I didn't think much of it until I scrolled down. I was stunned to see a shipping charge added for this item and felt I was being penalized. True $1.99 won't break my bank, but that's not the point. I exceeded the minimum order amt. For free shipping and it was not my fault that an item wasn't in stock. I didn't complete the order... just emptied the cart and left the site. Based on other reviews I read, I just may have saved myself a lot of grief and aggravation.
I've been shopping online for many years and have never been charged shipping on a backordered item that had qualified for free shipping initially. This is a first for me!

Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
