We ordered a saree for last year Diwali. It is not delivered yet. They never answer our call. Don't believe based on FB posts. I am not sure all the collections they have in the site is all true. Cheaters!

Horrible customer service, want to file a complaint against them, have taken the money but havent delivered the product. They dont resond quickly and one has to follow up everyday. Neve trust them. Pathetic pathetic people.

As you can tell from other reviews, Vynam people are big time frauds! They'll charge your money and won't reply for weeks when you inquire! And if you're lucky enough to get your order after couple months, the quality of saree is disgusting! It's not even close to silk. I don't understand how these people are in business!
I ordered for a saree and didn't receive any mail regarding its delivery even after mailing then a couple of times. I tried to contact them but no response. I was worried about my money n searched for reviews on internet. There were morr of bad reviews. And, i was totally upset by seeing all those. I decided that my money was gone. In anger i too had written a review but after that i got a mail from them attaching the dtdc receipt. They posted in just 2 days after i ordered. And, i received the order, it is same as what is displayed on their site. I'm so much relaxed. I loved the saree. Then, they called and confirmed if i received the order. The customer care service was little bit poor but guys plz don't read the reviews n decide. They are not frauds, they are genuine. I feel bad for mistakening them by reviews. I will definitely shop again in vynam. Thanks vynam for beautiful saree. I definitely suggest all to go for this online shopping website VYNAM

I purchased 4 uppada silk saris from vynam all saris are beautiful and good quality, but bit delayed in delivery, so many followups.
I ordered on July 1st, They never delivered and never refunded my amount. Recently people responding on Whatsapp, but again they are asking the same questions everyday. I provided the account details couple times but again they are asking the account details. I spent lot of money on calls then the product price. Very frustrating and these people are ridiculous. Can someone advise how to proceed with cybersecurity crime department. Please provide any contact details. Otherwise other people will be impacted like us. This site should be blocked.

I placed an order on their Website and Ordered a saree and they took the money the next day but they dont respond after that. I feel like we should place a complaint against them for taking the money and not delivering the product. I would give 0 stars... but this review requires atleast 1star.

Fraud company. I lost my money. They never pick up our calls. They promise to return back money. But it's been 4 months and they haven't.
I should have checked the various reviews on google reviews before buying. However, the website looked so real that I didn't suspect anything. However weeks after placing my order I heard nothing back. I emailed them several times and called several times on the number they had provided, but no response. Now I am left with no sari and no refund. I finally got someone who responded to my whatsapp message, but she was of no help either. What the other reviewer said is true. They used to be called Srihita and have terrible reviews on google. Guess the name change was done to move on and catch more unsuspecting people. Really sad that businesses like this cheat people then move on and change their name and then cheat more people.
Good morning MM, you requested for refund with in week of placing order, we already requested it's not possible supplier is shipped the product, once u return the product only we wl refund, daily our customer guys responding your calls and try to convince after you talking so rudly, still we processed your refund, how come it's cheat madam?
