I ordered 3 sarees on Vynam online a month back. Still I have not received my order. They said they don't have one item in stock - so I emailed them my alternative choice. They didn't even respond to my email. I am just keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully I get my orders soon. But I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. I ordred abt Rs12,000 worth of sarees and paid abt Rs 4000 towards shipping. Inspite of that I didn't get my order in the expected time frame.
I ordered my saree online. They said saree is out of stock and after a month they said it was delivered. I didnt get any product. When i asked about shipping details, they stopped responding. If you buy anything from this cheating people, you lose your money. Dont buy from this fraud website
I ordered a Ikkat saree for 3800 and they sent a dupatta. They had not mentioned in website that its a dupatta and now they are not accepting returns.
I ordered an other saree for 1850 along with the above purchase. They said its out of stock after 2 weeks and have not returned my money yet. I placed the order around december mid. And till now they did not call me back. They don't pick customers call too. Worst service to customers I have ever seen.

I ordered a product on dec 20 2017. Still no email regarding shipping or the order(6596). Already paid the money. NO one lifts the call on the number provided. So irresponsible people. Never ever buy anything here.
I order a saree online and after 2 weeks they are saying the saree is out of stock and when we asked for money back they stopped responding us. please do not order from them and lose your money. They are big cheaters

I have fear about online shopping particularly to buy clothes. After receiving order from here, satisfied with the Saree cloth and it should be same as the pic at a reasonable price and even compared with the outside price. I will prefer this and refers to my friends n relatives. We can trust this.
Product quality is good and delivered on time. We will get the dresses in reasonable budget. Overall this site is too good to buy dresses.
I have found it useful. One should appreciate the quality of goods they are delivering at such a low price. If you ask me whether to choose this site for online shopping without any delay I say yes! Go for it...
They are big time cheaters. They have the worst service. Order a saree online and they came back after two weeks saying that the saree is unavailable and when we asked for refund they stopped responding us. They spam our posts and deleted our comments and reviews on their site. The owner is one irresponsible person who doesnt even care to respond to her customers. Plz plz beware of these fraud people and dont buy. We paid approximately 25k for a nothing. They are big time fraud people.

These people are fraudsters. I purchased 1lakh worth of products and the quality of their products was less than 40,000 worth. They still owe me money, and I have made at least 500 calls and Whatsapp messages, but they never answer those calls or messages. I am going to give a police complaint on them.
