I placed an order for 8 items in 1 week as I will be traveling to India soon, figured I can get them all ready at once to bring them back to US. Below is what I ordered from their website and what I got... The customer service gentleman keeps insisting that they both are the same. Look for yourself and decide... 5 more items are on their way and am dreading to find out what more is in stock for me to endure...
It feels like even if the pictures don't match what they send (not a minor difference, major design differences), you are just stuck with the order... never had such a bad experience with online purchases before...
Purchased a kanjeevaram silk saree, Happy with the quality and everything. Little bit late in delivery, vynam should concentrate on that to intimate to the customers peroperly. I will recomend to everyone. Thank you
Vynam has a beautiful collection of sarees available at a reasonable price. The staff is Swift and very responsive. The I purchased looked just as in their website and arrived without any damage. They can however work on speedy delivery. Overall it was a great experience shopping with Vynam! I will definitely come back for more!

I ordered my saree on October 27 2018. Still I didn't get it either saree or money back. What's app number I am chatting about my saree they are still dragging it that choose some other saree from our face book page same thing after you choose not in stock. At last I choose in stock item from their webpage. They always says we will check with vender and update you. But it never happens. But still not in stock they from 5 days they telling to refund money but we will coordinating with accounts department, accounts department is on leave like these dnt ever buy saree from this website or WhatsApp..
Saree was delivered full crushed and was a cotton polyester saree, on the site it mentioned as soft silk saree. When asking them to send me authourisation mail for my return, they said can't accept the return as the material is as per what I paid, we can't give you a higher quality saree in what you paid. And I was not asking that, their site clearly said it is a soft silk saree, their descriptions are misleading and they try to cheat the customers. He even raised his voice telling me that they are trying their best and I am the Only costumer who has a complaint with them! Just take my advice don't buy from them.
Dear... Don't trust this people they don't keep up their words, if you order any saree and if you receive it then you are lucky, like lottery. By mistake with out checking the review i straight away place the order, God bless my order...
Worst experience with the quality and they don't even send the mentioned sarees and on the whatsapp and for calls they don't even respond.
I order a kupadam silk saree on 26/11/2018. Till now i didn't get the product. When i call to vynam they are telling different stories(We got damaged saree and we shipped you saree already).
Past 3 days to i have been asking vynam people to give tracking details but not providing.
Don't get attracted by colorful sarees they post on facebook.
If you want to buy, help those poor weavers available online and on whatsapp and buy there. Do no encourage this website, they cheat big time. If you had a good experience, you just lucked out.
I would suggest all the people living abroad should try this site to get the best sarees than they expect. They have a reasonable price.

This is the damaged product I received from Vynam in January. They did not deliver another saree and they promised for refund which did not happen till today. CHEATERS. This is a fraud business.
I ordered three sarees on this site early in January. But for two months they did not respond or delivered the product. Later in March they delivered one saree and it was damaged. So they promised a refund and it never happened till today. I have all the proofs and chat. I am planning to file a complaint on them.
They are big time cheaters. When they do not have the product available why do they have to process the transaction in the first place? They are used to enjoying free money from customers. I would like to give them a rating but unfortunately I could not on this site.

I ordered kuppada silk, initially I got a intimation that colour I selected is not available. Later I selected one more and which is wonderful and loved the fabric. Also I received it as promised before 13th. Only suggestion is you need to upgrade your website to track the orders and should avoid the orders more than the stock availability.
