We have ordered two sarees from vynam and only one saree is received. Despite chasing multiple times for the other saree, there is no response from customer service. Upon contacting on their whatsapp number, the person promised to provide the DHL tracking by evening. He never comes back and don't attend calls or respond to emails again.

Beware - Don't be lured looking at the prices and amazing collection they put up. You don't know what you are getting into until you realise how painful chasing these guys is.

The website is dodgy. Order tracking option doesn't work and their contact email is useless as no one responds. You only get one confirmation email after the money is paid and no further details on the shipment. Truly a bunch of unprofessional people running the business who miserably fail to keep up the trust of their customers.

Grueling experience
I have placed an order for a Saree on 16 Jan to gift it to my mother-in-law for her upcoming birthday. After ten days, since I didn't receive any update, I contacted them only to find some strange details that the package is missing in transit and that they were unable to fetch any update from the courier service. Also they ran out of stock for the item I had purchased and were unable to replace it with the same. As it was a birthday gift and I was keen on not missing the date, I agreed to their suggestion of choosing a different saree. However the ordeal didn't end there and it is not delivered till date. For the past two days, their response was that the package is out of delivery. And now they have stopped responding to calls and WhatsApp. I feel duped since I lost my money, went through so much hassle to finally not receive the saree and also highly disappointed to be unable to gift my MIL on her special day. They have shown complete lack of integrity and I would highly warn anyone from shopping here.

Ordered a saree worth Rs 4000+(order id i: ******* referenceno: VY*******). After payment was done, I was told to pick a different one from a list of sarees posted in whats app. The second one that was selected costed less than the first ordered saree. 2 issues happened after this, 1. The difference in money was never credited back. 2. The delivered saree was faulty one with visible marks in multiple places. Pictures were sent but customer service kept delaying to take action and subsequently the customer rep stopped responding to follow up messages
