They shipped to the wrong address and they won't respond at all and they won't return the money also, bad/ worst customer service

Please do book sarees from Vynam. The sarees can be used for grand parties too.

I ordered a saree with them... And it was exact as in pic. They were patiently answering all my queries and gave prompt service. Delivery was committed to be in one week and it was true! Good job Vynam! Will definitely come back for further shopping!

Terrible service. Wrong items and unfinished items are received. Takes more than two months but their website says delivers within 10-12days. They seem to be fraud

Worst service.
No response, the order placed was for a product and totally a different product was sent. The order took 12 days to receive and finally found it was wrong. Contacted via WhatsApp and customer service, has been 10 days no response.

Never buy any products from vynam. This seems to be a fraud site.

Ordered 2 sarees and got 1 after 8 days... They dispatched my order after 6 days of continuous reminding. The second saree is still unknown. They don't respond calls. They only chat. Worst service. I never had such bad experience in online shopping. Still don't understand whether my saree is dispatched or not. Once in a blue moon they respond saying, we'll update you. Nothing happens...

Very worst service. Pls don't get fooled. I have ordered a saree by feb 8 after 16 days I received a damaged piece. Then wen I called customer care very poor response no one answered Nd only through msgs they responded. I returned d saree immediately. Till now I din get d product nor d amount. Wen I ask dey tell it's shipped. Nearly more than 20 days. Feeling cheated
