I ordered a dress from Verge Girl and when it arrived it was faulty. I tried it on once and it began to fall apart. I took photos and they were happy for me to send it back. Then once I sent it back they refused to give me a refund even though the dress was faulty. I had bought the dress for a specific event and as I had to send it back I had to buy another dress for the event. Now I am out of pocket and stuck with a voucher. I have emailed back and forth and no one has been able to help me. If I had bought this from any other shop and it was faulty they would have refunded on the spot. Now im stuck with a voucher to a website with poorly made items.
Dont buy anything from here, the quality is rubbish and they refuse to refund.

Love the clothing from this brand. Each piece I've received has been loved, although quality can be a little better. The customer service is outstanding, they are always on top of it.
Their clothing is beautiful quality, however they are slightly small - for example I'm between a 10-12 on the bottom and a size 12 skirt is quite tight. Also I'm always a 10 on top and the size 10 top is on the tight side too. If you're between sizes or you want something a little looser, definitely order up. Beautiful clothing though, and now that I know this I'll be purchasing again although a size up.
I swear Verge Girl has everything I want! I have never found so many things on trend at one store. The quality of the clothes are superb and the staff are always so nice and friendly when I shop in store... not to mention their excellent online shop - such quick delivery too!

I have never had better customer service from a company in my life. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirts. Verge girl emailed me right away to make sure that if what I did was correct. And when I told them that I did it on accident, they automatically said they would cancel the transaction and immediately give me in store credit for it!
I live in the US so when I came across this company I was very relieved that I didn't have to pay a huge shipping fee for being out of country! Also I'm in love with this store and it never fails when new clothing comes in.

Verge girl has yet to disappoint me and would be surprised if I saw a bad review. It's hands down one of the best if not the BEST online store I've been on, the speedy delivery and always updated fashion trends. Always has good sales and all items and wrapt and sent with love.
I love all the wide range of unique styles that fit everyones needs. The items aren't overly cheap but for the high amount of quality you get it is worth every cent.
