Works as advertised! Not overly expensive toooooo! I've been getting crap from my ISP and its driving me nuts! This did the trick!
I've been using a private VPN through them for 4 or 5 years now. I use it daily. It's reliable and easy to use. Once or twice a year I run into a connection issue. Tech/customer service is in Eastern Europe, so although the problem always gets resolved, it takes a bit longer than I would like due to time differences. Tech support is done thru chat or email and response times are slow. There is no 'live' person to call into to fix on the spot. Overall I am happy enough to not change providers, obviously, because I continue to use them:-)

Im reasonably happy with the dedicated vpn i didn't give 5 stars because the speeds isn't as fast as other vpns IE trust zone dedicated
All works as advertised, all servers are functional. Reliable and functional VPN (based on my experience). Now I am able to access the sites and services that are restricted by the region (by selecting the appropriate VPN servers).

Other than unexpected disconnection while streaming, I like the way it is very easy to use. The price is good compared to many out there. Also I once contacted support and they were quick to help me out.

A solid, reliable VPN. Often it gets slow to the point it is frustrating. Management need to take care of this. We need more reliable servers too.
Poor customer service, slow response time, access terminated early. I expect better customer service and response time to issues. The numerous outages this year alone are not acceptable.

I use VPNArea for about 4 years already. The servers very rarely go down. I can't complain of the service, and the support is very helpful.
Bought it in seconds, the activation went smooth. Good ip range, great support, fast setup. Everything is just amazing.

Haven't had many issues at all, the servers are fast and reliable. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is because there is no clear way to use a private IP on linux. The VPN area app doesn't seem to work with linux, only Mac and Windows... I can use openVPN for the other servers, and can use the private VPN on windows, I just cant use the private VPN on linux, or at least I haven't figured out how yet because there isn't any documentation on their site for it.
Great customer support replied back within minutes. Some servers take a while to connect to but the nearby (recommended) servers are very fast.
