Customer care is very poor.
They don't refund. They tricked me into buying 3 televisions for 4 each and they sent me a message saying I was not lucky and they don't want to refund my money
I received a jumper from viva and as I tried it on it was to small. I messaged viva to see what the procedure was to return the item and get a refund. I was refused. I wanted to return the item as its no good to me as its to small. I have since been in touch and I have not revived a reply. Very poor I think that they can't get back to me. I will never again buy clothes again from viva. Hence 1star rating.

Being unable to use the product you've ordered is really frustrating. I can guarantee that our size chart is made into perfection to prevent fitting issues. However, there are things we need to consider when we talk about fit issues and one of these is "Body Proportion" which is already way beyond our control. 3.) Provide the seller's return address and buyer will pay for the return postage with valid tracking number.
Lastly, we encourage you to rate the item you have received. This is very important to our monitoring process as items and sellers who consistently get a low satisfaction grade will no longer be considered and therefore, eliminated on our shopping platform.

I did 3 purchases for the attractive US$1 gifts and VOVA charged my credit card for a total US$44 but next day when I check my order they told me was not lucky and maybe next time, I wrote to services at nova.com asking for a refund to my credid card account but they invites me for my next order to use some coupons can't find anyhere. I purchased a pair of boots for $40 NZD... instead of my boots I received a small toy doll.

I placed an order on 24/09/2019, uploaded the photo as requested, order still pending. I have sent 3 emails to customer care with no response. This my first order so not a good experience, I just need someone to move my order on or give me an update.

Vova is a joke all they sell are fake items with poor quality. Took money without permission don't refund after losing $1 gifts like stated.

I love their products and services, when will the app come back? I am their long term customer and I am very satisfied with their product and services.
This site took over from sites like ioffer where you could get all your favorite replica brands, Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc etc... but it seems that all the replica goods have been removed... This also happened to ioffer!
So it looks like another Chinese replica site has bit the dust... still sells all the other tatt that you wouldn't want anyway.
I ordered and everything was fine. Later on, once I logged in my account it said that item is out of the stock, and stated that refunded. But, it has been more than 2 months, I have not received my refund. Where did my refund go? Seriously, you guys are ready to grab money here without delivering any items.

Biggest spam ever. Sent me a piece of garlic instead of what I ordered, not to mention customer service is a joke. Genuinly trying to contact with Vova, because my account was flagged as risk and I cannot make any orders at all. Just expecting them to explain or find a soliuton to this, but no, they just report the review for some stupid reason and does not contact me at all. Be Aware Buyers.

Answer: No they are not. They will stonewall you whenever possible if you try to get a refund... if you can find the button "request refund" or the damn chat button Seriously good luck with that because whenever you need it, it magically disappears
