Okay so my other Items came but my water-colored pencil never came like wtf like what am i'm a supose to do and they didn't do anything about it. You may ask wait why didn't you get a refund I couldn't okay.And you might ask why are you mad at the store because they didn't do there job and it the company to blame. You may ask if everything came then why are you mad that one item came because I really want the item so much.

I recommend the app VOVA that you can purchase goods for cheap and earn some money.

Was so happy to see at least 2 of the king bedding sets were what I wanted (2 were not as I ordered)... until I tried them on my bed & found out all were only a queen size NOT North American sizes. The owl decal was black with wings to its side & not multicolored with outspread wings. The gold decals did not even stick to the wall. Pillow slips were too small. Everything was bad. I booked a mobile which is got duplicate product... which is completely fake and not working. The post man also charged Rupees. 1797 from me. Please refund my amount including 1797 rupees.
Vova shows me that Your refund application will be reviewed within 1-2 working days. But 5 business days are completed i sent lot of mails to vova still no response from vova even i checked spam folder also no reply from vova. What i have to do now please help me any one. Can i file complaint against this fake app

Good luck getting a refund from your non existing packages.
If you do get anything can pretty much guarantee it either looks nothing like the picture, wrong size, or dangerous knock off. Seriously do not ever order the makeup.
The freebie games thing they have is a joke.
Is it legal to call a "game" chance if it's rigged? Getting 20 coin every single day isn't a free lucky spin. It's just a waste of time.

I have been a very happy and loyal customer for over a year and had no issues. Most everything gets here and they refund you if it doesn't. Never had an issue and recommended them to more people than I can count, that is until recently. In the last few days all of the sudden they want a photo of the credit card I used to pay for my last order. This is a card I have used about a half dozen times and the charge is already pending at the bank. I'm not even sure it is legal to request a photo of my card but I am for sure not sending it. They say I can cover everything but the last 4 digits but it still isn't happening. After a year on my card that has been used many times without issue and you have already run it and the funds are on hold. The bank hasn't challenged or denied the charge but you want a photo, it feels like things have suddenly gone to the scam side
