The cartridge filter pump for my above ground pool failed. I looked for a new one on the internet and found a sand filter pump on the Walmart website. The pump is actually from VMInnovations. I ordered on Monday with a promised delivery on Thursday. A package arrived by Fedex on Wednesday, a day early. The shipping label said it was my filter/pump but the box said it was 4 Sterilite 70 qt. Containers. I opened the box and found the 4 containers and no packing slip. Duh! How difficult was it for shipping to verify that the shipping label description and the box contents matched? Was this packed by someone who couldn't read English or just too lazy to do their job? The only documentation was the shipping label. I checked the internet and saw there was a VMInovations a few miles from me and thought I could get the problem resolved there. I found that location closed. I called customer support and talked to a very nice young woman who I could tell seriously wanted to help me. I was told that I would get shipping instructions to send the wrong merchandise back and a shipping label from Fedex in 30 to 45 minutes. After 2-1/2 hours I got the shipping label from Fedex (Not VMInovations fault). I was instructed to take the return to the nearest Fedex facility. I think VMInovations should have arranged to pick up their mistake. I was told that the order to ship my pump/filter would not happen until they could verify that I had taken the package to Fedex. I emailed customer service with the Fedex package and received a reply that they still couldn't send my pump/filter until Fedex electronically showed that it was accepted. I think what makes me angry is what I had to go through to fix the mistake of VMInnovations. Somehow it seems unjust that they would hold my pump/filter until they could electronically verify that I returned an item that is worth a third or less of the value of my pump/filter. This is not the way to treat a customer.

I purchased a poly group summer waves wicker rectangular pool 16x30x52 after spending an entire weekend having the pool pad laser leveled so it was perfect and water hauled in we noticed 3 leaks, yes 3! Also the liner has 2 different mismatched tile patterns the ends are different from the middle it looks so cheap and terrible. Within my 30 days of purchase I contacted vminnovations hey told me they would get me a replacement liner however it is out of stock so I should deal with poly group directly. That conversation was originally in April 2018 we are now in June 2018 and the liner is still out of stock and poly group can't tell me when they will have it in stock and there is a waiting list oh yeah and the best part is they will not put me on a waiting list until I cut out a part of the pool and send a picture. So I live in southern Florida and we bought this pool so the kids could enjoy the summer vacation the reality is the replacement liner could be 6-8 weeks or longer so I am out 1,500 dollars and once I destroy it I'm out a pool too. Not to mention how do they expect you to pump water out that cost $700.00 then Take down a pool without damaging any of the metal frame then re level the ground and set up a new liner that they can't guarantee the new one won't leak and pay another 700.00 to fill once again. I called vminnovations and told them what was going on and asked for a refund so I could purchase a better quality pool that would be less of a nightmare they said hey would get back to me but I was past the return policy 60 days I addressed this problem within the 30 days. The next day I received an email stating I needed to deal with poly group. This product is junk and vminnovations is no better. They do not respect or take care of problems for products they sell. I see I'm not the only one with similar issues this company won't last long at the rate it's going and I hope people read reviews before they get stuck with a expensive problem.

I don't see how anyone could give this company a good review! On May 15th, 2018 I purchased a Intex 14' x 42" Prism XL Frame Square Above Ground Swimming Pool Set with Pump, from Walmart.com via VMInovations. After paying to assure the site was properly prepared for the pool and purchasing chemicals, and filling the pool with water, within days the structure on the pool failed. I haven't even had a chance to use it and it fails! I contacted VMInovations about a refund and reimbursement for my output for this inferior product, and the response was as if were a criminal rather than a rightfully upset customer. They expect me to cut a 1 foot square out of the pool to "prove" I am not going to use it, then it is up to me to pay for the disposal of their 300 Lbs of plastic rubbish, as well as eat the cost of thousands of gallons of water, etc... They palm off a clearly inferior product on the unknowing consumer, and when they get called out on it, they act like we are the one in the wrong!

I went to Walmart.com I bought a swimming pool I was sent to wrong unit and returned it to Walmart they told me they didn't take returns from this company vminnovations.com because it wasn't Walmart all the emails say Walmart I was on Walmart.com and now is bait and switch to this bull$#*! company that says It has a return policy in less is shipped from Canada, I can only send it everything is shipped from Canada so they have no return calls stay away from these people say away from Walmart walking to the stores and buy it

I've got to give credit where credit is due. This company has totally impressed me. I ordered a Razor E325 scooter on Dec 20th, in the late afternoon. The website "promised" free 2-day shipping. I was highly skeptical, but placed my order, and it was indicated that I should expect the package on the 22nd. I'll be doggone if it didn't arrive in perfect condition on the 22nd! Not only was the price of the scooter better than the other places that I found it on, but it arrived in 2 days... for free. And it was a big, heavy box. Wow.

I would never again purchase from this company. Three days from Christmas they decide to tell me the bike I was purchasing for my son was out of stock. I'm sure those associated with this company had no problem enjoying their Christmas this holiday season. I think they tend to forget that businesses such as these are based on the consumers. At least I received an email expressing their apologies for any inconvenience... what a joke!

I order a 24x12 pool with the dealery date on Monday 12 2017 I got a email from vminnovations I'm so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. It appears our subtitle was incorrect on the listing, as freight items may take about 5-7 business days for delivery due to the size of the item overall. With that said, the item should fully ship today or tomorrow. It does take a bit longer for freight shipments to be prepped for shipment, and in turn sent out due to the size and logistics, but once it's available for delivery the freight company would call you to schedule an appointment to ensure someone would be there to sign for it. Rarely does a person that has a good experience will think of leaving a review online. I read about a hundred reviews online about this company after I had already ordered $600.00 worth of stereo equipment because my son asked me if this was a legit company, since their prices were better than anyone else and their shipping was amazing. I admit, I was curious as well. I dug pretty deep. It seemed the reviews were half and half. Either completely bad, or completely excellent. This review is completely positive. 100%. Matt and Evan were both professional. I want to say thanks to them and the entire company. Everything was excellent and showed up in 3 days. Yes 3 days. 5 stars. I will buy again. Prices are excellent and shipping is amazing.

Vminnovations sells only refurbished items.Are they actuall refurbished? They maybe? Are cleaned up a little but, not refurbished. What do you call selling a refurbished chainsaw with the old spark plug. I call it NOT refurbished or reconditioned or rebuilt. Just a scam. Old stuff sold as refurbished but, NOT touched, Just sent out to mislead customers. Why are they still in business... Maybe Trump can get rid of all these phonys.

I purchased a camping tent via Walmart.com, which was actually selling it via their Marketplace from the actual vendor VMInnovations. I did not like the product, took it to Walmart store, but got sent back because it was a 3rd-party online purchase - and was told to deal with VMInnovations directly.
I email them for return, and they gave me a complex set of instructions/rules/options, where I would need to calculate which of the option gives me back the most of my money (all their options make sure that they pocket a decent cut in their pocket).
I would advice everyone to dont even bother shopping with them. Not worth the time and money.

Don't bother ordering from this company! You will not get your full refund back for an unopened never used item. I paid $40.99 for a pool ladder, never opened still in the original box. I was told I would have to pay for the shipping cost to send the ladder back to them (the lowest price I find was $27.93 from UPS) and take a $7 deduction from my refund amount. OR pay them $24 and they will send me a prepaid shipping label. Complete rip off! So basically I am losing over half of my refund just to return the ladder back to them. The absolute worse! Stick to buying items in the store or find a more reliable source, this company is not the move! Beware!
