Sent me a confirmation that my order was received, and said they would send me another email when the item was shipped as well as delivered. They didn't do either, and my package was delivered the next night at 9:43 PM. In the pitch black when I was sleeping. No doorbell ring, no email focler me know it was on the way.
Whether the package was taken off of my step (because I had no knowledge it was there) or whether it was never delivered, the company refused to pay me back and gave me automatic responses to my emails.
WASTE OF MONEY.
I got a great deal and placed my order with ease. And my knives were there lickety split. They were packed very well. There was no damage of any kind. Love them.
I needed a paper pool filter. VMInnovations provided the specific filter within two days and my pool benefited. Great job. The party that I had planned went off without a hitch. The pool was clean thanks to VMInnovations.
I bought a re-conditioned Husqvarna chain saw from VM Innovations. First one they shipped was locked up and wouldn't start, in fact it still had the old spark plug in it. I was not a happy camper. But I stayed calm and called their Customer Service. They immediately gave me Return Authorization and I shipped it back. Within 4 days, I received a second re-conditioned unit that was perfect: new carb, new spark plug, new air filter,,,,, and it started on first pull. No problems since. I was impressed with their quick warranty response.
VMInnovations is not just a great "alternative" to Ebay & Amazon. After my recent experience & first purchase there, it will be my go to source from now on. I ordered a brand new excellent quality canister style steam cleaner at a price lower than the eBay and Amazon sellers. But, what amazed me was how quickly it arrived... in only two days at no extra charge. No gimmicks, no codes, no prime membership fees, just straight ahead great service. Like Arnold says, "I'll be back!"

I was guaranteed a delivery date of the 6th. By the 9th i contacted them and opened an investigation. After being sent on a wild goose chase to look in bushes i dont have because the package may be hidden in one. Their delivery company realized that it was delivered to an incorrect address. So i was told that they would send a replacement and contact me with a tracking number once it was sent. I was never contacted so i went on ebay and requested a refund. Well later i found that the item was delivered and left i my porch and that ebay had closed the refund case so I filed a return request because I already purchased a unit at a nearby store. So around the 20th email sent to me in mixed up english not making any sense said they would send a replacement but they couldn't issue a return because of the open refund request. I dont think they read any of their emails becuase ebay sent them an emailed stating the refund request was canceled because they provided ebay with a delivery notification. So why cant they process a return request? I dont know either. Stay away from this company i think the program they use to translate to English is not working properly and the delivery company cant seem to find the proper address. Not good o mention thatthe product really seems to be a terrible quality.
Frank, I apologize that you had such a negative experience. I realize its frustrating when you are hearing different things from two sides. I do see that we were able to get that refund issued and I am sorry it was delayed. Good - price could've been cheaper but was nice shopping was through prime on amazon - this product works great - wish they sold the salt filter to go with

Prompt and great service! This was an easy transaction and will definately deal with them again! Description was accurate and everything represented was and did happen as stated. There was no hedging on service. They kept in contact at all times to make sure everything was going. Their communication was above industry norm.
I brought a Coleman Dark Room Tent from them, this summer. It came with in in a couple of days after ordering it, The price was good and free shipping. I order a storage shed a couple years a go for my backyard. No problems. I'll buy again from them. Its good place.

We bought an Intex pool for our son and it indeed came in a sealed box, and within days. The shipping was a bit pricey but included duties so we didn;t have to worry about surprise fees. I was reading the reviews before me and don't know what to think now... Maybe they listened to everyone and improved? We were quite impressed as the pool is sold out at all Walmarts in our province! Thanks and keep up the quick shipping and accurate descriptions.
Those guys are a big scammer
I bought a boss speaker system for my motorcycle boss amplifier with four speakers as soon as I install it it work fine 30 min after the amplifier got fried ( not working anymore)
I spent over 4 hours installing the speakers in my bike did alot of custome cut and fitting and after I found out its not working i contact them explain what happened and they said we r sorry we cant replace youer amplifier unless you send the all the parts wich is including the speakers that i sep y 4 hours installing i tried to explain that to save money on shipping i woyld like to send the amplifier and have another one shipped and tgey can put it back in yhat new box with speakers but they refused to do that

They will not send you the item or they will bait and switch the item. Do not trust them. Horrible customer service. I called multiple times to get my issues resolved and they basically told me they make millions online, this is how they choose to deal with customers.
Ordered a hot tub to be delivered in 2 days but it was not. Customer service did the very minimal to help locate this shipment. In the end the shipping label was not adhered correctly to my package and it was sent back. Now this 2 day shipment that was supposed to be a 2 day event has taken almost a week.
I got dual 12 sub woofer box custom for my Chevy Silverado doublecab with two 12 kicker subs. I received both in two days! All brand new in box! Installed and it sounds amazing! Definitely shop here again!
My husband and I found this site by accident, but WHAT a business! Everything is top notch, the customer service is like customer swervice from long ago, courteous and friendly and actually have knowledge. I inquired about paying extra for fast delivery, OH BUT NO NEED, WHY? Thats because they send anything you order out lickity split and it comes from one of their many distribution centers around the country FAST. So they pass the savings on to you. And the products are TOP QUALITY. My husband is thrilled that he does not have search internet, that he has a site to go directly to when he needs parts.
Hopeless site stay away from them. Sell all crappy non working products saying refurb.
