Was sent to this company from the concert arena website. Although the representative had an accent and I had to have him repeat a few times, he was VERY helpful. Prices have already skyrocketed, but he helped me find a decent seat for a fairly good (relatively speaking) price. It would have taken me much longer to run through this process on my own - comparing prices, etc. I wasn't familiar with the seating arrangement and it wasn't clear on any seating chart I could find. He had that info and was patient as he explained it all. I could then make an informed decision. Would recommend calling the *******497 number and letting the rep help you pick out a seat!
Nick was most helpful today and his level of customer service was exemplary. However, not only were the ticket prices jacked up,,, way up... so was the parking pass that I had no idea that I had to purchase until today.
Have never bought tickets on the secondary market so I called and spoke with an actual person. I know that I paid about $50.00 more than each of the seats were worth, but I was OK with that. What surprised me was that there was an additional $27.00 service charge. So two tickets that should have cost about $120.00, ended up costing me about $260.00 (I received a 5% discount from the person I talked to). So, I know I overpaid but I really wanted to see the concert and all the tickets were sold out for Brandi Carlile and this was the "going rate" on the secondary market. Hopefully the concert will be worth it. I would like to give the person I spoke to 5 stars, but because the amount I paid was so overpriced I would give VividSeats 0 stars. So I settled for 3 stars.
I was on the website but wanted to find out what the fees were before entering all my information. I called the 800 # got a quick response (spoke to Nick) who immediately hooked me up with the METS TICKETS. So easy and quick.
