I purchased my parking pass over the phone instead of online. I spoke with James, who was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had as I am not familiar with the area at all. Shortly after getting off the phone, I received my email confirmations and I was not comfortable with the ship date of my ticket as I was coming from out of town and wanted to have it in time. I called back and left James a message. Later that day, I received an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery of just two days later. Amazing customer service!
John was friendly, helpful and understood just what I needed. I'm happy with the purchasing experience and my order was shipped immediately. I will be calling John in the future.

I ended up with a person named "Nick" on the phone and he was very helpful in placing my order today. Your website was "stuck" in the "place order" mode and I had already inputted my credit card information and was VERY concerned because I didn't want to be charged for the "stuck order." Nick reassured me that the order wouldn't have gone through and that I have not to worry. I then proceeded to place my order over the phone with Nick and received my order via email within minutes and am very happy! Thank you Nick!
I called to ask a few questions. The representative was patient, knowledgeable and quite helpful. I also found two tickets very close to the stage and with very good prices.
Rene was able to help me get the right tickets, get them delivered to my hotel in advance of my trip and apply a discount I had. He did all of this much faster than I could on line, and provided me excellent advice. I deal with a lot of customer service people, and usually not such great experiences, but Rene was the rare representative who knows his job and conducts himself in a friendly and professional manner. You guys need better equipment on staying up to date on concert cancellations. Why does it take so many days to get my money back? Why is customer service in some forgein country? I'll let people aware of this scam.
While on vacation I purchased 4 very expensive tickets ($1,600 total) months in-advance and was advised after purchase that tickets had to be delivered via overnight or mail vs sending them to me electronically even though I had requested at time of purchase to have electronic delivery (and that was listed as an option). Vivid then sent tickets without consultation and they were returned as we were on vacation. Vivid now charging $25 to have tickets sent again. The kicker is that I was on hold twice for over 30 minutes twice trying to get the tickets sent. No one answering phones and so called "live online service" did not get a response either. Vivid makes it easy to get your money and are the worst at customer service or showing up once you have paid and they have your money. WARNING>>>DO NOT USE VIVD AS THEY ARE AWFUL!
