We couldn't find the 10% ESPN discount that I heard on the radio right before I placed the order. I couldn't recall the exact promo code. I was only given a $25 discount total, instead of the $55.20 it should've been (3 tix at $184 each x 10%). Is there anything you can do about this missed discount? Credit my Visa with the missing $30.20?

Johnny rocked. As a representative of your company he was an excellent customer service guy. Because I am a repeat customer I asked for a discount and was given one. Cannot beat that service.

Mohamed spoke very well and explained how the seats are sold clearly and concisely. He was friendly as well. When I buy tickets again I will go through him.

My phone call with Renee was very helpful. He compared seats to the game and I had the view of the stadium on my screen. He was able to help me make a decision about the best seats for my husband and I for the right price. Renee treated me with respect and was very nice. Wonderful customer service.

Bought tickets to ACL, was told I can pick them up at the venue, after I paid got an email to pick them up from an office that I can't reach because I'm already at the venue. Didn't get my tickets & now they don't want to refund me the money!

I requested a specific seat because of upcoming knee surgery and was assured it was an isle seat behind the two other seats that I purchased and the single seat is not directly behind the other seats as requested and promised!

The representatives were all polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I don't like that I had to purchase tickets twice and now have to wait for the money. If the order is cancelled u should get the money as fast as u paid for it.

Jamal was very nice and answered all of my questions. I had some pretty specific questions that he was able to answer and he was easy to talk to and correctly got all of my information correct as well.

Michael had all the information I wanted and was friendly. I liked how he gave me his personal extension and told me to call him in the future for any needs I might have.

I was looking for tickets online and wasn't sure about the Detroit Red Wings new electronic tickets only policy. I called VividSeats and talked to Adam and he easily explained the process and walked me through the options. I immediately bought the tickets and he even gave me a discount on the service fees!

Both people on the vivid customer service great -- second guy greater -- will use vivid again as long as everything works out and I get parking passes

I called and the first call was dropped. The second customer rep was excellent and recited my number back to me. Did extra research through the computer system. Only reason not a five because I looked at overall service with both customer service reps. But Mr Jamal saved the day and saved future business.

I usually buy from 333-SEAT, your options came up on a search and I thought I would try you and I am pleased. I purchase my parking passes over the phone instead of online, and Nick was very nice, very helpful and we got through the process quickly. I should receive my parking passed tomorrow!

The customer service I received was fantastic. I didn't want to pay higher fees and the person I spoke to got me very similar seats less $20 a ticket for fees!
