I have used other ticket services but Vivid Seats is the best. I tried to order on line but ended up calling the 1-800 number. I spoke to Luke in Chicago - ext 3259. He was very helpful, upfront, explained to me about the cost, fees, etc. I felt very comfortable. Very good customer service. I made sure to keep his name and extension for future purchases.

I was very confused. Wondering why it's cheaper per ticket to buy 2 seats vs 3 seats. Also wondering why we can't know our row & seats at time of purchase.

I tried multiple times but wasn't able to use the online coupon emailed to me but I called in and spoke with Rick. He's the best, he was very patient and helped me with the coupon to save me some money and got my tickets ordered! I spent a long time looking and Vivid Seats had the best deal on these tickets and much better customer service! Thank you so much Rick! Can't wait to see the Stones!
