Confusion

Overall pleasant rep could have spoken more clearly. Also he was unable to tell me what are seat assignment were.It is quite possible that i would not take the seats if they were located in the far left side which would not have allowed a good view of the stage. It makes no sense to me how a customer service rep. Could not tell me what seats i would be sitting in. There was not discount code or offered to me, so i don't knpw if i was eligible for one or how the program worked so i could receive one in the future.

Phone call today to ask a question about mobile tickets and without being prompted Jamal helped me secure the tickets I wanted and completed the transaction. Jamal also explained the e-mails I would receive to confirm the order and receive tickets. Overall a very positive customer experience!

Michael was very helpful from the very start of the conversation. Explained to me the process and explained the breakdown of the cost and how the tickets will be delivered and when.
I had so many bad experiences last week talking to other reps. Almost gave up on Vivid seats. I am glad I gave them another try since I was given some store credits.

I was having getting my 10% new customer discount online. So i called and got Nick. He not only got that taken care of, he answered all my other questions except one: how much of the stage was not visible from the box I chose (it did say "partial" on the website and i had looked at pictures of the theater online, so hope it really is the 10-15% he thought it might be. I realize that a single person can't know all the theaters, but Vividseats' system should have that information in it.
