It took less than two minutes to find the perfect seats. There was a problem with my billing address so I had to call. I was helped immediately (thanks, Rida S.!) and the whole transaction went smoothly. Highly recommended.

I have never left a bad review but if there was a no star railing I would give vivid seats and sellers just that! I won't get into details about how bad the communication was or the untimely matter which I received my tickets but to summarize, it was the most stressful and frustrating time I've ever experienced getting tickets anywhere. DO NOT USE THEM!

Purchased concert tickets 3 months before the event. We caught COVID and we're unable to travel to the event. Found out from VividSeats that our e-tickets were restricted from being resold or even transferred. We can't even give them away. $400 down the drain and there was no disclaimer when we purchased them that we would not be able to resell the tickets. I wish I had 4 arms so I could give this company 4 thumbs down. I will never purchase from them again.

I called in to ask questioms and buy tickets for a Post Malone concert and got connected to Charlito D. He was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process! I will definitely be purchasing tickets to any event through Vivid seats and Charlito D directly!

Don't trust these guys. Will not refund after they screw you! Customer service is a hour long call

Make sure you have months in advance to try to sell your ticket back if plans change. Otherwise you just wasted your money!

The lady she was wonderful. She new what I wanted and she did a fantastic job for me can't wait to see this again

The representative I spoke with, Myra, was exceptional. She spent quite a while on the phone with me going through several different options for tickets and found the perfect seats for me! She will be my go-to from now on for any tickets I need.

I bought 5 baseball tickets for $16/seat. Ended up paying $116.90 for $80 worth of tickets. That's a 46% markup in hidden/added fees.

I purchased tickets to a concert & still hadn't received the tickets the day of. When I contacted customer service, they said they don't own the tickets & they're just the middleman. So they actually have no tickets and no control over sending the tickets. They rely solely on the seller. If the seller doesn't send the tickets, Vivid Seats keeps ur money & it's your tough luck. It's a good gig for them I guess but I would never risk buying from them again. I'm out $800 & now I have to fight to get it back.

Chelsea was very helpful and patient answering my questions it was nice to feel like she cared and not just rushing to the next call

He helped me purchase the tickets over the phone that best fit my needs. He answered all my questions and even double checked with his manager to do everything he could for me. I probably wouldn't have bought tickets from vivid seats if not for Ruddy!

I used the phone and spoke with a vivid seats representative to place my order. I was told that it was better to place my order by phone and that everything would be taken care of. An advantage of by buying by phone was that the purchase would be taken care of and there would be nothing more for me to do.
But later I received emails asking me to do other things which I did not understand.
