They do nothing but fill out a form for you. Do not fall for this scam of a service. Print out a blank form and fill it out yourself; this services is not worth the $47 they are charging.

I was perplexed about the online application process. I have to say that the customer service follow-up helped me to get through this. It was nice to receive a quick reply, even when it took four business days to get my document instead of two days.

This company is a scam! They charge you $47 but actually DO NOTHING for you. Go directly to the government website for your state. You will then only have to pay the State's fees and save yourself from the additional $47 fee.

I paid 47 dollars. I never recieved birth certificate and my son was not able to start school on time. The company does not have a number! I have requested a refund. We will see.

Come to find out you don't need these gangsters, pay them to give them all the info they need to then send yo to the state with a form provided by that state. Just another wanna be gov. Agency-they just take your money and move on.

Everything is a scam. Triple check everything you do and then do more research. I paid $47 to get my birth certificate. I have no way to verify my order now vitalcheck.com said to pay $80 for a fast order.

I've been waiting close to a month with no way to contact this company unless it is by a survey on the bottom. Sent in a couple still have not getting any word back on my birth certificate.
