The clothes look great but please be careful in shopping with them! First of all my order is in August was only delivered now and because I was away for a week I missed the 7 DAY RETURN period. Which is crazy short anyway but having backwards and forwards they won't even give me a credit note for something that is way too small! Very disappointed. I would have been a very good customer if they had better customer service. Beware of buying!

Items I received of very poor quality. Unable to return as it costs more than the items. Company did not offer any resolution. Don't purchase from this company

Scam. They took your money, but you will not receive the ordered item.
They always says something like "Sorry, we are working" and else buII$#*!.
My order GE*******806GB was made at 18 of October and almost month passes and still didnt received.

Dont buy anything here

Neither myself or my partner will EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! And we'll be publicising this throughout social and websites so no other unsuspecting customers risks substantial amounts of money with this brand.

Bought my partner presents for Christmas from Vita Grace, she's just come across the brand and loved their products. By the time she'd seen and tried on 1 of the items 2 items i bought her it neither fitted her or suited her style. Contacting Vita Grace to exchange the item their response was shocking. NO REFUND - NO EXCHANGE - NO CARE GIVEN - we are outside 14 days and we are now stuck with an item that doesn't fit, she doesn't like and they won't exchange or give a credit note. You order early for Chrstmas to ensure the items arrive - but when doing so you are instantly falling foul of their dreadful policies and customer service.

Vita Grace has a total disregard for their customers and isn't a brand that will ever see any of our money again.
